Bank of America review: EDD prepaid

I called customer service the other day to check the status of my dispute this is a dispute that I filed almost a year and some change ago that still haven't be resolved they keep on denying my dispute with out giving me reason as to why but today a representative accuse me Well she state the card was received by me activated by me and all the charges was made by me I called check the status of my dispute and to ask why would the reimburse me $1 bank of America ATM fee but not the money that was taken out along with those ATM fee if they thought I was lying. Bank of America don't have ATM fee correct. and I'm sure it they did have ATM fee it will be way more than a dollar correct so what the [censored] were these readjustment they added to my account how did I get cuss out and accused of fraud for my own account before you accuse find out how and why things lead up till the way it did and why am I requesting these dispute upon my account people has been doing so way out scandalous s* just to get people money from their EDD card even stealing people whole identity just to get the cash and I was a victim of this identity theft [censored] that's been going on I was put in jail wrongfully accused lied upon and just so they can steal my [censored] cause they heard how much money I had on my EDD card my punk [censored] cousin I feel like [censored] having this representative till me I'm just trying to get money bank that I already spent lady you dont know me nor my situation how the hell you gone speak upon my life this [censored] is affecting me still till this day
