I've been doing my unemployment claims with no card sent to me since 07/2020-05/2022 I was finally able to log into BOA (Bank Of America) website and noticed someone hacked been using my card and used 34,000.00 I've reported it to Bank Of America & when I called in to submit the dispute the guy that helped me made a joke saying "They got you good ! & If you don't want the money you can give it to me" I've made complaints to CFPB & BBB . I've had a department from Bank of America reach out to me but it seems suspicious because they can't answer any of my questions and don't seem to know anything besides that I filed a claim through CFPB & asking me if it was really me that made the complaint.When I call Bank Of America the customer service reps are rude and act as if I'm bothering them when all I want is my money back . I don't know what else to do I had to do 3 claims with Bank Of America one for $7,967.09 another one for $23,329.14 and the last one was for $2,802.47 . The card was mailed to an apartment complex someone was able to activate the card . I need help getting my money back I am 38 weeks pregnant facing homelessness with a 9 year old and 2 6 year olds . It has now been 11 days since my initial dispute and the rep told me I'd qualify for provisional credit or a hardship but I've yet to get anything . I'm getting tired of hearing "You'll get something in the mail" "The back office has up to 90 days to review the claims" or "There is no time frame for an approval or denial on Provisional Credit or a Hardship"

Desired outcome: All of my money back !
