I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my order, placed on date 17 Jul 2023 and the subsequent refund process.
Despite multiple assurances through email that a 100% refund would be processed, I have yet to receive it after waiting for over 8 months.
My order number are :

2. [protected] date: 18-Jul-23 USD 151.97
3. [protected] date : 24-Jul-23 USD 67.5
I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter, including the prompt processing of the promised refund.
I expect this issue to be addressed within 15 days from the date of this letter. If the matter remains unresolved, I may have no choice but to seek legal advice to ensure my rights as a consumer are protected.
I believe it is in the best interest of both parties to resolve this matter amicably and promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
