BH Management Services review: Founder's Point in Monroe, NC

H My name is Katrina and I am a new resident at Founder's Point in Monroe, NC. I wanted to file a major complaint against Founder's Point due to an incident that was discovered a couple of days ago. Last week, while walking upstairs to my room there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom in the hallway. Immediately, I thought was a draining/pipe issue. So, I went into the bathroom and turned on the light and to my surprise there was urine/tissue in the toilet and feces on the toilet and toilet lid. How disgusting! I am the only one that lives at my resident, and no one has access to my home other than Founder's Point and who they allow. The last person that I am aware that used the bathroom was in December (Christmas) and has been cleaned since.

I became livid and reported to Founder's Point leasing office and spoke with Nicole and plus sent via email. This is like a nightmare that someone (adult) would go to that extreme to be disrespectful and bold. Throughout all my years of renting, I have never experience something so horrible. Honestly, this left me with the feeling of being attacked and targeted.

For someone to do something like this is very concerning and disturbing. If I could afford to move, then I would but stuck. This experience has become very scary and every complaint at this new community should be taken seriously and investigated.
