On 12/26 I have sent an email requesting to exchange for a smaller size. I did receive an automated reply, stating "the first available representative" would be reaching out. But that has not occurred. I replied to my own email the email again on Jan 6th only to receive the same message. I am being billed on Klarna, but not using the fleece due to it being simply too large since I have recovered from cancer. Please advise How I can return this for a size small?
