My bank title is t mobile also in bank alfalah
Which is located in peshawer saddar arbab road branch
The manager and staff of that branch is going to blackmailing me
He is demanding me money for my every deposit
And also forced me the you are allowed to cash your money after 20th of every month..

Bank Alfalah Delivery failure of alfa mall order number 16000298790

Dear sir
I am a bank alfalah card holder (credit card) I purchased a mobile phone through alfa mall vide order # 16000298790 dated 22-11-2020 having amount Rs 37, 999/=, but no delivery received till date. I make several complaints to you but no solution found. Detail of complaint are as under

17-12-2020 complaint no. 201217091
04-01_2021 complaint no. 210104201
You closed every complaint with this remarks that "merchant will deliver the product with in 3-5 working days" but every time he doesn't this, now 47 days pass (excluding 15 working day of delivery time).
I requested to you that merchant was fail to deliver this product therefore cancelled this order and refund my installment amount.

Desired outcome: Cencelled this order and Return installment amount

Bank Alfalah complaint about Female staff of Bank Alfalah regarding E.O.B.I Pension of My Mother

today i visited Bank alfalah Mall Road Mardan Branch personally.
complaint is that the female staff of the said bank did not cooperate/ facilitate pensioner persons. the attitude of the female is staff is very very bad.
it is requested that please directed the female staff of the said bank to facilitate and cooperate with the pensioner.

Bank Alfalah SMS alerts / online banking

I opened my company current account (misguided many times by AlFalah on providing accurate information.., Wapda Town, Lahore) on 3rd Dec, received the confirmation letter on 7th.

They deducted SMS alerts charges when I received a call obviously.

Till on 14th I did a transaction via ATM, I realized I'm NOT getting any SMS notifications and on 17th, used the ATM card, and same result.. NO ALERTS!
They called for online banking after over 2 weeks!

When called on helpline, they don't have any justified answer, just saying wait for 24 hrs!.. yes, after weeks of being an account holder I've to wait anther day!

What kind of bank have such poor pathetic late service, since Bank Alfalah is big name in the industry!
I feel like closing the account after all the tension they loaded on me.
HBL and SCB are way better and have v smooth service overall.

Tired of stupid banking!

Bank Alfalah Transfer Dispute

I have transferred an amount to my personal RDA account in Standard Chartered Bank in Pakistan on 9th December 2020 but the amount has not yet been credited to my account. The receiving bank says that one RDA account to another RDA account, amount cannot be sent. They told me lodge a complaint with sending bank i.e. Bank Alflah to raise a dispute. I lodged a complaint with no [protected] on 12th December 2020 but the issue has not been resolved yet. Please help me.

Bank Alfalah Roshan digital account opening

Hi,
Regarding opening of Roshan digital Islamic account straggling since last one and half month and at last account got open and activated but when I tried to register on internet banking since yesterday come to know I have a one more account [protected]) which was canceled and was confirmed by your representative and as per his advise again submit new request and received new account number ([protected]) now when I want to register its showing error due to two accounts under my NIC, so keep on calling on [protected] and your representative stated that you have to send us request for cancelation of old account and it will take 48 hrs.
Which kind of services are you providing to abroad Pakistanis? kindly provide feedback at earliest before I raised my voice to PM portal.

Bank Alfalah Illegal terms & conditions under scheme "mera pakistan mera ghar"

• Tenure 10 Years.

On 04.11.2020, I have visited the Bank Alfalah, Yousaf Shah Road Branch, Jhang for initiation of process of loan under "Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar" scheme. Bank representative provided me a form and required my signature. (Copy enclosed herewith). Said form contained a term which is reproduced hereunder for ready reference:- "Mazeed ye k bank koi waja btay bghair kisi bhi shart ko mansookh kr skta hy. Bank Alfalah".
Said condition was too much astonishing for me. As to how, a loan seeker can allow the bank to change/alter or cancel any condition of above said scheme without assigning any reason. Above said condition is illegal and against the rights of applicant. For the sake of arguments, bank is granted permission to cancel any condition of such agreement then why not the applicant is allowed to use the same type of authority. Such type of null and void conditions allow the bank to demand extra amount from the applicant without any justification. Such behavior of financial institutions is core reason for layman to distrust.
It is, therefore, humbly requested that loan seeker should not be left on the mercy of financial institutions. SBP may issue a proper form and guidelines which should be followed by the banks and financial institutions may be strictly restricted from issuing such type of false, frivolous and dishonest forms just to loot the laymen.

Bank Alfalah — Cash withdraw fraud by bank staff

This is regards to my complain against your organisation al falah bank located in kohat cant.

My mother Sultana bibi holding saving account in your bank since 2008 un account no 0086-[protected] as saving 600/Plus account.

My mom puts all her savings in her account on monthly or yearly basis.

My mom use to visit bank and under supervision of Al falah employee Mr Safi ullah she use to withdraw the yearly profit.

In 2017 my mom did same but she forgot her check book in bank. When she reached home she couldn't find her check book so conplain was raised with same staff.

Later after some month she was issued new check book based on complain check book lost.

 

Time passed my mom visited randomly and withdraw some cash under new check book .

Even some months back my mom dad visited bank and staff confirmed they they have 1 million in her account. 

My mom dad are not educated but the trust level on al falah bank was upto higher level. 

Now we have come to know that the account doesn't have money and between 2017 to 2020 the amount has been incashed on different dates and timings.

I am attaching some doc for reference and I handover to Miss Sana basit as well yesterday in your office .  I need complete investigation on this.

We regret that we have withdrawn all our money. 

I need the thumb investigation and the person I'd investigation who have withdrawn this amount.

I want the bank staff investigation for fake information to my parents.

I think this is big scam played and acuse some players involved can be from bank too.

 

Waiting for ur positive response on this. 

I have raised a complain in kohat police station on same because as your bank staff asked me to go to police and bank cant help you and nobody for communicating .

If i don't get justice I will forced to knock higher authority doors if required .

Above email on 19august 2020 and a visit was made to islamabad branch and sana basit snd Mr Muhammad Ali vohra were in touch with me on email.

I was asked after several follow up that I will get getting final report by 22Oct2020.
On.26th oct I recieved email that the consignment is deliever and recieved by TANVEER on address given at time of opening account or what ever address they had.
I had confirmed to Mr Ali and sana that we don't know any person by name of Tanveer and we have not recieved the consignment yet . Today is 31st Oct. And till date no response from bank staff to me.
I will appreciate if any one take this matter and resolve it. I dont want to take this to media and creat a scene for ur organisation and for myself.
Waiting for opt reply
I have come to pakistan just to resolve this issue only.

Bank Alfalah Refund claim getting delayed unnecessarily

I registered a refund claim with Alfalah, details:
Date: 10th Aug, 2020
Claim ID: EF2008101272
They conveyed 35 working days. 45+ days passed I called them they asked me to launch another complain, details:
Date: 21st Sep, 2020

They conveyed 5 working days for resolution. Called after 7 days and I got to know that info is missing no record found and crap.

First they delayed my claim without any reason then they launched complain with incomplete information to delay things further. Bank is repeatedly sharing incorrect info and miss committing things. Someone said I'll get a call back on 27th but to this date didn't get any call.

Bank alfalah give me a installment plan rs..50600. In 24 months installments. But in 12 installments bank charge 60300/- and credit limit is 60000/- now remaining installment are 12. Remaining amount in other installment is 30+ thousand. Bank

After this message i'm going to mohtasib banking and prime minister complained cell and media with all document proves. And in your bank loan... Bnk provide me send mi fake name annual statement. Bank Alfalah New credit ka pin genrate nahinho raha. Kafi dino s bar bar cal kar raha hoo

Mene new credit card apply kia tha jo mujhe 15 din pahle receivho gaya tha. Us ka musalsil 15 dino s call kr raha ho complain b ki rozye kah rahe hen k kal pin generate ho jaegalakin abi tak nahin hwa. Mera kusoor ye h k mane 10 years pahle credit card pore shi tareeke s chalaya tha kabhi default nahin bana wo expire ho gaya to bank ki policy new cardki band ho gaee. Mane bht he achee tareeke s wo card use kia tha aur time to time pament jma krwata tha. Bank Alfalah islamic banking / debit card / change of address

Dear sir I am a customer having a/c # [protected] from Faisalabad, Pakistan. I have account in Gulistan Colony Faisalabad branch. Unfortunately I lost my debit card some months ago and I requested new. Before that my new card was sent to me by default on my old address and returned because of address change. Since that time, I called several times on helpline and visted branch as well but no card was sent to me. I requested them to update my address but nothing happened. I did not deposit money because of this situation from months. I several times called helpline / visited branch too and requested to update my address and send me debit card as soon as possible.
on the other hand I requited to activate Alpha App on bank's Helpline but several times they refused and told me that I am not providing correct details which I did not, and will arrange a call back. I told them that I can not communicate properly as I am 80 years old and can not carry my details every time you will call me as I cant hear properly and can not remember my details.
Please investigate and help me change my address and issue debit card as early as possible and point out the fault.

Bank Alfalah wrong charges

Im credit card user of Bank Alfalah since long time and i pay my card bill regular now i received last bill of march and bill charges is 2150 rs my genuine bill is about 600 or something and other charges is late payment when i paid my last bill on time on due date so why send me late charges its request to you that please revert late charges and send me correct bill statement then i will pay my genuine bill thank you.
