I got a new truck from Baxter and I also got the warranty and oil changes
I got a new truck from Baxter and I also got the warranty and oil changes. When I went for my first oil change, they didn't close the air filter cover. Then, on my second visit, they scratched my truck. I told them about it before I left, but all they did was start buffing the area, which made it even worse. Now I need to get it waxed.
I bought a car for my business, but they forgot to include the LLC on the title
I bought a car for my business, but they forgot to include the LLC on the title. The state treasurer won't accept it, and they also listed me as the owner along with the business. This is not what we talked about, and I am not a part owner! The business is ***. It's a major problem because I don't have a title for a car that I paid a lot of money for! I've called and left messages, but they responded by saying they won't fix anything.
I had an oil change appointment at 2:30, but they told me there's a 1 1/2 hour wait
I had an oil change appointment at 2:30, but they told me there's a 1 1/2 hour wait. I made the appointment days ago and arrived on time, but they said it's first come first serve. It's not right. I'm really inconvenienced sitting here, and I'm using one of the prepaid oil change services my husband, Dave, got when he bought the Jeep. It's such a waste now. If they're so behind, they should call customers with appointments. I live far away and can't go anywhere - I'm stuck. I'll go somewhere else from now on. They lost my business.
I've been takin' my vehicle in for repairs every month since July 'cause of the same dang issue
I've been takin' my vehicle in for repairs every month since July 'cause of the same dang issue. And let me tell ya, in one of them months, they tried to charge me for part of the repair, sayin' it was my fault. Can ya believe that? So I had to get my vehicle towed to another mechanic, and ya know what? That mechanic said it was Baxter's service department that messed up when they put my vehicle back together. I mean, come on now! My mechanic even talked to Baxter's service to let 'em know what they did wrong.
Now, I gotta give 'em credit where it's due. Baxter's did pay for the tow bill, and they do provide me with a loaner vehicle when mine's sittin' there for a week. But let me tell ya, they're just plain awful at fixin' the issue, even though their mechanics are supposed to be certified by Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge. And don't even get me started on their customer service and communication skills. I gotta keep reachin' out to 'em just to find out what the heck is wrong with my vehicle and when they'll finally be done with the work.
And here's the kicker, folks. I got a lifetime powertrain warranty through Chrysler, and the General Manager at *** had the nerve to accuse me of usin' my vehicle for commercial purposes. Can ya believe that? I set that man straight real quick and let 'em know that my truck ain't used commercially. I mean, seriously, WOW!
And wouldn't ya know it, my vehicle broke down again right outside ***, and the GM from *** said he'd pay for the tow.
We bought a Dodge Ram Truck from Baxter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Omaha on April 24
We bought a Dodge Ram Truck from Baxter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Omaha on April 24. I sent my check copy of the bill of sale to the DMV on June 3 to get the vehicle plated. About 2 weeks later, the dealership called and said there was a problem with the previous owner and a Power of Attorney. A week later, I got my check and bill of sale back from the DMV because the previous title was missing or not current. My spouse and I called the dealership and they said they were working on it and would call us when they had it so my spouse could come and sign it. They called him and he went on July 3, 20 to sign the paperwork and was told to wait until the next Thursday to get the tags. I also got a letter in the mail saying they received it and sent it to the DMV. On July 9, 20, I left work early so I wouldn't be late and went to the DMV. I had to stand outside in the heat for 20 minutes, then stand in the hallway for 15 minutes, and finally stand inside the DMV for another half hour waiting in line. When I got to the window, they told me they didn't have the title. I was so frustrated. I called Chrysler and was transferred to a voicemail. I called right back and was put on hold. Finally, I spoke with Eric who kept giving me excuses about where the title was sent. All the information we gave to your company was correct and true. Lies and made-up stories don't make you a better company. Honesty and the truth do. It's been a month now and we still don't have the title.
Due to a dealership's delay, I couldn't finance my lease buyout in time.
Urged by a third party, I allowed Baxter Chrysler Jeep a five-day window to arrange financing for my 2019 Jeep lease buyout. Their finance head conducted a thorough credit check. Despite knowing a certain lender's policy against financing Chrysler products, they requested a credit check from them as well. From February 25th to March 1st, 2022, Baxter processed loans for others but failed to secure mine by the deadline. Consequently, a lower buyout offer invalidated my original quote. This mishandling has harmed my credit score. I demand Baxter Chrysler Jeep to instruct all credit agencies to retract their inquiries. Furthermore, I insist they request the unnecessary inquiry's removal, acknowledging their awareness of the lender's policy. Their actions suggest an intentional attempt to damage my credit, barring me from securing a buyout loan elsewhere, thereby enabling them to acquire my leased vehicle for resale.
Bought a vehicle from them
Bought a vehicle from them. On the signed contract they agreed to fix 2 issues, but only 1 was fixed and they refuse to respond to me. On May 2nd we bought a ***. Customer number *** under my daughters name Morgan. We worked with Mack ***. There were 2 issues with the vehicle, a cracked windshield and the engine light was on. We asked them to run a diagnostic on the engine light and they said it was a sensor. The agreement we signed said they would fix the windshield and they would fix the engine light. We signed and paid a total of $***. They kept the vehicle to do the work. On Thursday May 7th they met us in *** to give us the vehicle ( we live in a different city so met half way). We drove home (30 min drive) and when we got home we noticed they had not put the envelope of information or the In Transits in the vehicle. We contacted Mack on friday and he said he would have them mailed to the Baxter in *** for us to pick up. As we did not have In Transits we did not drive the vehicle until later on Saturday May 9th, afternoon to go pick up the In Transits and then to get groceries. During this drive the engine light came back on. By this time the dealership was closed and not open on Sunday. We texted Mack on Monday May 11th and he said he would look into it. He texted back late that night and said "The word was the windshield and the exhaust part that should have been fixed. And they have told me it was". I responded that the agreement specifically stated they would fix the engine light issue and that it was not fixed. Mack responded that he would check on it. On Tuesday May 12th at 2:29 pm I texted Mack asking for an update, I felt that was plenty of time. He responded "Yes i am going to have to have you contact a manger this is currently over my head sir". I said ok. He never responded with contact information. About an hour later I asked him for the contact information for his manager and i've never received any further responses from Mack. I called the dealership on Wednesday the 13th and asked to speak to a manager and they took a message and I did not ever receive a reply. I additionally sent an email to their contact email listed on their website and never received a response from that either. I feel I have given them plenty of time to respond in some manner. At this point I want to add that when we went to pick up the paperwork iat the *** Baxter all we received were the In Transits, we did not receive copies of the other paperwork we signed. We still don't have copies but since they refuse to answer we are at a loss.Part of this issue is when the financial guy was getting ready to hand us the envelope he thought we were taking the vehicle to *** Baxter to fix, but Mack had already got it in the shop and working on it so he took the envelope and thats the last we saw of it.
