I ordered a large hoodie and a large pair of rain pants in November. I received two pairs of rain pants. One large pair and one xl pair of pants. Also was charged for items that I did not order that was charged to my paypal account. Here all the reference numbers and the amounts that was charged to my paypal account.1. P928300NTEHM6W0FE $79.77, 2. P928300NTEM6W0FY $62.97, 3.P928300NTEM6WOFY $79.77, 4. P928300NTEHM6W0F6 $99.95, 5. P928300NTEM6W0GR $99.95 6. P928300NTEHM6W0G6 $62.97. All I want to do resolve the over charges and exchange the XL rain pants for a large hoodie. Is this so hard to do? I tried to call the phone number that provided on the website, but it doesn't even ring. Is this a scam? It's now 2025 and I made the order in November 2024. Please resolve as asp. I only ordered 2 items, why was I charged for all these extra items? Please contact me at [protected] as soon as possible.

Claimed loss: 342.84 Plus all time I have tried to contact you!

Desired outcome: A quick response and a refund to my account please. I would like to send the XL rain pants back and exchange for the large hoodie. I don't care about the color.
