Ordered 11/29/24 and was charged. Said it would arrive by Christmas. I reached out after no tracking was available a week before Christmas. Tried getting a person on the phone, unsuccessfully, and ended up having to communicate via email. They said the order would be late due to high demand but "it was a now a top priority and would ship in 7 days". I asked for clarification that it would arrive the first week of january then. Then I got another email moments later saying it would be January 20 before shipping but they would "send a free gift". I told them id just prefer they keep the gift and ship the product i was charged for. Refund or gift with later shipping was "the only options". So, I agreed to the later shipping, although dissapointed in the lack of notification. Then a few minutes later I got another email saying their intern accidentally refunded and cancelled my order! I asked for clarification on how that could happen and to this date haven't received ANY response back. I was charged a second time on 12/21/24 and have yet to get that refunded. Zero response from the company and only a bot voicemail when you call the phone number.
