Promised and NOT DELIVERED - BIRTHDAY GIFT! I have sent 2 emails since and still NO RESPONSE OR DELIVERY. PLEASE SEND GRAY AT NO COST AS PROMISED URGENTLY.

As much as we would love to assist you right now, it looks like your order is now being processed in our facility.

Once an orderis being processed or has been shipped, it becomes impossible for us to change any order details or recall the package back at the warehouse. We are really sorry for the inconvenience!

What we can do instead is wait for the package to arrive, and then, in case you still want a different color, please contact us by email within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the package.
