Ordered two hoodies and hoodie/raincoat combo on Dec 4, plenty of time before Christmas. Never received. When I emailed around the 20th, got "oh, we're so overwhelmed" email. Now it's the 8th and still nothing. No customer service to call or even chat. Don't know if you people are legit or I just lost hundreds of dollars, but you had better figure out your service if you want to stay in business. Too many missed off people on this site who will never be repeat customers even if you make great products. STILL WAITING.
