BaseballSavings Disappointing Experience with BaseballSavings: Beware of Shipping Guarantees

I recently had an experience with BaseballSavings that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My first order with them was for an equipment bag for my son. Unfortunately, it was held up somewhere and I wasn't sure if it was the shipper or supplier's fault, so I decided to leave it alone.

However, my next order was for a wheeled catcher's bag for my daughter, and I paid for expedited shipping with the guarantee that it would be delivered on Saturday if the item was in stock. The item was indeed in stock, but the company chose to use FedEx as the carrier. Little did I know, FedEx does not deliver on weekends.

When I called to ask if they could ship it out differently, the girl on the phone told me that I would need to be refunded and purchase the item again in order for her to do that. I was frustrated that I would have to pay twice because of their mistake. She did refund what I paid for shipping, but the damage had already been done.

To make matters worse, FedEx delayed the delivery another day. When I spoke to the manager, she said that if she could guarantee that I would get it, she would ship another one out for me. However, since there was no guarantee that I would get it when I wanted it (which was when they had guaranteed it), she wouldn't do it and risk upsetting me more.

I was disappointed that they couldn't do more to rectify the situation, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I would caution other buyers to beware and consider other options before purchasing from BaseballSavings.

BaseballSavings Warning: Terrible Experience with [Company Name] - Stay Away!

This company ain't no good, let me tell ya. I ordered some stuff from them and it never showed up. I called them up and they kept giving me the runaround. It took them almost a whole month to give me my money back. And let me tell you, every single person I talked to lied to me. They looked me right in the eye and lied. Can you believe that?

So then a few days ago, they sent me an email asking me to review the stuff I never even got. I wrote an honest review, telling them what really happened. And what do you know, they wouldn't even post it! They only want to hear good things, I guess.

I'm telling you, stay away from these people. They don't know what they're doing. One of the things I ordered never even got shipped until I called them up and asked what was going on. They had forgotten about it! And I talked to at least five different people there, and none of them knew what was going on.

And get this, they blamed FedEx for everything! Like it was FedEx's fault that they couldn't get their act together. I had to get my bank involved and threaten to get a lawyer before they finally gave me my money back.

So take my advice, don't order from these guys. They're nothing but a bunch of liars. I've got proof of everything I'm saying, so you better believe me.

BaseballSavings Baseballsavings.com: Terrible Customer Service and Lost Package

I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at this company. I've been a customer of baseballsavings.com for years, and I've spent a boatload of cash on their gear. But this time, they really dropped the ball. I ordered a couple of pairs of baseball pants and a couple of t-shirts, and I got the email confirmations and everything. But when I checked the FedEx tracking number, it said that the package had been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service. And that was it. No more updates from baseballsavings.

So I called them up, and they told me that they had proof that the package had been delivered by the post office. But I didn't have the package! And when I asked them to show me the proof, they just said "sorry, there's nothing we can do." Can you believe that? I've been a loyal customer for almost a decade, and they can't even provide me with proof that my package was delivered? It's ridiculous.

I've spent the last two weeks trying to track down this package with them, and they've been no help at all. And now they're just telling me to suck it up and deal with it. Well, I'm done dealing with it. I'm never buying from baseballsavings.com again. And I suggest you don't either. They clearly don't care about their customers, and they're not willing to go the extra mile to make things right. So save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

BaseballSavings Disappointing Service from BaseballSavings: Delayed Orders, Wrong Items, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made two orders with BaseballSavings and I have to say, I was not impressed with their service. The first order I placed was stuck in their warehouse for almost two weeks. I tried calling and emailing them twice, but nobody seemed to know what was going on. To make matters worse, the emails I sent were returned by an autoresponder. In the end, I had to cancel the order altogether.

The second order I placed was for next day air, which I ordered at 8:29am on April 9th. However, the order never arrived on the next day as promised. I was left wondering why not, as next day air should mean exactly that. When the order finally arrived, it was the wrong item. I had ordered item #UACP-JRVS, but received item #[protected]@-YVS instead.

When I contacted customer service, they told me that they would have to wait 24-48 hours to find out if they had the correct item in stock. I couldn't believe it - I needed the item yesterday! I have to say, I was very disappointed with their customer service. I have ordered from other companies like Steel Locker Sports in Texas and Baseball Express, and have received my items in just two days via priority mail.

Update: As of now, I still have not received the correct order. I spoke with a customer service agent named Eddie on April 13th, who promised that a supervisor would go out to the warehouse and find what I was looking for. He assured me that a supervisor would call me on April 16th, but nobody called. I had to call BaseballSavings myself, and when I spoke to Eddie again, he promised that a supervisor would call me later. However, nobody called me again. It's now 11:00pm Eastern Standard Time and I'm still waiting.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from BaseballSavings. I suggest reading the reviews on this website before making a purchase.

BaseballSavings Disappointing Experience with BaseballSavings.com: Long Wait, Poor Communication, and No Compensation

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with baseballsavings.com. I was trying to get my kid a bat for Christmas, so I ordered it in November. But guess what? It didn't show up in time for the big day. Turns out, the item was on backorder. Why would they even let me order something they didn't have in stock? That's just plain irresponsible.

So then they told me it would arrive in their warehouse on February 5th. But when I called on February 14th to check on it, they said it wouldn't be there until March. Seriously? That's a long time to wait for a bat. And to make matters worse, they didn't communicate with me at all during that time. I had to keep calling to get any updates.

Their only solution was to cancel the order. That's it. No apology, no compensation, nothing. And let me tell you, it was a huge disappointment for my 6-year-old. He checked the porch every day for two and a half months, hoping his bat would finally arrive. But all he got was disappointment. It's heartbreaking to see a kid so let down.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend baseballsavings.com. They need to get their act together and start communicating with their customers better. And they definitely shouldn't be selling items they don't have in stock. It's just not right.

BaseballSavings BaseballSavings.com: The Worst Company Ever - A Review of Their Customer Service and Stock Availability

I recently made a purchase on BaseballSavings.com for my daughter's new catchers gear. I placed my order in early October and the website showed that the items were in stock. I received an email confirmation that confirmed the same thing. However, a day or two later, I received another email stating that all of the gear was backordered. I was confused and frustrated because I had already placed my order and they were offering items for sale that they didn't even have in stock.

I decided to call their customer service to find out when the gear would be available. Unfortunately, they couldn't give me a specific date and said they didn't know when it would be available. I was disappointed and didn't understand why they were offering items for sale that they didn't have in stock. After waiting for about a month, I finally received the helmet. However, it took three months for me to receive her shins and six months after the order, I still didn't have the chest protector.

I decided to email them to find out what was going on and it took them a week to respond with a generic answer. I was frustrated and decided to call them to get a specific date for the chest protector. They told me it would take another three weeks. I asked if they could just mail me a full kit of the same gear I ordered, but they said no. I even asked if they could pull a chest protector from the kit since I had patiently waited for six months, but they still said no.

I suggested that I could order a box kit and return the two loose pieces I already received, but they said no because it was over their 30-day exchange policy. I was upset because it wasn't my fault that they lied about having gear in stock and then took six months to deliver it. They simply said sorry and refused to help me in any way, even though I gave them numerous solutions.

I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and felt like they were the worst company ever. I couldn't believe that I had to wait six months for a chest protector and they refused to help me in any way. I decided to cancel my order with them and found the chest protector at another site. I have seen better business and customer service at a neighborhood lemonade stand. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

BaseballSavings Disappointing Experience with BaseballSavings: Shipping Delays and Wrong Product Sent

I recently made a purchase from BaseballSavings and unfortunately, I had a few issues with my order. Firstly, the shipping took longer than expected. I ordered my bat on February 18th and paid for 2-day air shipping, but it didn't arrive until February 24th, almost a week later. I reached out to the company and they offered me a 10% discount on my order, which was a nice gesture.

However, my second issue was even more frustrating. I ordered the 2020 Mizuno HOT METAL B20 -10, but when I received my bat, it was actually the 2020 Mizuno 28in 18oz POWER -10. The picture on their website was of the HOT METAL bat, but the description said both Mizuno B20 PWR Alloy, so I assumed it was the same bat. It wasn't until I compared the bat I received to the one on Mizuno's website that I realized they had sent me the wrong one.

I contacted BaseballSavings again and after a week of checking their inventory, they admitted that they had the wrong bat pictured on their website. They offered me the option to return the wrong bat and order the correct one, but they wanted me to pay full price for it. The bat I ordered was listed for $79.95, but the correct one was actually $149.97, a difference of $70.02. I was disappointed with their customer service, as I felt they should have done a simple exchange and covered the difference since it was their mistake.

After asking to speak to a supervisor, they finally offered me a 10% discount on the correct bat. While it was better than nothing, I still felt like they could have done more to make it right. This was my first time ordering from BaseballSavings and unfortunately, it will be my last. I don't want anyone else to fall victim to their mistakes and poor customer service.

BaseballSavings Baseball Savings: Good Prices, Bad Customer Service

If you're looking for a good deal and don't really care about customer service, then Baseball Savings might be the place for you. However, if you expect decent customer service, you might want to look elsewhere. I've ordered from them multiple times, but each time I've had issues with my order, cancellations without notice, and unhelpful customer service reps. I keep going back because of their prices, but I've had enough. I think they stay in business because their prices are good, even though their customer service is lacking.

My most recent disappointing experience was when I ordered batting gloves. The items were listed as "in stock" and at a decent price. I placed the order, got the confirmation email, and waited for the tracking information. After a week, I checked the status of my order and found out that it was cancelled. As usual, there was no explanation and I never received an email letting me know the order was cancelled. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card but didn't cancel the order. I've had similar experiences in the past, where they sent me the wrong item and asked me to send it back at my own expense.

If you want hassle-free shopping, I wouldn't recommend Baseball Savings. However, if you're willing to take the risk and deal with the occasional aggravation and extra expense, then go ahead and support this online company. For me, I've been burned too many times and it's just not worth it. It's like a game of chance, so if you like to gamble, then good luck to you.

BaseballSavings BaseballSavings.com Review: Poor Customer Service and Misleading Shipping Policies

I recently ordered some baseball gear from BaseballSavings.com for an upcoming tournament. I was excited to receive my order quickly, so I paid an extra $22 for expedited shipping. However, when my package arrived, only the baseball pants were included. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I called customer service to inquire about the missing items. The representative informed me that the catchers gear is sent directly from the manufacturer, so the expedited shipping doesn't apply. I was upset because I had paid extra for nothing, and I asked for a refund of the $22 expedited shipping fee. Unfortunately, the company refused to refund my money, stating that since the pants were sent and received, they had fulfilled their obligation.

After several long discussions with customer service, the company finally offered to credit the difference between regular shipping and expedited shipping. However, I was still unhappy because the company had advertised free shipping on orders over $99, and I had spent $300 but was still charged for shipping. It seemed like the company was more interested in making money than providing good customer service.

When the catchers gear finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was a hodge-podge of equipment. The shin guards and helmet were black, but the chest plate was blue! My son was hesitant to try on the gear because he thought it looked weird. I contacted customer service several times to try to resolve the issue, but each time I was told that they could only document the problem and advise a supervisor. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was always told that they were not available at the time. I was promised that someone would call me back, but no one ever did.

When my son finally tried on the gear, we discovered that one of the shin guards was missing padding. I called customer service again, but got the same response as before. I sent an email to the customer service department, but only received an automatic reply that someone would call me back. No one ever did. The next day, I called customer service again to follow up, but had to explain the whole situation to a new representative because nothing had been documented.

I was frustrated and angry that I had spent $300 on equipment that we couldn't even use. The company offered to have FedEx pick up the gear from my residence, but they couldn't tell me when a replacement set would be sent. I insisted on speaking with a supervisor, but was transferred to the voicemail of an administrative coordinator, not a supervisor as I had been told.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with BaseballSavings.com. The company was quick to take my money, but provided terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I urge others to beware of their poor business practices.

BaseballSavings Baseballsavings.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Order Cancellation

This website is a total waste of time. I had a huge order for my t-ball team and decided to purchase from baseballsavings.com. What a mistake! I asked about a military discount and was told "no, we don't do that". Fine, no military discount. Then I asked about submitting my order via email for "team pricing". I was told over the phone that since I was purchasing items already marked down that there was probably no more room to reduce. Okay, whatever, I needed the items fast so I placed them on my Amex card Friday night. I received a few update emails over the weekend and another Sunday night. Each email stated my order was received and is being processed. The email I received Sunday night had 2 paragraphs. The first mentioned again that I could reference my order number if I had any questions, the 2nd mentioned tracking info will follow. Later, I reviewed the email again and noticed all 34 of my items were listed below the body of the email with a status next to each. I then noticed each item had CANCELLED next to it. I was totally confused. When I submitted my order with credit card information the online system accepted it without issue. I called customer service and was told American Express declined the charge. Again, this was the first I was hearing of it. I called Amex, they told me that the $314.86 authorization was processed and was not denied. I called customer service back again and relayed what Amex said to the agent. She then said maybe it was denied because the address info didn't match. I said that couldn't be, because I was logged in to baseballsavings.com account and looking at my billing and shipping address information, and everything is correct. She said she could email the processing department and request my order be "replaced". I said replaced? What does that mean. She said "I don't know, it just means replaced". Now even more confused I asked when I would hear back, she said "well I'm off tomorrow and they are going to be really busy because it's Monday". I said what? I needed this order ASAP and you can't exactly tell me what went wrong and that I won't hear back about replacing the order for a least A FEW DAYS? Of course the agent was of no help and couldn't wait to get off the phone. Monday morning rolls around and I make another call to customer service to see if I could get some answers. The agent again told me the charge was denied. I told her no, Amex said it wasn't. She said "well the order is cancelled". I said, "it took me 2 days to compile that order of 34 items, with quantities, and sizes. Recreating it would be awful for me and my t-ball team. Can you re-process the order?" She said "no, its cancelled, you have to recreate". What a nightmare dealing with this site and it's god awful customer service. Each agent I spoke with couldn't have cared any less and could not wait to get off the phone with me. I will never use this website again. Now I'm off to try to compile my list again on another website.

BaseballSavings Disappointing Experience with BaseballSavings: Lack of Follow-Up and Unhelpful Customer Service

So, I had to order a uniform for my son's baseball team and I decided to give BaseballSavings a try. I entered my credit card information and placed my order. I received an email confirming that my order had been submitted, but I didn't receive any further updates.

After waiting for a few days, I decided to call their customer service to inquire about my order. To my surprise, they informed me that there was a problem with my order and that they were waiting for me to call them. They didn't bother to follow up with me or inform me about the issue.

I was frustrated and confused because I had received all the usual notifications that you would expect when making an online purchase. They told me that the problem was due to a typo in my address, which the system had detected but still processed my credit card.

I requested them to expedite my order since they failed to inform me about the issue, but their customer service was obnoxious and unhelpful. They basically told me that it was my fault and that I should have checked my address before submitting the order.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with BaseballSavings. Their lack of follow-up and unhelpful customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase baseball equipment or uniforms.

BaseballSavings Disappointing Customer Service Experience with BaseballSavings

I recently made a purchase from BaseballSavings and I have to say, the price advertised was pretty good. I was excited to receive my order, which was supposed to be in the color orange. However, three days later, I received a notice that I would be receiving the color burnt orange instead. This was a problem for me because burnt orange is not my kid's team color and I am not a Longhorn fan.

I decided to send an email to the customer service team, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Frustrated, I waited for four hours and received another notice that my order was shipping. I immediately called their customer service line, but was told that it was too late and that my order had already shipped. I was disappointed that they didn't seem to care about my concerns, especially since the package was still in their facility.

The only options I was given were to either keep the wrong item or pay to ship it back. To make matters worse, they only accept returns via FedEx, which was a complete waste of my time and money. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend doing business with them unless you have money to throw away.

I learned the hard way that you can't always trust what a website says and that good service from a person is not guaranteed. I plan on posting my experience on other review sites so that other people don't get suckered in like I did.

BaseballSavings BaseballSavings.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays

I used to shop at BaseballSavings.com a while back, but I stopped because their customer service was terrible and their shipping times were ridiculously long. However, my son who plays college baseball really wanted a specific pair of cleats that he could only find on their website. So, I decided to give them another chance and ordered the cleats with 2-day shipping. The order was supposed to arrive on January 23, 2020, but there were no tracking updates since then. I got worried and decided to email and call them on January 26, 2020.

I spoke to a representative who told me that they would place a trace on the order and that I would be updated within a day or two. According to their policy, I might not hear from them for up to 7 days, but the representative assured me that it never takes that long. I waited until January 29, 2020, and still hadn't heard anything, so I called them again. This time, I was told that the trace was actually issued on January 28, 2020, which meant that the process was delayed even further.

Honestly, it's always a nightmare to receive orders from BaseballSavings.com. I was hesitant to place the order in the first place because this has ALWAYS been our experience with them. So, if you're thinking of buying something from their website, be warned. Make sure you have at least a month to wait for it to arrive. It's just not worth the hassle.

BaseballSavings Disappointed with BaseballSavings: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with BaseballSavings. I ordered some gear a week ago and they said it would be shipped in 2-4 days. But here we are, 7 days later, and my stuff is still stuck in Kansas. I mean, come on, it's been in the same place as the warehouse for almost a week now. What's the hold up?

I called them up and explained that I really needed these items, and the rep put me on hold to talk to management. When she came back, she said they would overnight my order to me since I was headed out of town. But then I never got a tracking number, so I called back and they told me my order was still in process. I mean, seriously? I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes the day before, and now they're telling me they can't even get my order out the door?

We're leaving tomorrow and I still don't have what I ordered a week ago. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with their customer service. I talked to this guy David and he was just like, "Oh, it's not our fault, it's FedEx." But come on, don't tell me you're gonna overnight something and then not follow through. That's just not cool.

I mean, I guess they have good prices or whatever, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend them. If you need something in a hurry, you might wanna look somewhere else.

BaseballSavings Buyer Beware: Long Wait Times and Poor Customer Service at Baseball Gear Website

This website is not the best place to buy your baseball gear if you're in a hurry. I learned this the hard way when I ordered $400 worth of items on June 21st and still haven't received them. It's been a Very Very Very Looooong time, and I'm not talking weeks but months.

The delivery date has been changed three times already, and the latest one is August 25th. But I wouldn't be surprised if it gets pushed out again. They won't send the items in different lots because of shipping costs, and they can't give you any certainty that they'll honor the new delivery date.

The customer service representatives are not very helpful either. They just stick to their script and apologize for the inconvenience. They won't provide any valuable information other than "We apologize for the inconvenience, but your item is now on order with the manufacturer."

A serious business would give you a realistic delivery time before you complete your purchase. I thought I could wait two weeks when I received the first delay email. Then I thought I could wait another two weeks after receiving the second delay email. But now, with the "new delivery date" of August 25th, it will make it nine weeks if they do send the items on that day.

It's ridiculous that it's taking this long to receive my order. I wouldn't recommend buying from this website unless you have a lot of patience and don't mind waiting for a Very Very Very Looooong time.

BaseballSavings BaseballSavings Failed to Deliver on Next Day Shipping Promise - Disappointing Service Experience

I ordered a baseball glove from BaseballSavings on Monday and I picked the next day shipping option. They say that if you order before 3:00 p.m. CST, they will ship the item the same day. I ordered my glove at 2:00 p.m. CST and got an email confirmation at 2:08 p.m. CST. But I didn't get a shipping confirmation email that night. I called the next morning and asked where my order was. They told me it was going to be shipped that day. I told the customer representative that the order should have been shipped the day before with next day shipping. He said he was sorry and would refund my shipping costs. That's good, I thought. I can deal with getting it a day later.

On Wednesday morning, I tracked my package and saw that it was shipped 2nd day instead of Next Day like I had originally chosen and paid for. Now the glove that I needed on Tuesday won't get here until Friday. I needed it by Wednesday at the latest. I'm NOT HAPPY! If you need something urgent, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was really disappointed with the service I received from BaseballSavings. I thought I had done everything right by ordering early and choosing the next day shipping option. But they let me down. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's a shame because they have a good selection of baseball gear, but if they can't deliver on their promises, what's the point? I hope they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

BaseballSavings Disappointing Experience with BaseballSavings.com: Incorrect Order and Lengthy Return Process

I recently made a purchase on BaseballSavings.com for a pair of white/gold Adidas size 9 shoes that my son needed for his upcoming tournaments in just two days. However, when I received my order, I was disappointed to find that I had been sent a pair of Blue/White size 12 New Balance shoes instead.

Naturally, I contacted customer service to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was informed that I would need to take time out of my day to print a return label and find a FedEx location to drop off the incorrect order. Only then could they contact their warehouse to see if my desired brand/size/color was in stock. The customer service representative also informed me that it would take 48 to 72 hours to determine if they had the correct shoe in stock.

I expressed my frustration to the CSR and told them that I wanted to return the incorrect order and receive a refund so that I could simply go to a store and purchase the correct shoe. However, I was informed that once I returned the wrong order and they received the shoe, it would take an additional 3 to 5 days before the return process could even begin. This means that it could take up to 2 to 3 weeks before I receive my money back.

Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BaseballSavings.com. I will not be shopping with them again and will not be recommending them to anyone I know. In my opinion, it is worth spending the extra $20 to $50 to purchase sports gear from a brick-and-mortar store where you can ensure that you are getting exactly what you need in a timely manner.

BaseballSavings Poor Customer Service and Price Matching Experience with BaseballSavings

I made an order with BaseballSavings last night over the phone, and the customer service rep was a bit "flighty" with the process of adjusting the price to match a competitor's price. After she got the approval (without even putting me on hold), she told me that she could adjust the price, but it wouldn't be corrected until after the order had been placed. She also told me that I would receive an email confirmation with the original price. However, when I didn't receive an email about the purchase today, I decided to call them back. The same lady answered and had multiple excuses as to why my order was not processed and unable to be tracked. She was more than willing to take my order again, but there were multiple "red flags" during our discussion yesterday and today that led me to look up reviews on this company while I was talking to her. I quickly realized that this is standard operating procedure for this company, and most consumers were giving them 1/5 stars for similar issues. In hindsight, I definitely made the right choice by telling her that I would be placing our team order with another company and that I wasn't confident in the business she was representing.

BaseballSavings Disappointing Purchase from BaseballSavings.com: Terrible Quality and Sizing, Unfair Return Policy

I recently made a purchase from BaseballSavings.com and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. I ordered four pairs of softball pants and while the shipping was on time, the quality of the pants was just terrible. I mean, really, really bad. The material was cheap and the pants looked nothing like the picture on the website. I was expecting something much better for the price I paid.

To make matters worse, the sizing was completely off. I'm a small person and according to the website, I should have fit perfectly into an extra small. But when I tried them on, they were way too big in the waist and the legs were just ridiculous. I could have fit a grown man in there with me! It was just a terrible fit all around.

Now, I'm not one to just throw my money away, so I wanted to return the pants. But guess what? I have to pay for the return shipping and I won't even get my money back until they receive the pants back. That's just ridiculous. I don't have any faith in this company anymore and I feel like I just wasted $50 on something that I can't even use.

Overall, this was the worst purchase I've ever made and I wouldn't recommend BaseballSavings.com to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different website.

On Feb 21st I got an email where I was informed that " Sorry, your item is on Backorder" We apologize for the inconvenient etc etc.

This message had amd " expected shippoing date of 03/13/2023

But today is March 22nd and still nothing from nobody. This Elbow Guard was charged to my credit card and hasn´t been sent. PLEASE HELP.

BaseballSavings Shipping

Ordered Item and purchased extra to get to the limit for free 2 day shipping on a Tuesday night, order promised by Friday. Friday I get email that my shipment is behind and will not be here until Monday, I needed the item for a tournament this weekend and they didn't seem to care. I asked them to at least refund the extra money I spent to get the 2 day shipping but that fell on deaf ears? I suggested to my whole team to purchase from this site because I used them before, but never again! Other item I bought had I shopped around I could have ordered through a local retailer cheaper without shipping charges. Lesson Learned

Desired outcome: Refund me the extra $30 of next day me my product !

BaseballSavings They refused to refund 2 day shipping

I paid extra for fast delivery and was supposed to get my order in two days. But it took them about two weeks to deliver my stuff so I contacted BaseballSavings and asked them to refund the money I spent on shipping. They started to tell me some stories that is was not their fault and that I have to contact the shipping company and etc. I said that I really do not care whose fault that was and demanded my money back. They said sorry and that was the last thing I heard from them. Extremely poor Service!

BaseballSavings they didn't ship or lose your orders

People, avoid the company www.baseballsavings.com at all costs. I have placed three times on their website, but all deals were bad. They didn’t provide orders at all or they simply lose them. But they provide some fake info about the purchase. The customer services basically are useless, because none of these agents really know what has happening in their company. So, don’t waste your time and money.

BaseballSavings Fake info and awful services

I purchased some sport things from the company www.baseballsavings.com.
It was horrible experience, because the seller provided fake tracking number. When I found out about it, the seller told me that he would change it, but he did nothing. It was simply lie and nothing more. I told him to provide my order faster, but he again ignored my request. The worst services and company so don’t waste money.

Stay away, stay far away. Do yourself a favor and purchase your gear from a local dealer. This company is terrible. Purchased Easton catcher's equipment that fell apart in less than a month; they would not send a RA number; they would not replace. They wanted me to pay to send it back to them; they, in turn, would send it back to the manufacturer with no guarantee when I would ever see my stuff again. The customer service is poor at best.

I have never seen a less competent customer service department than this one. I considered purchasing one item from this store, one time, but ultimately ended up canceling the order due to prohibitive shipping costs. I was placed on their catalog mailing list. When I called their 800 number to get off the list, they told me they would "forward my request" to the appropriate department. The next month, the catalog showed up again. I called again, they deflected me again. Next month - sure enough - another catalog arrives! Three requests and nobody did a thing to help me; they lied to me each and every time. Inexcusable. Do NOT buy from this company, and more importantly, do NOT let them get a hold of your address or email.

Ordered a pair of Mizuno shoes. Received order confirmation. Two days later, was told they were out of stock :( A bad example for internet retailing. If you are not ready to market via the internet because of poor inventory system then please stay out. You ruin the whole industry.
