I ordered a pair of pants and the 3 in 1 hoodie a week before Xmas. The pants arrived on Jan 3rd, and I was told the the 3 in 1 hoodie and rain jacket would be shipped to the UK on 7th of Jan as they were on pre order. I have not received my hoodie or rain jacket, and am over £200 out of pocket. None of my several request for a follow up have been responded too. I feel like I have been scammed. Very disappointed. Baerskin sort this out. Expecting my items and a refund.

Claimed loss: Over £200

Desired outcome: Items I ordered and refund for cost of these as a gesture of goodwill for terrible customer service.
