I did a wire transfer using bank of america in baltimore MD johns hopkins branch to my own account in India using SWIFT codes. I was told that india is a slow to pay country and it takes about 3 weeks and no investigations would be don't till then. It has been 2 and a half months and it hasn't gone through. My bank in india has not received any information regarding this from bank of america and the bank of america is not willing to help. Every time i contact them they tell me that they are sending e-mail to the bank in india to find the status and that the money is in india and nothing can be done about it and it is possible that i lose my money. I have no clue as to how to go about it.

I refinanced with Bank of America on 10/25. Old loan was paid off. New loan payment starts 12/1. No payment was due 11/1. I went online to my BOA account and removed my automatic payment info. I followed up with a phone call to BOA to ensure that I'd done what I needed to do to stop the automatic 11/1 payment. BOA assured me I had -- even said they'd track it to ensure it wasn't taken out of my checking account. On 11/1 it was: almost $2500. I've been calling them ever since. Every day it's a different story -- check's in the mail...this will be electronically restored to your checking account within 3-5 business days...today was told it would be 14 calendar days from the day they "discovered" the error...! No one there cares about the customer. Stay away from doing business with this bank!

Bank of America (BOA) Insurance Scam. I found out in 11/2017 that BOA was debiting $20 a month from my account. I was surprised to find out they had been debiting it for over 2 years. I called BOA to get the number to the creditor and they told me it was Smart Step and gave me their number. I called and told them I did not order anything from them and had not received and accidental life policy. At that point I thought this really is a scam and told the person at BOA insurance to send me my policy. I also told him to stop debiting from my account. I did not receive anything in the mail and this came to my attention again in March 08. I lost my job and again called and requested them to stop and they did not. I called my bank and they said that I had to handle it myself and they would not refund the money they scammed from me. A year or so later I talked to a branch manager who told me that Smart Step is actually a BOA company and to file a fraudulent claim and I did. Long story short BOA and BOA insurance would not refund my more than $500 they took out of my account and BOA would not refund the hundreds in overdraft fees directly linked to this. Now I do not have a bank account and my credit has been affected by this. I am going to continue to fight BOA and BOA insurance and file complaints with the banking commission in NC (the corporate headquarters of BOA) and with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe if enough people come forward we can stop BOA.

I'm searching and researching to find another bank to use. I have had nothing but trouble with BofA. Their customer service is the worst. They don't seem to understand that without their customers they are nothing. Please post back here if Wells Fargo works out for you.

In early July I thought I would see if i could get my loan modified through BOA.Since going on SS My income was greatly reduced. I have never been late on my payments since moving in, 1997. Here is where the garbage starts. After 1 month went by I called for an update . The person on the other end asks may I ask why you are doing this, and when can we expect payment, also last 4 of your social. She replies also we need and updated bank statement showing your name and address on it.Well I replied I am not a mind reader
and you have not communicated this to me.Here comes the real shocker, mind you nothing at all from Fed-Ex.I get my December payment saying $600.00 dollars due, where my normal mortgage is $434.00.These idiots set up an escrow account after I had already taken money from my 401 to pay property taxes and homeowners insurance, which by the way these other crooks keep raising every year for some reason or other!Everyone thinks we are doomed in Florida! Can't figure why they are not complaining about hurricanes in other states.Florida is the rip off state of America. Back to the rest of the story. I call again to opt out of their stinking waste of time program and was told to call escrow department to have this adjusted. The woman on the phone informs me that if you have a loan with Freddy Mac which I don't you can't cancel escrow account, buy now my blood pressure is about to explode. The moral of the story is I am not done fighting these criminal bank that think they can get away with this crap. I have sent a complaint to the Florida General attorney and also am contacting a hungry lawyer. Has this happened to anyone else?

I know this probably won’t help but...it is standard with all banks if they modify your loan you have to set up escrow. They don’t want to lose the house to the city for you not paying taxes and if you admit to them you are having money problems...All banks do this to cover themselves. They figure since you are having money problems they want to guarantee the taxes and insurance are being paid. It is in the modification paperwork...they basically say if you take the mod you are agreeing to it.

Hi Thanks for replying, but here is the problem, I opted out of the modification program because they kept jerking me around, so they haven't even modified my mortgage at all. If it isn't fixed today I am telling them I'm contacting a lawyer. Legal aid will help I hope.I also intend to write President Obama and let him know of the banks unethical practices. Somebody needs to stop these greedy buzzards!

Almost the same thing just happened to me. I opted out of the stupid modification before they ever sent me any fed-ex crap. They set up an escrow account even before any thing was set up and NOTHING by me was ever signed. One lady told me the same stuff. Once your mortgage is with Freddy Mac you can't get out of it.Ticked to the limit I looked it up and my mortgage is with Fanny Mae.Totally ticked off now I called back 20 minutes later and talked to another person, probably from another country who I could hardly understand. He told me yes I will be back in a minute--goes to talk to his manager, comes back 20 minutes later and says oh yes I just have to send and e-mail to the escrow department and everything should be alright. My regular mortgage is $434.00 monthly, they had me set to pay $600 a month, I almost fell over. I am on ss and my monthly payment is very low, poverty level if you get right to the facts.Saturday in the mail I get another statement for $600.00, by now my blood pressure is really going up and I feel like I'm gonna go through the roof if I talk to any one. I call on Monday and I threatened them. This is the conversation. If this isn't straightened out TODAY I am calling the banking commission and have already e-mailed the states attorney general, and if I have to I will get a lawyer. Woman on phone we already payed your taxes and have been paying them for the past 5 years. I came right back to her and said NO YOU HAVE NOT, YOU were not even my mortgage holder until last year when Countrywide went out. Finally she worked with me and said OK I will have to contact the tax office to let them know, so she got the man from the tax office and he said once they kick the check back to the mortgage company it will be fixed, meanwhile while he was on the phone with me he said let me write this down now so no escrow account is set up with us after this. I told him to send me a current statement with the correct amount of $434.00 on it, which he said he would. I'm telling you this so may it will help you. You have to get nasty with them and threaten them, or they just don't listen to you. Good Luck. No more trying the modification for me. I also found out you have to go through your mortgage company to do this. Believe me if
I could I would try to get a different bank to hold my mortgage.

I just discovered the IRS put a levy on my account. I am in noncollectable status being totally disabled. Bof A chat through online banking with an IRS agent on my land line phone. Bof A would not give me the fax number for release of the levy. IRS agent waiting. No number. Then gave me a state number I can call tomorrow. It is not an 800 number and I do not have long distance on my phone. Still trying to get the fax number. Now on hold with the generic Bof A number ... Will have to wait on hold for an IRS agent who knows what they are doing.

That isn't a B of A mistake, it is a government mistake. B of A doesn't issue levys, they simply follow the court order. Thr IRS knows how to contact them to remove it.

I lost my second job and had my income reduced by 3% through statewide furloughs (I'm a state employee). I got behind on my mortgage payments and heard about the Home Affordable Modification Program through a friend. I applied for modification through Bank of America (BOA) in early August 2017 and was able to send in payments for all of the months I was behind. BOA sent three of my checks back. I called them to inquire as to why and she told me my home was in foreclosure. She said I would need to send a cashier's check for $3804 for the four payments as my personal checks would not be honored. I Fed Ex overnighted the check for that amount. A few days later, I got an overdraft notice from my regular bank. BOA had cashed the last check instead of returning like the others and overdrew my account. I called to find out why they had not honored three personal checks and had the other one. After being put on hold on and off for an hour, and explaining to the cust. rep that I had been accepted into the Modification program, she finally told me that my mortgage had NEVER been in foreclosure and that I should continue to make my modification payments (preferrably by phone so I know they are received on time). I have paid in full all my mortgage payments, but yesterday I was served with foreclosure papers! The forms state that I havent made a mortgage payment since MAY 2017 although I have a cancelled check for MAY as well as my statements saying the $3804 cashiers check paid June, July, Aug and Sept. I also have my bank statements confirming my OCT, NOV, and DEC modification payments...all by the first of each month.
CAN THEY DO THIS?!? I AM BESIDE MYSELF. I cannot afford a lawyer so I am sending to the court and their attorney all my proof.

Okay good. I do have all documentation...bank statements, mortgage statements, cancelled checks, letters and responses; I've saved everything. I've made copies and sent them to Bank of America's lawyer today (via first class delivery confirmation). I still need to go into the County Clerk's office and file these papers with them in response to the foreclosure. From what everyone is telling me, proof of 8 months of payments should suffice. I am not sure what happens next. Do I just wait for a response from the court? From Bank of America? Can they sell my house within that time?

Bank of America called to tell us that they were closing an account that we had just paid off to zero. We had been customers for 9 years and had a credit limit of $32, 000. We had just made a huge payment to them due to the refinancing of our primary home. With the refinance, we paid of 2 credit cards and a small second mortgage. The credit card balances were due to unforeseen medical expenses. We had never really carried much of a credit card balance before. All of a sudden, Bank of America states that we are a credit risk! Our income did not change and our mortgage payment only went up by $300.00 from the previous payment. They would not just lower our credit limit ...they had to completely close our account! So now their actions will affect our credit scores. We are penalized for doing the right thing! I will never do business with them again and I urge everyone to stop before they open any sort of account with them. This is not the right way to treat customers. There really is no reason this should have happened. We are appalled and to say the least upset.

OMG! Rodder your situation is identical to mine, except that I did get behind and they would not accept half payments from me but instead told me that I should save it up and send in one whole payment...with times the way they are that is not reasonable with unexpected car repairs, food, electric company rates doubling, there is no way for one living paycheck to paycheck to save up...at least not one who is working by themselves and supporting a big family. Now for the past year and a half I have applied three times for a principle reduction and am trying for the fourth time as I write this because my mortgage is upside-down too...get this, I went on the Making Homes Afforable website and meet ALL bullet points to qualify, but so far have been told that I don't qualify for the program by BOA. My debt to income ratio is too high...duh, that's why I'm asking for help! Doesn't it make sense that if the loan amount and interest rate is lower than the monthly payment wil be too and then one could afford to keep the home! I have five kids and an elderly mom at home with me...it's riduculous! I too wonder what BOA has done with the money from the government...maybe new BMW's for their leadership...I think the government needs to audit them and go to the owners of the homes that they claim they have helped to see if they are even using the money for what it was intended for! I am praying hard on saving my home everyday. Hang in there...I know it's hard!

they just sent me the first thing in writing after i had been calling every week for almost a year. they gave me a temporary modification and then silence after the three month trial with nothing in writing until this month where they say they are throwing me into escrow and denying my modification. And this is after I obtained new employment and wanted to pay a decent mortgage amount to them. This has all thrown me into poor credit ratings and the inablility to refinance in any other way. They gave credit generously and then jacked up the interest on credit cards after one late payment, and everything else the big banks seem to do. They say they are trying to help? YEAH HELP THEMSELVES AND THE BIG CEO CFO AND OTHER ACRONYMICAL B-----------s I am angry, i am heartbroken, i am a hard working retired ex-cop, with no where to go from here. Any suggestions?

On 12-28-09 our home loan was given an appoved modification and now a year later we are being told that the Bank of America and its investors have decided to revoke the approval. We have upheld our end of the modification agreement for 12 months now, due to the fact that our loan was made affordable with the hardships that we have encountered over the last 2 years. I would have to think that there is some lawyer out there that can see the dollar signs in there eyes over this whole mindboggleing criminal act that is being displayed by a bank that should forced to remove the word America from its name. Erin Brockovich are you still out there! A hardworking family from the hills in VT.

Good evening to all,

I had a BOA credit card, unfrtunately was laid off about 2 years ago and did fall into hardship, but I wanted to keep my BOA credit card (the only one) I had. One evening in November I got a call from a rep, about making a payment agreement to bring my account down (with the BOA rep, whom said it was in the system and I was okay) so I could keep the card. Made payment arrangements and they took the payment on December 11, 2017 (mind you the card was still active), then on December 28, i called to make the next payment set it up for 01/07/2017. Set the payment up and the card was still active, then on 01/07/2017 I called to check to make sure they had that payment and was told that the account was closed on December 11, 2017. You can imagine that I was pissed at what they had done.

I received no letters, when I called to talk to the manager he states that since the payments had not been made in 3 three months the system automatically closed and they was sorry I was not told before 01/08/2017 or that I did not get a letter. When I spoke with a manager, I advised him that this is why we were making the arrangments so the card could not be closed. I think there is someone sitting there waiting to close people's accounts, and then a manger should be able to push a button to open the account back when it is on their part that they failed to do their job properly. I have been with Bank of America for over 20 years.

My husband and I am thinking seriously about checking into this further, because we have not been able to fiqure out why we did not get legal notification of this.

Bank of America’s Home Modification Program is nothing but an intentional run around for most people. I’ve learned they look at your property and its location from a business prospective rather than trying to truly help families who are struggling. If your home has value chances are they will not approve your home modification and they do everything they can to drag the process out until you are in foreclosure. It’s more lucrative for them to acquire your property if it has value or future market potential rather than helping you to get back on track. In my case I have always had excellent credit and a great work history until recent problems in the economy. I just needed a little help to reduce my mortgage payment for a while to keep my home and support my family until things picked up. I have followed their modification process to the Tee and with great detail expediting everything they asked of me. I was told I met all the requirements in the beginning too but I’m convinced now they have intentionally dragged this thing out. It’s been nearly a year now and they have been coming up with every little excuse they can to avoid completing the process for me. I have compared notes with many others in my area now who are in this process and Bank of America has used the nearly the exact same strategy on them too pretending they didn’t receive something, saying they had trouble reaching them, continually asking for documentation they’ve already received, saying they just need this, or the just need that etc… I am currently a full payment behind for the first time ever as a result and don’t know how I am going to ever catch up, also I am really struggling with other bills too while trying to make my mortgage. Recently when I called again for a current update (because they never call me) and to make sure they now had absolutely everything they could possibly need from me in addition the the checklist of documents from the beginning I gave them and thinking now there’s no way they can come up with another excuse right? They simply informed me I was now declined with no explanation and I was told I would have to resubmit all my paperwork once again to start an “alternative” processes with them that I may qualify for.
Words can’t describe my disgust and complete hatred for this company.

I had similar problems. BOA automatically upgraded my account and started to charge me. I went to my bank and talked directly to a rep. They changed me back to the old account, refunded my money and put a note not to upgrade my account. Then they upped their amount you needed to have in order to get free checking. Again I was charged. I went to my bank and talked face to face with a live person. They were able to change my account and claimed that I opened it on line (in 1998) even though that was not the case. So now I have free checking regardless of balance and they refunded me three months of charges. I travel so I love BOA being everywhere. My debit card is never charged for use. I don't know of anyone else who does that.

We have had nothing but issues. when one of us became unemployed due to layoffs we trid to modify our loan. HA HA. they really do not want to help their customers. SO once caught up the new year came and our mortgage was increased 250 dollars more than last year. when I contacted them they stated that it was due to anticipated taxes, insurance and because I had been late, although she could read my account where it stated I had struggled due to loss of job. So instead of assisting their customers they raise the mortgage payments for those who miss payments, does this make sense to anyone? I believe that they are trying to use their customer increases to help fund the fact they are in trouble and face fines. I HATE BANK OF AMERICA.. even prior to this, I held a checking acct with them for two years and when a bank from 12 years ago said I owed them money, BofA FROZE my paycheck for 10 days while they cut a check to MAIL to me! couldnt do it locally OH NO! so bills fell apart at that time. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXPERIENCE.

I recently moved to Texas, and since my trusted bank (where I keep my REAL money) doesn't operate here, I decided to open up a Bank of America checking account for petty cash - even though I had heard terrible things about them - because their ATMs were so ubiquitous. I figured I would try them for a few months and see how it went. During the "interview" they asked me about my income and where I worked - I asked why, and they said it was for direct deposit purposes. I told them I didn't want to do direct deposit yet, and they said that was OK. Things went fine for about 2 months - I deposited a few small checks (approx. $200 each) and got cash a couple times, but never even came close to overdrawing the account. Then I decided to up the ante and deposit a payroll check I had received for consulting work - $950. It went through fine. Then, the next day, BOA withdraws $850 from my account because "The deposit is higher than your usual deposit" - WHAT?!?! Since when is that a BAD thing?!?! They held it for SIX DAYS - essentially forcing me to give them an interest-free loan...something they'd never do for me, of course. I'm pulling my money out tomorrow. They're a bunch of usurers.

I have heard many stories about BOA but the most startling was when an employee of mine opened an account with them. His horror stories were beyond belief.

Another company to not do business with beyond phone service is AT&T. I have a story about them cheating, read stealing, $1600 from me.

I have been trying since May 19th of 2017 to get a mortgage modification with Band of America. I have responded within 1 day for all requests and yet they still sent me two denial letters (the latest just 8 days ago).

After an hour long conversation with a truly helpful service rep, it has come out that when I sent my last 3 faxes to BoA, they only got the cover page each time ! this is according to the rep. BUT, on my end it says I successfully sent 16 pages once, 5 pages one time, and then another 5 pages later. The rep said the people in the scanning department are not responsible for contacting me for missing pages ( I ALWAYS put the disclaimer about missing or unreadable pages ALONG with my PHONE number on the COVER PAGE).

So now I have to resend all the documentation to yet another fax number and I am only in the internal BoA "second look" program.

Where can I go to complain and get some help dealing with this? I know nothing of the "internal second look program" but I bet it is nothing like the federally funded program I had applied.

I live in Washington State, can anyone provide some useful information on what to do before I lose my home?

Thanks

If it walks like a piggy, talks like a piggy, by golly it’s a PIGGY!

WHERE IS MY LOAN MODIFICATION BANK OF DESTROYING AMERICA!

BofA and it’s CEO Brian Moynihan reminds me of that song by John Lennon and George Harrison titled "Piggies" I invite you to listen to this song on youtube and see if it appropriately fits.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovD9rTzs2q4&feature=player_embedded

Have you seen the little piggies
Crawling in the dirt
And for all the little piggies
Life is getting worse
Always having dirt to play around in.

Have you seen the bigger piggies
In their starched white shirts
You will find the bigger piggies
Stirring up the dirt
Always have clean shirts to play around in.

In their ties with all their backing
They don't care what goes on around
In their eyes there's something lacking
What they need's a damn good whacking.

Everywhere there's lots of piggies
Living piggy lives
You can see them out for dinner
With their piggy wives
Clutching forks and knives to eat their bacon.

When I filed my lawsuit against Bank of America, myself and United Law Group thought of the many others out there in the same situation. It was then that we decided to educate the public on what these piggy banks are doing, as well as unite us all together as one voice. Please help me turn this David vs. Goliath modification process, into a Goliath vs. Goliath.

Please stand with me and United Law Group and send an email to Bank of America that states that we will no longer tolerate their potentially illegal, fraudulent, irregular and abusive business methods.

My Home at 12 Egret Ln. Aliso Viejo, CA is currently financed by Bank of America @4.75% APR 20 yr.
I applied for a refinance loan and was offered a 3.8% for a 15 year term in November early.
I did not hear anything from them till January. In between I co-signed a car loan for my nephew in Ohio. I submitted all documentation as to the payment being made by my nephew from his back and also the car being registered in Ohio.
Now when I call them they say they cannot honor the offered refinance. I payed all the processing fees etc to the loan officer after I was approved in November. Please tell me what to do and how can i resolve this.
Than you.

I'd had a mortgage with Bank of America for a little over a year when I received an email saying if I opened one of their Advantage checking accounts and paid my mortgage 3 months consecutively, they would deposit $150 cash into my account. Needless to say, I opened the Advantage account, paid my mortgage for 3 months and waited for my money. I emailed customer service 5 times asking where my money was only to hear "the promotion was declined, but call us and we'll explain". No one will answer any of my questions online or explain why it was declined. There was no reason for the decline and I am reading that many other customers have had the same problem. I left Wells Fargo for this type of service. I'm going to a locally owned bank to transfer my checking and savings accounts there. If they can refinance my mortgage for a lower rate, they might get that too.

I believe that this bank for sure is robbing people but it's a shame because there are so many other banks out there to bank at. But they are just like T Mobile's NO CS skills at all & can careless if they loose there customers.

My husband has been trying for more almost year to work with Bank of to get our home loan modified. He has had to summited numerous times all of the information that BOA requested. Each time he has summited his information there was missing information. He sent that in then there was something else. They lost the file about three times or more, we call one department the send us to another one, that person knows nothing about anything thfing ect... Now, today they tell us we are not qualified for a loan modification because we fail to except the first modification. WE NEVER GOT ONE... HELP!

August 12, 2017 BAC sent a loan modification contract for us to sign and return. The new monthly payment was 1357.92. Interest rate first 5 years was 2.000%. We signed and returned. They were to sign and close in October. It was never closed.
March 2, 2017 BAC changed my loan number and sent a new loan modification contract for us to sign and return. The new monthly payment is 2321.49. Interest rate first 5 years is 4, 5%. They now have us set up for default if we don't pay new amount and in line for foreclosure. What a bunch of crooks!

It is obvious that Bank of America does not want to work with people, they teach there customer service representatives to lie and give the consumer the run around. In November of 2017, when I called there loan modification department and told them there was a chance of imminent default they told me that I qualified for the modification and they were mailing the modification package out to me. Finally I missed my payment in January, one cause I could not and two that maybe it will get their attention. ...it did alright ...since then I am being hounded by their Loan Counselling department. Today is the 8th of March, 2017 and I have been receiving threats os foreclosure calls from there loan counselling department at least 15 times a day but the package has still not arrived. There reps kept telling me it has been mailed and re-send by Fed Ex...where is this elusive package. And today I called again and their representative tells me the package was never sent out. I have the ID numbers of people I spoke to.

Bank of satan!

Fha=foreclosure!
If you have a b of a / fha loan... don't hold your breath on a loan mod, fyi.. there is no incentive to help you especially, because our idiot goverment promised to pay a fha loan in full if it defaults, even covers b of a with loss of propertyvalue to cover the difference. wow, what a sweetheart deal they got!

If you have (or had like me) and fha loan serviced by b of a, check to see if your payments went up- that they didn't accidently double your property taxes- only reason i defaulted, too late for me, i couldn't get them to fix the error of and extra $500 a month. with fha, you have to have an impounded account, problem is the servicer is unable to process basic mathematics. please double check your payments if they increased. bank of satan ! i heard the company execs got a pay raise this year and bonus checks! oh yeah, and the government gave them millions more in tax payer money! fha = foreclosure!

I applied for a Credit Card from BANK OF AMERICA. My score is 706 with equifax. I had a $98 collection that was paid and they denied me after seeing this. I noticed BANK OF AMERICA credit card division doesn't want to give most Americans a CREDIT CARD with a 700 credit score. A friend of mine with hardly any credit but is a rich Muslim was granted a VISA credit card with BANK OF AMERICA. There is discrimination in the BANK OF AMERICA. BIGAL

Have been in the process since October. They are using stall tactics by making me provide sensitive documents over & over again. Using excuses that they have been lost, etc. I keep getting passed around from one person to another, having to start from scratch. This is the biggest waste of money EVER. The people are incompetent, the whole thing is a mess. These guys got 50B from the Feds to help people, and we'll never see any of it. We should NEVER have bailed the banks out in the first place.

They are the most criminal banking organization on our planet. Quite honestly, the whole banking system needs to be replaced. Many people are standing up and fighting these monsters:

Bank of America kept my husband and me tied up for 3 months, from December 17, 2017 to March 18, 2017, waiting to close on a small loan in the amount of $40, 000 on a home short sale price of $54, 000. We agreed to put an additional $10, 000 down in the beginning of February, making the loan only $30, 000, and were told we would close in one week if we did that. Then 3 weeks later we were told no. I contacted the regional manager of the bank in Reno, who called JulieDonald, who was the Loan Approval Dept manager, and then we were again accepted for the loan, but now they had to send the loan to their legal Project Approval Dept because the Heritage South HOA was in litigation with many other condo associations against another bank for not paying 9 months of HOA fees in foreclosure sales. This had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with anything at all with our loan, but after 2 more weeks, we were denied for that reason. My husband and I own our large home free and clear, own another condo which is rented for $775.00 month, and have a land contract where we collect money every month for that. We owe nothing. If we cannot get a loan, who can? We are irate at our treatment by Bank of America. The American public bailed these banks out, and they were given money to assist people with buying homes, but they keep looking for any loophole so they do not have to loan money. We are going to lose our home because of them.

unbelievable situation. As we are communicating with the pay-off dept. and they are giving me amount to pay, I make the payment with a certified check along with the payoff slip and they take the funds and split them up to apply towards a late fee charge which gives me a 900.00 balance on my principal which they are now applying additional interest to and to make matters worse the home is undergoing extensive rehab and we cant get h.owners on it so they force coverage on us for the face amount of 160, 000.00 which is twice the original amount of the loan and the only insurable interest they have on this property is for under 1000.00. I have tried very hard to get them to reverse the payment and then we can negotiate the additional charges so we can get our deed but BOA is very obstenant to the point where we want to remortgage to get away from the crooks that they are. They have been working hard to make our loan grow in size and not go down. What are we supposed to do?

Bank of America is assesing late charge that I did not incurr in the amount of $ 96.83 from the month of December 2017. I sent them proof that I do not owe this amount; but they keep including this late charge on my monthly statements. In March 2017 the statement of acount showed the late charge again. I did not pay it. I made my March payment in the amout of $ 2, 575.43. Bank of America did not post my payment when they received it on March 4, 2017, argumenting that it was a short payment. On March 17, after the grace period, I received a call from a loan officer stating that I will be assesed a late charge unless we pay, right away, the amout of $ 95.25. When I asked why, she said that it was because there was a shortage in my Property Taxes which said charge was never disclosed in my account statement. To avoid the harrasment I paid it; but it was posted, without my consent, to lthe late charge in dispute. Sincerely,
