The people at Rahul Gas Agency, Jangpura, Delhi are not picking up phone for gas refill booking. I'm facing a lot of problems because of this.

This is true. Even I am facing the similar problem with Balaji gas agency, Matthikere, Bangalore. Each time when I dial agency number I would rrecieve either the no. busy tone or it will not be attended by anybody.

sir my bharat gas lpg consumer no 7837 is dilvered on 15-12-09 and again booked on 21-12-09 was not recieved yet please refill my cylinder as soon as possible

I booked bharat gas on 18th of Dec 2009 in Ganseh Gas Agency, Permabur, Chennai.The gas has been used or open from 19th of Dec 2009.

On 16th of Feb 2010 it is empty.From 1st Feb 2010 we were not much used gas.But today suddenly it is empty.Not even used for 2 months.

our Company give a Agency Kohli gas But this Agency is a not good services & not mannare an Customer Communication .
So, i compailnt this Agency & you will proper action it.

My name is Vijaya, I am registered user of Bharat Gas . I recently moved from Miraroad to Naigoan East. I have the transfer papers in place. I contacted the Naigoan branch with the transfer documents. They informed to pay 220 for the computerisation for which they are not going to provide any reciept. Are there any charges like this.

Please, note that I have booked my cylinder on date 06/07/2010 Ref. No. 1835915 through ebharatgas.com and delivery date is mentioned on date 13/07/2010 but I do not received my cylinder till today.
Many times I have try to send a massage through ebharatgas.com but always mentioned on screen that YOUR COMPLAIN COULD NOT SEND TRY AGAIN.
Kindly, do the needful.

sir they are not giving second cylinder on connection.They says that it is stopped by company for some time earlier nw they say it was started and now stopped unless i visited almost everyday there showroom.

after delivery of one cyllender scond cyllender is booked after 20 days. after booking we get delivery after 10 to 12 days. We request Bharat gas to another cyllender booking after 15 days.

As cited above, In winter when need for gas increased, availability of gas decreased. I was suffering for 5kg cylinder shortage, becuase of less profit, said agency not ordering since one month. I want action against said agency immediate.

but not received gas till 7/10/11. & they are not peck up phone .

for book refill we have to call at least 8 to 10 times and then if we book for delivery we have wait at least 20 days. every time we are facing same problems it is very horrible

There is lot of problem with bharat gas LPG cylender. Dadagiri of Distributors. kindly look into the matter.

I am member of bharat gas residing at badlapur. Ajinkya gas service of badlapur always kept telephone of three line busy by keeping the receiver a side. We have to wait hours by continuing dailing the phone pl take action .. vishal choudhary
