incorrect debit
I ordered some beauty products that were advertised at the cost of $29.35.
For my surprised I was informed by my bank that they had debitted the amount of $137, 77 plus $9, 95, which does not correspond to my order.
The order was made on October 9th. I want to be refunded for the amount of money and I don´t want the products, as the firm seems to be far from serious and honest.
It is the 1st time something like this happens, although I buy many products on the internet.

I purchased Bellavei products on the 11 /09/2016 that was advertised for R449.00 but when the transaction was done, i received an sms from my bank with a total of R2065.40 that was deducted.I immediately sent an e-mail to their support to give me a refund. I received a e-mail back saying they cannot assist as the product is shipped already. I asked but why was it shipped if I sent a e-mail to cancel the transaction.They told me I have 2 options, either they give me a 50% refund or I ship the products back when I receive it but at a 15 % ship fee but yet when I read the T&C's after they have told me that in, it state you can get a refund artanytime. I ordered this the 25-07-16 On the webpage the add was 75.000 COP for 4 bottles and when I finished the transaction I was charged 75.000 x 4 plus tax. After many complains they agreed to reimburse me with 50% of my payment; neither the 50% has been reimbursed nor the Products have arrived to my home. I have written them many times and the answer is check the post office (no post office in Colombia) they have no tracking number or way no know about the product after living their company. So after reading this complains I guess this is a ghost company that in fact is ripping people? What can we do?

I ordered the product online for a total amount of R449.00. When I checked my credit card to see if the funds were taken, i was surprised to find that they took R2065.00
I emailed them immediately asking them to advise why that amount was deducted when I only requested products to the value of R449.
They then advised me that I requested 4 steps, which I certainly did not. I see a whole lot of people has complaint about the same problem on HelloPeter.
After numerous of emails asking them to cancel and refund, they just say that it has been shipped and if I want to return the product it will cost me the shipping fee's as well as a 15% restocking cost?
After reading some of the other complaints on this website it is clear that they are indeed not a company that can be trusted.
How do I go about getting my money back. I have not received the product as yet, but once again looking at the complaints it seems that I will not get them either

Yo quería comprar una crema de BellaVei que valía 40€, así que rellené los datos de mi tarjeta Mastercard y ANTES de yo darle a Aceptar la compra, BellaVei ya me habia hecho dos cargos a mi tarjeta: Uno por 137 €uros y otro por 9, 99 €uros. Inmediatamente intenté ANULAR las operaciones pero no me daba esa opción, entonces inmediatamente envié varios correos seguidos reclamando que yo aún no habia aceptado la compra y que quería ANULAR cualquier operación, pero support BellaVei me devolvía todos mis mensajes con NO_Responder. Era un fin de semana y llamé al numero de emergencia de Mastercard y bloqueé mi tarjeta. Al día siguiente me fui a poner el denuncio a la guardia Civil y lo llevé a mi banco. Bellavei me robó 147 €uros. Mastercard tampoco asumió ninguna responsabilidad. No bloqueron el pago y tampoco mi banco lo hizo. Vivo en España
With due respect, I ordered my Vella Vei products on May 13, 2016. I paid 184 dollas plus cents though my Visa credit card. Up to now (jUNE27/16) I have not received any products not even a satisfactory excuse for such a delay.I need to know what is wrong with delivery in Argentina, if I will ever receive my purchase, or I will never buy anything form you. I sent an email to your address in Buenos Aires, Argentina but I never received a satisfactory answer. What am I suppose to do? I already paid my purchase and I want it. Please send me a satisfactory response I am greatly disappointed with your company. I expect satisfactory solution to my problem as soon as possible.

I oredered the products (cream) on 10 May 2014. Till todate no products send to me. I already emailed to them 5-6 times but only auto reply (received of my email). on my 1st email, they requested me to check my Post Centre if the items was left there. But nothing for me at the Singapore Post. I hope something can be done and need your help. Thank you in advance.
