Someone booked a hotel stay in new York on my card. I had to cancel my card because I did not book this. Im wondering how they managed to use my card to book a room without showing ID or having my card?
I have no idea which hotel it was as my bank says -baymont inn greens new York new york, and there is no hotel with that name. And all the ones I find online will not answer the phone!
I need my money replaced as this was not me, and I don't know how in the world your hotel would have even let the payment go through.
I've stayed at plenty of baymont inns in the past and have always ALWAYS been asked for my ID and the card the reservation was made on.
Please call me back regarding this matter!
I've tried calling customer service and corporate, and am constantly getting disconnected.so.
Hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you.

the gentleman at the front desk by the name robert.
I think someone needs to be notified about your rude and disrespectful desk clerk you have working at the Baymont on Scott Futrell Drive. I am so tempted to put on this hotels reviews just how I was spoken to and disregarded as if I was a burden to him. He was rude, disrespectful, very crude with things he said, and acted as my needs didn't matter in the very least to him, he was short and very harsh spoken, I hope to hear that this gentleman Robert is to some degree reprimanded for the way he treated a paying customer. If I hear nothing back then I know that it's not just the desk clerk that has no respect for there customers and I will tell everyone I know and then some just how this hotel treats there clients ... Thank you, room 218
a payment not received
My name is Mitchell Glover. I checked in to Baymont Inn & Suites Augusta West, 629 NW Frontage Road, Augusta, GA 30907 on September 12, 2018 and checked out a day earlier on September 16, 2018. I was paid up to September 17, 2018 but we lefted on September 16. I was told that I would be receiving a check in the mail for $69.89. As of today, I still not have received this refund. I still have all of my documentation from this reservation. I spoke with the manager there, Deepika Verma. She stated the refund would be mailed to me but that did not happen. Please assist me with this complaint.

a stay sept 11-15, 2018
I reserved a room to escape a hurricane. The room was filthy. I bought some PineSol to clean as much as I could. Carpet torn and filthy. They doublebooked the room and another couple walked in on me. Complained to manager. Next door the room was filthy also with used towels and soap and no knob to the shower. The room beside that had a used condom. The floors were so filthy I had to cover them with towels and sheets. Then they overcharged me for an extra night and said I never complained to the manager when I specifically complained about the filth and the other people coming into my room and specifically said, "That better not happen again." I called corporate to complain as well and the person I talked to said she would file the complaint. I called Expedia and she said the manager is denying it all but the room with the used condom. I won't ever go to a Baymont or use Expedia.com
housekeeping
On 09/21/18 I rented a room with the jetted tub room 314 when going into room it had a heavy marijuana smell so as I go in to do my inspection I find marijuana on the table the tub was not clean it was very dusty and hadn't been vacuumed. I then turn to the sofa sleeper where I then find that the pillows on the couch was very stained. So I go complain and they send me to room 402 which was not much better because the pillows (2) on the bed was very stained with what looked to be blood which is a very major hazard. Also the sheets on the bed was dirty we then complain again to be told no other rooms with the jetted tub available and no manager to refund me back my money. Now to have spent 133.00 for 1 night and not be able to enjoy is just ridiculous. There are pictures and this was not just unprofessional but also a health hazard. Now what if I was a cop on vacation it would have appeared that the house keeper decided to roll up and get high instead of clean up. That hotel really needs some good employees starting with management. I'm seriously considering turning this hotel and pictures over to the health department . I am asking for a full refund and an apology.
customer service
We the union missionary Baptist Church drill team was at your place when the front desk clerk starting saying things first when we book the rooms we ask the lady that when we come back from the performance could we feed them in the lobby one of them told us yes. So the next day the blond hair women that we dealt with the night before said that she got some a complaint about the third floor and the other guy that was checking us out told her no it wasn't it was a few that complain about us in the lobby. Do while other guest was checking out the said to them I hope you was not bothered buy the kids I wish they were not here one of the other guest said it wasn't them it was your employees that was cuzing her boyfriend out on the phone while in front of the guest . Thanks the lady took money from the card when she was not supposed to. And told us we had to wait for it to go back on the card she was very rude to o us. And she said we was cuzing at her when only we told her her attitude towards us was not right when we told her it sucks and she said that was a cuz word and she theat us to call the police we had to take our kids out because she kept going on and on. We had, 11 rooms and we are demanding our money back. We all Christian we do not believe in mess and getting treated wrong by someone who do not have customer experience in this field. I work in hospitality I know how you supposed to be treated. My name is Sylvia Anderson phone number is [protected]. I demand a response to this and some action.
the whole experience
On September 22, 2018 my wife, 2year old daughter and myself were set to check in at Baymont inn and suites in Calumet City Illinois...when we got there as we were walking in at approx. 6:30 pm the lobby and hallway had a strong marijuana odor, we then checked in and went to the elevator which we then learned was broken, we were told we could take it however it ran sloe, as we got up to our room and went in, the room was disgusting and smelly, the bedding was stained...as my wife and I looked over our daughter had the bright orange cap of a syringe! At that point we decided to go elsewhere, when we went down to desk the lady didnt want to refund our money, after a lot of arguing we finally got our money back, it took us 2 hours to find a hotel due to a concert at a nearby venue...so picture wife, husband, and 2 year old riding around in a car at 8 pm in a town/area we knew nothing about trying to find a room...we stay at hotels frequently and almost always pick your company we were sad to see one of them using your name would be below standard due to the payment we are told 3 to 5 days for it to be back on our card we feel this was a horrible experience

dirty room
We arrived and the hot tub was out of order. We went to our room and it was dirty. The ceiling parts were falling on the floor we found an m&m wrapper on the floor. So they moved us to another room where it smelled like smoke . My husband inspected the room where he found a cigarette bud under the bed. There were cob webs hanging from he ceiling in both rooms. The pool was also not heated and it was closed down for about 3 ours during the day.
not returning my $700 deposit for renting an apartment in february 2015.
In 2015 Baymont Inn and suites Prince George/Fort Lee rented me a room/apartment. I paid a $700 deposit upon moving in. I was illegally evicted on August 20th with being given only two days to move and with a warning of trespassing charges if I returned. I was also told I wouldn't get back rent I'd paid for the rest of the month nor a $300 credit for over payment for rent. I have pictures of my bed being on books to keep it from tilting and springs sticking out of the mattress that I had to duct tape to keep from sticking in me. Just want my deposit and over payment back. An employee also told me manager traci hackley said she wanted me out. Just had to think up a reason.
front desk - unethical behavior
My wife and I have stays of 7 - 8 consecutive days at various hotels throughout the country many times throughout the year. Lately, we spent 9 nights at the Baymont by Wyndam Fort Myers Airport Hotel, located at 9401 Market Place Road, Ft Myers, Florida with a check-in date of 31 August 2018. Our check-out date was 9 September, 2018.
First, I would like to state that the Housekeeping Staff was one of the best we had ever seen. Their professionalism was impeccable as were the morning breakfast associates.
However, on the morning of September 9th, 2018 around 9:00am, the Front Desk Clerk, of whom I did not see a name tag for, and who wore glasses and had long black hair was very unprofessional.
1) I mentioned that we would be departing in about 20 minutes and asked see my folio to verify the charges. She stated that "our computers cannot do that. You must be checked out before you can see your bill." Now I know that is not true because I worked for Wyndam for 6 years and was the Front Desk Manager in Naples, Florida. Printing the folio prior to closing it out with a method of payment is normal. Guests must be able to verify charges prior to the closeout of the folio.
2) When looking at my folio upon the clerk closing it out, I questioned the clerk that I was charged seven nights for a pet fee instead of 4 which I discussed at check-in. The clerk stated that the pet fees are only posted by the General Manager Mr. Kitchen) and that she was not authorized to make any adjustments to the folio. That can only be done by her supervisor which was not at work yet.
Usually, the night audit automatically, or the front desk manually charges incidentals not the GM. No front desk empowerment? Not feasible. Causation would be in chargebacks.
3) Finally, I asked the front desk clerk if she could check to see if my resie was made through Expedia or another third party and she stated immediately, "I do not know. I cannot check." (There were no other guests at the front desk at the time).
Surely, the front desk clerk could have checked the market code which would have identified what type of resie I had. Her front desk morning reports would reflect this let alone the folio.
I am not asking for a credit on the pet fees today. It should be noted that the professionalism of the front desk clerk was abhorrent. Totally uncharacteristic of the Baymont Family. All of this conversation can be verified. Separate letters to Mr. Keith Pierce, Baymont President and to Mr. Geoffrey Ballotti, CEO Wyndham Hotel Group have been sent to them regarding the behavior of the desk clerk.
Regards,
Warren Husak J.D.
room amenities
I checked in my room late(11pm)
Upon arrival I was greeted with dirty linen on the night stand.
I traveled all day so to unwind. I went to take a shower to find no hand/wash towels. I called the front desk to be told that they would "try" to locate one. Ten minutes pass and I get BATH TOWELS! I paid more money to sleep here & this is how I'm treated!
recent stay at baymont inn and suites hazelwood mo
My family and I recently stayed at this hotel sunday 8/19/18-8/22/18. I have never had such a horrible experience. What makes this even worse? The problems at this hotel are easily fixed. Simple housekeeping! Customer service! Don't tell your customers that you will take care of something, and then not do it.. Read the reviews of this hotel! They are giving baymont a really bad name! I will probably never stay at another baymont that's for sure!
We arrived sunday evening. Check in was easy, and calvin was efficient and courteous. We got up to our room, and discovered there was no hot water.. Calvin quickly found a new room, so we moved everything that we had just unpacked, down the hall. That room had hot water, but there were lights that didn't work, and the tub was dirty. We started to put our leftovers in the fridge, and discovered stuff from the previous guests in it! The next morning, I went to warm my coffee up in the room microwave, and there was an old cup of coffee in there with mold on it! The hallways have debris all over. Obviously never get vacuumed. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The elevator was the same way. Breakfast was a joke! We were told for 3 mornings that they were out of butter and peanut butter! We called down for an extra pillow, and blanket. We were told to "come and get it ourselves." when my daughter got down there, she was given a sheet, because they didn't have blankets! Our room was only serviced 1 time. That was only after I went down to the desk and stood there until the attendant was called and told to go to our room. The beds were made, and the floor vacuumed, but we didn't get shampoo, soap, or new towels! I used the work out room 1 time! It was really hot, no fan. I tried to wipe down the equipment that I used, but all the sani-wipes were dried up. I tried to use the hand sanitizer, and the dispenser was broken. I forgot to mention that when I opened a drawer in our room to put clothes away, there was a bag of what looked like tobacco, or? Time and time again, we went down to the desk and relayed this information to the desk attendant. Notes were taken, but nothing was done. We even spoke to the general manager. I asked if there could be any kind of discount on the room charge, but she absolutely refused! These problems have obviously been going on at this property, as there were hardly any cars in the parking lot, unlike the la quinta right across the street. I truly wish we had gone over there!
I do want to mention that we enjoyed the pool, but it had a funny odor in the pool room. Perhaps because it is a salt water pool? Also... Big shout out to calvin who manned the desk every night we were there! He tried his best to help us. There's only so much he can do obviously!
Again, please read reviews customers are sending in about this property. I have recommended expedia drop them from their offerings. Gives both baymont, and expedia a bad name to have this place!
My daughter took pictures of everything we found. If you would like to see them please contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com
Thankyou for your time!

customer service
My name is Chamirra Bowman and my sister just had a wedding there on 8/11/18. Whereas, myself and family, friends flew into Georgia for the wedding. She had blocked off rooms for guests. We threw a bachorlette party in the meeting hall with food wine etc. We was told we had room for 2days when we came back downstairs next morning all wine alcohol was stolen. We also got bite by bedbugs in the rooms. They were nasty and had an odor of smoke in the carpets. The general manager at front desk was rude and unprofessional I had to call the police and do a civil action report on the hotel. No one wanted to refund money or comp. room which I wouldn't want the room because of the bedbugs but they were very unapologetic. The GM name is Denise. Hoping my family can get some gratitude for this horrible experience on such a beautiful day it should have been.
Here's another video of the bedbug crawling.
billed twice for room — baymont — eric, pa
When I noticed we were billed twice for the room, I called the Baymont Inn and they said the one charge was just for holding the room and would be removed in a few days. It never was! Called them back and they said it is up to the charge card company to remove the charge! My question is why -- they are the ones who charged twice!
I then called the Baymont headquarters complaint number and the man took my name and number (in case we would get disconnected). I told him what had happened and he said he would see what he could do for me and asked if he could put me on hold. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then got disconnected. Never heard from him! Very disappointed in the Baymont!
condition of room
First they billed our credit card 3x for the room b4 we arrived. Thankfully our bank denied the charges. Our room was gross. I always check the mattresses & pillows. The mattresses are very old & need replacing. The pillows had no zipper covers just a pillowcase&they were yellow& orange stained. The clerk said all the pillows were gone&handed me zipper covers to put on myself.Nxt a huge spider is climbing up the wall. The spider was the size of a half-dollar.We decide to leave. My husband pulls back the cover&spiders start crawling out from under the sheet. That hotel needs bug bombed and revamped!
room, guest service, and safety
We got back to our room on the first floor from the event we were at around 1 am. We are traveling with three children. When we got in our room we immediately noticed there was flooding in the bathroom. The light fixture was full of water as well. The water was already soaking into the carpet through the room towards the door and through the wall to the closest bed. We went to tell the front desk so they'd know and we could be moved from that room. It was not a safe environment especially with children, whom were scared. The employee stated there was nothing he could do and that his manager would be back in the morning during normal working hours. He claimed to have gone up to the second floor to shut water off above us. The employee did come mop up some water, but it didn't stop the water from coming in all night. We asked again for another room or accommodations at a nearby hotel of which we were denied. He said they were Sold Out and they did not have a program set up for us to stay anywhere else. He told us to stay put in that room and offered us towels to help clean it up. Finally, around 4am a room on second floor"magically" was available that he claimed to never have been checked in to. He had us move rooms at that point. We were finally able to sleep a little. Around 9:15am, we walked by the original room we were in and the water was soaked into the hallway. There were other guests having to walk through this. We went back to the front desk to speak to the manager. He was still not there. The lady informed us he would be in around 11 or so because of the water now in the hallway. We said we were told he'd be there already and that signs need to be put up preventing people from walking in that area as the electricity was all still on. She didn't seem to care. She proceeded to tell us we would have to switch rooms again claiming the second floor room was booked for the night. This time we are told we are being moved to the third floor, so we don't have leaking in the ceiling to worry about. Once in yet another new room, we noticed an awful smell. It ended up being from a lot of mold in the air conditioner. We talked to the lady at the front desk and she moved us to another room. This room was better, but it felt really damp like our first room. Eventually we were able to speak with the manager and were offered all of our nights to be free for all the trouble. However, having those charges reversed, my points for those nights were never accounted for in my Wyndham Rewards. While we were thankful for the charges being reversed, it still does not make up for missing out on an entire day of where we were supposed to be for our trip to Minneapolis. We were very disappointed our stay at this hotel. I would never recommend for anyone to stay there.
charges to my credit card
One of the worst experiences I have ever had staying in a hotel.
I had reserved 2 rooms for 7/15 for one night. When we arrived, at 12:30 pm, I was told that I couldn't check in until 3:00 pm. I had a church meeting to go to, so I couldn't freshen up or change clothes after traveling. I wasn't told what time check in was. The checkin clerk to me she would reserve my 2 rooms and they would be ready at 3. So when we returned at 6 pm. We had to wait for our rooms because the house keepers had walked off the job. On top of all that they charged me an extra 134.38 to my credit card, it took me 3 weeks to get a refund after calling numerous times and the manger was very rude. I finally received my refund on 7/30. Then today 8/10 they charged my card again. What a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
baymont inn and suites pueblo, co
I booked a room for 2 days and ended up full of bed bug bites. August 3rd and 4th. I complained to the front desk lady and she said she would check it out. Will attach pictures. Waited a long time for this vacation and this has made it miserable. The itching is unbearable. Really feel there is compensation due. Been through 6 Walmart and CVS store to find any kind of relief. I will be posting about our ordeal with this hotel.

service
This has been the worse experience I have had. I checked into the hotel on Tuesday 7/31. To this date the room has not been cleaned nor has the sheets been changed. These people don't want to do their jobs then they need to find somewhere else to work. They have not given me clean towels. I have asked nicely to have my room cleaned but everyday I come back it's not. This is a disgrace.
