Bell Canada is guilty of extortion. I'm filing a 20 billion dollar lawsuit against them for their illegal practices. You'er all now, from their point of view, guilty of aggressive sales representation. All phone calls made or internet sites used are a contract from their point of view. Legally this is a tough position to fight. There is no truth in advertising and all forms of aggressive sales practices are acceptable from all forms of industry including our own Government. So either pay them or take them to court there are no other options for any of you other then this course of action.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I cancelled with Bell for the package of three at the end of last month because they raised the rate from $149 taxes in a month to $222 without any letting me know in advance. Cancellation date was May 15, 2018.So I switched to Rogers. On May 10'2018, I spoke to a lady in the Retention Department (Bell) who offered me $146 per month also for two years. So I cancelled with Rogers the next day. Today, I got a statement from Bell for $228.08. I was shocked. When I called in to find out what happened, nobody seemed to know anything despite the fact that I gave them the reference number and the date off the deal made on May 10'2018. How can such a big company conduct its business in such an unethical way?

I have just spent 45min, AGAIN 3rd time in 2 months!, to resolved the harassment I am getting from bell over my CLOSED ACCOUNT!
This account was closed over 2 months ago. That alone was an ordeal!
AFTER receiving my "final" invoice... invoice kept coming! and growing!
Magically a final payment due of 70$ became almost 300$!? Because some incompetent did not close my account correctly!
It took 2 more 45 min calls to rectify.
I got another "final" invoice (that was 15$ TOO HIGH) and was about to pay it... BUT... lo and behold... an invoice for 290$!?!?!
Now after the 3rd 45min call they agree that the "original final" invoice is correct!
Now here's the horrible punch-line... the incompetent at bell tells me that she doesnt know if there will be more invoices!
I have never ever see this level of [censored]ic incompetence or lack of communication between departments or sheer F-up in any kind of major company!
I felt like I was dealing with an organization in the 3rd world run by illiterate children!
I would recommend at all costs to avoid them!
