Bank Islam Malaysia review: Sudden close of saving account

Its been 2 months since my account was closed without notice, no further actions by the bank, no refund on my deposit.

Follow up with Kota Kinabalu Branch by phone call but was told that this number [protected]) are not from Bank Islam. Instead the staff says I called the wrong number as the so called wrong number is from Keningau.

Called for second time, then only the staff says it is from Bank Islam Kota Kinabalu. #The same staff. Asking what is the status for my case, no answers can be given. Instead SHE asked me to go to the bank to follow up with the status. lol.

Been follow up with Sandakan branch. The same answers were given. kami tidak pasti. Kamu kena tunggu. When I asked how long would it take to settle, the staff replied kamu kena rajin follow up.

I just graduated and just started working on October 2023, where I decided to use this student account to received my salary. My very first salary after graduating burn just like that. Work like a dog, and the bank easily closed my account without notice. No refund was made up till this date. When I tried to claim my loss, no answers can be given by the bank.
