Beautyrest review: Like sleeping in a hammock

We purchased a Beautyrest king mattress less than a year ago and there is sagging on both sides of the mattress with a lump going down the center of the mattress. It's like sleeping in a hammock, making it hard to even roll over. I have tried sleeping on the "lump" in the middle for more support, which turns my king size bed into a double. I filed a claim after going through all the rigmarole of measuring, placing a broom over the depression, removing the mattress to take a photo of the frame, and I was told I was pressing down on the measuring tape and it is "normal" depression. I tried very hard to measure without pressing down but the mattress is spongy and gives. VERY UNHAPPY.
