BH Management Services review: Laundry room, littering, and dog poop

Hi I live in one of your complexes in Downers Grove IL, Prentiss Creek apartments, I been a resident her for over ten years, I live in Building E and the laundry room is a disgrace, its been like this for months, I have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry cause the laundry room here is so gross, and no one is doing anything about it, along with all the littering and dog poop everywhere, you guys increased my rent $200, that was a bit too steep, because my rent never increased that high before, but anyway as of now, I cant afford to move anywhere now, but for what I'm paying every month I can barely make it plus im a single mother of 2, but anyways I think its sad that I'm paying this high rent, and I cant even use the laundry room, you guys need to do something about this issue, I always paid my rent on time, I don't cause any problems, but something has to give here
