I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the practices of the Alflah team. It seems that both call center representatives and in-branch staff are trained to mislead clients.
Recently, I received a call from the call center stating that my card was approved. When I explained that I had not applied for any card, the representative insisted that it was my signature card. I inquired whether it was the best option, and she confirmed that it was. Upon hearing this, I agreed to proceed.
However, when I visited the Johar Town branch, a team member informed me that the card I was being pushed towards was not a good choice. They recommended that I consider the Premier card instead. I asked if the Premier card was indeed the best option, and the employee confirmed it was. Trusting their advice, I opened a Premier account and transferred a significant amount of money into it. I encountered numerous hassles to complete the procedures, and I believe this misguidance was purely to meet sales targets.
Now, I find myself facing fees for both cards, and I believe this situation is unjust. I request that you take immediate action to address these unethical practices. If these fees are deducted, I will have no choice but to send a legal notice.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and hold your team accountable for their actions.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
