Before you are admitted into the hospital, you have to pay your estimated amount due. I had to pay 2 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, my other doctor bills hit my deductible first, which means I paid 2K to the hospital in error, and then had to pay the other doctors too. I have been trying to get my refund ever since but all I get is my refund is in for review. Since Sept 2024 Banner has been keeping 2K of my money. Banner has made it so impossible to contact anyone else so I am resorted to mass media and considering a lawyer.

The medical treatment was great. The doctors and nurses were fantastic but admin is causing stress I do not need.

Where is my refund?

Recommendation: Make sure your deductible is satisfied before going to Banner, or you will be stressing like me for a refund.
