BPI transfer to Gcash
This is Ms. Nina Titong I want to report that I sent 20,000.00 to my sister. But then when we check the money was deducted in my account and she did not receive the money because she exceeded on her limit in Gcash. So how can I retrieve the amount? Or will that be credited to her Gcash account effective Sept. 1?

This was a change of delivery address of my bpi credit card since LBC was not able to deliver at my home address, i instructed BPI customer service thru a call to deliver it at BPI branch in Lapasan, Cagayan de oro City. They said the ETA of the card to the branch is August 11, 2022 and that the branch will call me as soon as they receive the card. Unfortunately no one called so I tried to visit the branch August 12 but the card was still not within their possession. I called the branch August 16, but again still not on their possession. No one is answering thru hotline and branch seldom answers. I am afraid they might cancel my card since I was not able to activate it within the time frame they told me which is 10 days
Desired outcome: I want to know where the card is now and I really need to receive it as soon as possible

BPI Carmen Planas Branch, just recently nagpunta ako para mag pa update ng account ko. Actually, pangalawang beses ko nang napuna na may discrimination na maituturing sa pag asiste ng mga guards dito. Umpisahan ko yung una kong pagpunta para mag paupdate ng account dahil gusto kong makita yung remittance na galing sa sis ko abroad. Magalang akong nagtanong sa guard, for update po, ang sabi ko. Sige upo ka lang nasa labas po yun. Nagtataka ako at yung mga inquiries lang pinapapasok nya. Tahimik akong naghintay ng tawag para papasukin ako, ang siste nung ako na, hiningi lang ng guard yung passbook at hind ako pinapasok at nanatili na lang ako sa upuan, para hintayin ko yung passbook na kinuha nya. Nagpasalamat ako at umalis. Na realized ko na lang sa bahay na mali ang ginawa ko, dahil dapat ako mismo ang pumasok at nagbigay sa teller para sa transaction. Pinalipas ko na yun. Sa pangalawang pagkakataon naman, ganun pa rin update ang transaction ko, sa situation na to, pinaghintay rin ako, at may mga clients na huling dumating pero sila ang pinapapasok ng guard. Tahimik pa rin ako na naghintay sa akong upuan. Muntik pa nga akong masarhan dahil almost 4:20 pm na ko na naghintay at nag iisa na lang sa waiting area nila, halos maiyak na ako at talagang nakakaoffend na. Kinabukasan, withdrawal naman ang aking transaction sa oras na ito, nagpasama na ako sa aking nakatatandang kapatid. Ayaw ko naman na mapahiya na naman. Pumunta kami at nagsabing for withdrawal po, kahit di man lang kami tinatanong nung guard. Umupo po kami ng tahimik. Napansin din ng aking sister na may pumapasok na derecho lang at di pinupuna ng guard sa loob. Naghintay muna kaming tawagin. Matagal din halos kaming naghintay, kahit wala na namang tao sa loob di kami pinapapasok. Nung tumayo na ang aking sister para magtanong sa guard , aroganteng sinabi ng guard, di pa kyo, umupo kayo dyan na nakataas yung kamay parang nagtaboy ng kung sino. Naintindihan ko yung sis ko, dahil talaga namang nakakaoffend yung treatment na ginawa ng guards (loob at labas). Nagkaron silang dalawa ng pagtatalo at tumaas na rin yung boses ng kapatid ko. Dahil sa tingin ko mali yung approach ng guard. Masisilip naman sa CCTV yung pangyayari. Nung makapasok na kami, nasabihan pa nga ako ng guard na, nagpasama pa ha, parang may bodyguard, tama ba naman yun? Ako pa mismo ang humingi ng sorry sa guard sa labas kahit alam kong ako na ang mistreated dito. Nasabi ko sa guard na nagpasama ako sa sis ko dahil, parang mali yung nagawa nila sa akin. Ang tugon ng guard, dapat sinabi mo na update yung transaction mo, at bigay mo yung passbook mo na lang. Nabigla ako, dahil yun naman ang sinasabi kong transaction sa bawat punta ko run, di ko lang alam kung bakit ganun ang laging approach nila sa akin. Presentable naman ako at edukado rin na matuturing. Nagwork din naman ako sa bank PNB and FAR EAST BANK. Yung guard sa loob ng bank, tumaas yung boses din nung paglabas namin, ano raw ba yung sinasama ng loob ng kapatid ko, yung pinaghintay ako. Nagtataas na rin sya ng boses at akala mo makikipag away sa kanya. Napaka rude talaga nila, masisilip sa CCTV yung mga pangyayaring nabanggit ko, at di ako gumagawa lang ng kwento. Sobrang nakakaoffend lang. Sana naman iorient at bigyan ng briefing na hindi dapat ganun ang maging attitude nila towards their clients. Mababait naman kaming kausap at wala sa bokabularyo namin ang makipag away lalo na sa ganung lugar. Sana maging parehas lang ang trato sa lahat ng clients, di naman porke di kumikibo ay nararapat ng bastusin at balewalain lang.
Undispensed money
Nag withdraw ako today amounting to 7k. One is direct to bpi and one is thru pnb.First I tried it to bpi atm machine amounting to 2k but machine showed unable to process kahit balance inquiry ayaw then I tried it with PNB amounting to 5K and it showed the same problem. Pati balance inquiry ayaw din. Then when I tried in other BPI atm after around 45 mins nung nagcheck ako to my surprise 20k nalang yung balance from 27k. I tried contacting the CS pero walang sumasagot then I emailed them twice walang sumasagot. Then nag report ako sa PNB but they advised to report it directly sa BPI dahil si BPI ang makikipag coordinate directly sa kanila. Walang man lang notification ang BPI. Grabe napaka pangit ng system nio. Napalaking corporation pero napaka baba ng binibigay na service. Magaling lang kayo kapag kayo ang makikinabang. I will report this soon sa BSP kapag wala kayong action na ginawa.

Delivery of my renewed BPI CREDIT CARD
My BPI Express Credit Card-Petron No. [protected] expired last May 2022. It was renewed but tried to be delivered to our Field Office in Naga City. I am no longer working there since our project was completed n January 2021. As of to date, I am working in Papua New Guinea and my scheduled vacation leave is on mid September 2022.
I would suggest that my credit card (renewed) be delivered to my residence at Brgy. Macabug, Ormoc City, Leyte c/o Maria Teresa L. Bote. Also my BPI Express Card eCredit No. [protected] also expired. Please send also the renewed eCredit at the same address.

Staffs from BPI Antipolo poblacion contact me thru phone call and offer a personal loan, they told me that I am qualified for the personal loan after hearing their offer I agreed to file a personal loan, It took two days for them to approve my loan, now its been 3 weeks since then and I haven't received the loanable amount that I filed.
I called in the Antipolo poblacion branch and asked why I haven't receive the loan as of date and they told to just wait and they don't know the exact/specific date on when it will be credited in my account.
My concern is when will it be credited? is it guaranteed that it will be credited in my account? To whom do I need to follow up? Is it really ok that the branch has no idea when will it be credited or release? How long do I need to wait for this loan, does it really took 3 weeks or more?
Desired outcome: I would like a specific answer on when will my personal account will be credited to my account I need an assistance and accurate answers for this concern.

Mr. Lopez, the security personnel of BPI Tabunok Talisay City Cebu, refused to prioritize my Aunt who's already a senior citizen. I was assisting her, and the other security personnel told us we were next in queue but when Mr. Lopez assume the post, he then asked someone else to go next instead of us. I asked him nicely and told him I'm with my Aunt who is a senior but he was too arrogant to even listen to what I was trying to say. He even looked at my aunt and did nothing. We were left standing outside the bank until the other personnel assumed the post back.

Transaction failure and mobile key device registration failure
I tried several times to transfer money to a bdo account using my laptop, ipad and cellphone devices. (april 26 and 27, 2022. It was going well until I reached the part where it says, 1.) "please approve the transaction on your mobile key device". It was my assumption to receive a number through text message from bpi on my cellphone to finish the transaction as it used to be but I haven't. (please take note that i've been using my cellphone with bpi transactions for two years already.) instead I got a notice on my primary device saying 2.) "key request has expired." so, I tried to log in to my cellphone to check the issue. Again, I got the notice saying 1.) your mobile app security is our priority' for your security and convenience, you need to register this device."it then took me to 2.)"how do you want to proceed with your device registration?"giving me the option of a.) secure sms and b.) mobile key. To which I checked mobile key.
It then proceeded to 3.) get ready with your primary device. You'll be approving your request visa mobile key. Below this notice is the account maintenance and notifications and I am suppose to press 'continue" 4.) then 'processing "please approve the registration on your mobile key device"my mobile key number device is also shown below. 5.)"your mobile key request has expired." please check the attached photos of failed transaction and mobile key registration.
I tried many times to transfer money and register a mobile key device but got the same result. No transaction was completed neither was a mobile key request approved. What to do?

Reason for urgency: My Singapore number will soon be terminated and I won’t be able to use online banking OTP services
I had follow up several times and sent the necessary forms (5x) required for the change of mobile number but BPI Fulfillment team only responds on the 5th day with the message “We did not receive your attachment”. Honestly, it’s not proactive. Now, I have sent it again on a zipped file hoping the BPI email system will not filter it but I still have not gotten any response from BPI Fulfillment team despite several follow up. I can assure you nothing is wrong on my end as even my friend whom I copied in the email received my attachments (pdf, jpeg and word document). It is highly possible it’s the BPI system filtering it.
I hope a BPI officer can look into this.

I discovered the Incident yesterday March 28 when I contacted the mobile banking help desk when I discovered that my checking account was no longer shown on mobile banking. I was referred to the BPI branch because my account was closed. BPI local branch did not answer the phone (both Landline and Cell).
Finally, when I got them on the line I was told the unacceptable explanation that they closed my account because the balance had been zero since 10 days.
I told them my monthly ADB had been over 10,000PHP for years. They required me to keep every day of the month a balance of at least 10,000PHP.
A transfer of 50,000PHP I made from my EWB account to my BPI checking account had been returned to my EWB account.
This morning I discovered that my checking account was again included in my mobile banking application.
My complaint is; (1) I was not duly informed about the closure (2) My checks may have been rejected thus harming my reputation (3) I wasted at least one hour on the phone which in case of the cell phone call to the branch is not toll-free. My savings account shows constantly a balance of around 2 Million PHP. But my online transfer this morning of 40,000PHP from this account to my checking account was blocked. Please ensure that I am fully compensated for all the lapses of your bank. I suggest that you ask the branch to check in the future before any closure if your client meets all the requirements and contact your client before closing the account. What is this new rule, mentioned by the branch that I should keep 10,000PHP in my account every day of the year? Please send me the text of this rule, thank you.

I call the bpi main branch in bacolod city to change my mobile number in my credit card so they informed me that i must go directly in their office, so february 7, 2022 i went bpi main branch in bacolod city and filled up a form and she told me to follow up after 1 week, so i followed up february 18 and they told me they are going to follow up in manila but until now my old mobile number still existing. is it difficult to change number? I want to know because i need the credit card for my dataflow application payment. If its difficult am going to use other credit card from the other bank. Hope you can answer this problem. Thank you.
bank transfer amount not showing in receiving bank but was still deducted
My fund transfer done on the morning of Wednesday Feb 16 at 5:07am for the amount of 28000php using the BPI mobile app but did not reflect on the receiving bank which is my BDO savings

The amount was deducted from my BPI account and an email confirmation was sent confirming the transaction.
Yet no funds was actually transferred. The receiving bank does not reflect the amount.
I have complained on their FB page, messaged them, sent an email and reported it directly in their bank office. I tried over the phone but very difficult to contact any live agent.
Issue remains unresolved. It has been more than 24hrs since I have reported the issue to them. No updates and no one has reached out regarding the issue.
Desired outcome: I want to have my money either sent to my BDO account as per the transfer transaction or have it returned back to my BPI account immediately.

I made a transaction in waltermart bicutan on 12/20/2021 thru my debit card using their metro bank terminal however it was not reflected on their end. Was able to contact BPI at that time and was also informed that transaction for the amount of 3448.25 were successfully debited to my debit card but Waltermart bicutan did not acknowledge as it was not reflected on their system and every grocery were taken back. Please help me to get back my money as transaction were cancelled by waltermart bicutan.
Unretrieved atm card in atm machine of bpi family savings bank
My BPI ATM card was captured in one of the ATM machine of BPI Family Savings Bank Calamba Branch, ATM machine reboot and error prompt "Machine Unavailable" after may 2nd withdrawal (the guard saw when this incident happened) though my 1st withdrawal was successful wherein cash and receipt dispensed as expected last 17Dec21 (Friday PHT time). Guard told me to come back during working/banking days or on next Monday, I did it but the in-charge to open the ATM machine was not yet come and according to customer rep it may take 3-5days to get the card, thus they gave me their contact number to call and make follow-ups. But after several days (5days) with calls and f/ups, finally ATM machine was open but my ATM card was not retrieved (loss). So I called BPI customer rep (hotline) to block my ATM card and request a replacement instead.
I'm sending this message so that BPI will consider to take action for this incident on system/machine error boot-up causing ATM machine to capture card with on-going transaction. And security system of the bank, if this happen how would be able to help (considered BPI client/customer) to investigate why ATM card was not retrieved/loss in ATM machine.

Im one of a concern clients about this guard ZELITHO ANNANG in branch tuguegarao main at cagayan valley. Hindi po maganda ang pakikitungo niya sa ibang client while in other clients he treated them special. I have transaction this morning and nag-ask ako about kung pwede magbarya sa branch nila sa tuguegarao main. Ang sumbat po niya ay mamaya pang 9am ang open nila at dun daw po muna kami sa labas then here comes 9am.
