Bank of America is ridiculous and I can’t help to feel like I’m being played for a fool I called to file a claim on April 16 due to my Edd card being intercepted by someone else the representative that helped me came up with an amount of 17,204 following that day I would call once a week to check on the status on June 1st I called only to be told that my claim was denied so I asked to speak to a supervisor they transferred me I explained my stituation and reason for my claim to the supervisor and demanded to know why it was denied she went and looked over my account and was able to come up with another 30k worth of transactions aside from the ones on the claim for 17k so now I have two claims open both for card number ending in 9724 and by this time I have faxed in supporting documents requested so 43 days later Bank of America rules the 30k claim in my favor and I am paid that money since April when I first filed the 17k claim it has been denied six times last time being Aug 11 we are now more than half way down in September and still getting same old response that it’s still pending like can someone explain to me how is it Bank of America claims department can’t seem to figure this out one thing for sure they ain’t doing their job cause if they were they would have read through the notes they input and come across multiple complaints stating how this two claims should have been paid out togethere I call everyday now and everytime I call I get a diffrent answer not once has it ever been consistent of a response to where I felt assured that they were doing job how they supposed to by now Bank of America has not honored their promise is the card agreement about zero liability for any unauthorized charges not to mention how many ACTS they are violating from the beginning of time after I get my money I will no longer do buisness with BofA in any way
Desired outcome: Would like to get this behind me and receive my money promptly please
