Best Holiday Malaysia review: Tour manager

I would like to complained about the tour manager in Best Holiday. Her name is Agnes Wong.

Recently, my wife and I joined their Spain and Portugal tour in Nov23. On first day of tour when we reached at one of the scenic site at Salamanca in Spain. The tour manager said to the group that we can leave our belongings and bags in the bus when we go down to take our photos. She said its safe and the bus door will be closed. So, believing what she said, my wife left her bag at her seat in the bus.

Everybody quickly went down to take our photos and we went back to bus after 10 minutes. When my wife checked her bag and she found that some of our money was stolen. We lost around euro 900.

My wife immediately informed the tour manager Agnes and to our surprise, the tour manager just said sorry and did not take any further action. We are angry over the tour manager because she is the one who told everyone in bus that its is safe to leave belongings in bus. If she didnt say so, we will take our belongs with us when we went out for photos.
