Barker Heating & Cooling Barker Heating & Cooling did a great job fixing my AC

Barker Heating & Cooling did a great job fixing my AC. The dude who came over was super chill and knew what he was doing. He fixed it up real good and now it's working like a charm. I'm really happy with the service and would totally recommend these guys to anyone who needs their AC fixed. They're the real deal!

Barker Heating & Cooling He fixed my AC unit quickly and efficiently

He fixed my AC unit quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the quality of service provided by Barker Heating & Cooling. They were easy to work with and their prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. The technician was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Barker Heating & Cooling and will be using them again in the future.

Barker Heating & Cooling is the bomb! I got to meet the big boss man, Mr., and he's a real pro. He knows his stuff and explained everything about my new system in a way that even I could understand. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs heating or cooling work done. They're the real deal!

Barker Heating & Cooling I had 3 diff companies come out to do an inspection and quote for complete new duct work in my attic

I had 3 diff companies come out to do an inspection and quote for complete new duct work in my attic. (2300 sq ft home- 13 registers). Barker H & C quote was a little higher than one of the Diamond Preferred companies quote, but I was totally impressed with their thorough inspection, complete explanation in layman's terms as to exactly how, why and what they were going to do. It turned out to be a 2 day job and I was notified exactly when and who arrive each day. The 2 technicians, *** and *** were the epitome of professionalism. They started out each day explaining exactly what they were going to do and gave me periodic briefings of their progress. They were very careful, clean and really worked hard. On the 2nd day *** advised me that I had a gas leak in the attic near the family room. They found the leak, I called PGE who then came out and checked to see if I had any other leaks. *** called his supervisor who came over within a hour and a couple of hours later Barker "Bro's" fixed the leak !...and I might add saved me from a looming disaster. Well done Barker Heating & Cooling !

Barker Heating & Cooling Barker heating and cooling of ***, ** did some work for us back in September

Barker heating and cooling of ***, *** did some work for us back in September. We paid them a grand to install some stuff in our house. They sent a guy to check things out, but he didn't do a good job. He just talked about football instead of looking at the attic. Then a few days later, some dudes came to do the work, but they couldn't because of some wires that needed to be moved. They just sat around all day doing nothing. Finally, some other guy came and moved the wires. But it's been five months and Barker still hasn't finished the job or given us our money back. They did send us a bill for $1500 for moving two wires three feet. We're old and feel like they're taking advantage of us. It's not cool.

Barker Heating & Cooling Got my heater and cooling installed from Barker Heating & Cooling on 08/26

Got my heater and cooling installed from Barker Heating & Cooling on 08/26. But the city inspection failed twice, and the technicians who installed the unit broke the attic access and didn't fix it. They promised to send another contractor to do the finishing work, but no one reached out. So, I left a review on *** on 12/15, and the next day, customer service contacted me and sent a contractor to fix the access. But the contractor used cheap wood and broke the existing molding and sheet rock to cover the area. He said he's not a *** and won't fix the existing area the way it was. I emailed Barker customer service, and they said they would redo the contract with the contractor and send them to my house again. But I'm not willing to settle for a cheap fix. There are areas that were damaged during the installation process that need to be fixed the same or close to the same way. The contractor has remodified the existing area, and now the original molding cannot be put back. I don't know why this was done, but I believe it was so they wouldn't have to put a better molding. Customer service at *** doesn't want to hear my concerns. They just want a band-aid solution. This area of the house is new construction, and it now looks damaged. I paid in full to Barker Heating and Cooling for the work they quoted to perform. All I'm requesting is that the house looks the same as this new construction that is less than 6 months old. My request for a supervisor or manager contact has also not been fulfilled by customer service at ***. I want either the broken area to be redone as close to the original or maybe I can hire my own contractor, and Barker reimburses the cost. Or Barker can just refund me for the cost it would have taken them to fix the issue. Thank you.
