BSNL Telephone is not Working
Dear Team,
Since Dec 12th 2011 we are been following with the BSNL Tarnaka and Nacharam office people regarding the noisy telephone. We even reached them inperson to the office and after repeated attempts by raising tickets the lan man closes the ticket without any rectification update from the customer.
We even tried reaching JE chandulal [protected] but not reachable. We request someone to take it forward this issue and resolve at the earliest.

Non reciept of telephone Bills
We in New generation apprtments locality are not recieving the telephone bills regularly. While approching the BSNL authorities in Baltana, SDO, Mr. Ahuja is very harsh and rude in his behaviour and dares to approach anyone senior. There appears to be tussle going between Postal department and BSNL, which is causing unrest to the local landline telphone users.

Landline not working since 2 months
Landline connection bearing [protected] is not working since beginning of May 2011. The issue has been reported to the officials of BSNL office at Imphal - Manipur time and again. However, it has not bee addressed yet. The Govt. will expect us to pay monthly bill without giving basic services even.

failure of sim and inactivation of duplicate sim
I am using a bsnl pre-paid sim card #[protected] which failed to work after about 1 1/2 years of use.
When I approached the local bsnl office at Puttaparthy, AP 515134 in order to replace the card which still has a balance of Rs. 480 and odd, I was told by the customer service officer, a Mr. Venkat Reddy that they had no blank sim cards and that I should go back after a week.
When I called the office after 3 days, another person told me that the blank sims were available. So, I again returned to Mr. Venkat Reddy on Saturday July 03, 2011 and filled up an application form for a duplicated sim with xerox of ration card and photo and old sim card. He then gave me the duplicate sim and told me that it would be activated after 2 hours. It is now Sunday evening, and more than a day but the duplicate sim is still unactivated.

Ignorant of the dirty service rendered by BSNL Mobile Service I
subscribed for cricket sservice on 28-3-11. For that they deducted
Rs20/-. But I never got any information regarding cricket score and so
I sent a message to stop the service. For the four messages I sent I
was charged. They deducted Rs20/- on 28-4-11and again on 29-5-11. I
talked to the customer care of BSNL on 4-5-11. I received complaint
registration No.AP0405117024 from 53333 and docket No.E04AP66968 FROM
52765F BSNL support. They are not stopping the cricket service and
every month they are deducting the amont. I request to please help me

As per our intimation given by BSNL Custumber care on 15.5.11 your validte period is expire on same date andyour out going call is deactivated but incoming call is activated . there after I recharged with Rd 50/- Rupes thant 110 rupess but out validity period not exced . and allso try to rechared with validity vourcher on 20/5/11 but not rechared .
I approching on 21/5/11 with the cusmomber care regarding non recharging of mobile but custmber care intimated that your mobile sim is blocked due to on rechared . but i also intimate i already rechared the mobile no but no any relpy given

billing for broadband
Dear Sirs,
I have broadband connection no. [protected].
I am being a retired man I took the telephone connection with the broad band facility since Sept.2009.BSNL was regular for billing for my connection of 1GB @ Rs. 250/ and I also remain regular in paying the same up to the month of June 2010. For the month of July & Aug.2010 they billed dated 30/10/2010 @ Rs. 250 per month itself.
The bill was to be paid on or before 10/12/2010. And it was paid.
Again for the month Sept., Oct., Nov.2010, a consolidated bill for Rs.7223/ was raised . On my visit to BSNL, their Executives were showing so busy that one directed to another and I was advised to go for unlimited plan @ Rs. 499/ p.m., but you have to deposit the amount of this bill in any way . I submitted the application immediately and got registered there itself. I was compelled to deposit the bill as it was with the assurance that they will modify the data and I will not get the problem repeated.
Today again I received a bill for the month of Dec.2010, Jan., Feb., & Mar.2011. amounting to Rs.7046/-.(consolidated).
I am being a retired person you can very well understand that I can Not afford to deposit such a huge amount for telephone only. And that too instead of @Rs.250/ p.m. it had been billed for huge amount .
I may here also state that if at all it does not fall within their scheme, on receipt of monthly bill in normal time, I would have noted the position and could have taken corrective steps in time.
Billing by BSNL for a number of months at a time has put me in a very awkward position . I therefor request to get me waived all the additional charges which have been levied.I am ready to pay the regular charges every month.Kindly help me as I am a retired man and having no other source of income except pension.

Today on 23rd June2011 I received a invoice no10106438470018 raising bill for the month of May2011 net for Rs. 5744/ (including previous Bal of rs. 7217.22)by adding an amount of Rs.571/(for May2011) and reducing by Rs.2045/, without mentioning any clarification. Why part of my request is being considered. The base for consideration remain same hence remaining claimed amount should also be adjusted enabling me to pay the actual chargeable amount.
I have also sent the above matter to the consumer grievances cell, BSNL.

I have been facing problem due to my bsnl landline and broadband since last 3 days. There is problem in link stability on my connection. I complained yesterday in SDO's office(Mr. Atma Yadav), and through telephone too but no customer care executives is recieving d call. Mr. Yadav (SDO) told me that the problem eill be solved today.but no action is taken from those till now.
We are using the BSNL landline since last 20 years and our no is 079-[protected]. We are paying the bill regularly though our landline number is not working on regular basic. Mostly it works for 5 to 6 days in a month and from last 8 months it is completely dead and we have done the complaint regarding the same though nobody came to solve the problem. One nice thing i have noticed about the BSNL that they charge the rent for dead number also, though we have paid the bill for last 8 months of Rs 2117.00 on 12.01.11. and still our phone is not working.
As this number is our business number and we are facing so much problem and now we are tired of this government company service and you are our last hope, So its a request you to take some strict step against the company employee.

we are user of landline phone no.2330825 in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, from last 30-35 years. From last one year the said fhone one not working properly and on asking came to know that due to some digging work done by M C Gugaons*s JCB all wires have been cut. But when we made several complaints the SDO telephones, Gurgaon, Mr.Bhargav got it started with WLL set. We were shocked to see the bill when recieved it was in thousands instead of hundereds. Now no body is listening to our complaint and the said phone has been disconnected from that time.

Bill payment deduction for dead phone from my security amount
my name is vipin sharma, resident of 9/1041, Sector – 9, Indira Nagar, Lucknow – 226016. I applied for voluntary closure of my telephone (number [protected]) on 3rd Mar’11 in the online BSNL Customer care portal due to poor services offered to me as phone was dead for 3 months. I had applied for a rebate in advance before 3rd Mar’11 for the bill of February’11 to my area SDO Sh. Bairagi, but he utterly refused to give me any rebate. After so much deliberation and persuasion DE (telephones), Sh. R. S. Pande signed on my rebate application and authorized it for the rebate on 8th Feb’11. But when I went to DSE, Sh. S. N. Pande for registering this rebate into my account he told me that it is not possible now as my telephone has become inactive and that accounts section will help me in this matter.
3. I reached to the chief accounts officer with this matter but he again showed his help lessness in this matter stating same reasons and referred me to Sh. Ashok Kumar DGM (Telephones), UP East. I also talked to DGM (Telephones), but he showed his lack of knowledge in this matter and again asked me to contact DE (telephones). When I contacted DE he said that I have to pay full amount and that no rebate will be paid.
4. Therefore BSNL, UP East has showed its inability to adjust my rebate and has asked me to pay full amount thereby incurring me a loss of Rs. 400 for the service I never had from the BSNL.
5. I hereby request you to kindly look into this matter and get me justice. The amount is approximately Rs. 400 for the rebate and if not adjusted it will be deducted by my security amount deposited at the start of my BSNL services. Please ensure that my rebate amount shall cover the whole period right from 10th Feb’11 till my voluntary closure request was accepted.
These BSNL people are making lame excuses saying that system is not allowing them to make rebate payment.

Regarding BSNL Mobile service, in kerala circle it is very poor.
The plans and the sevice was not bad. but recently i have doubt they are supporting other private cellular companies. Because other companies canvasing the bsnl costomers by offering better sevice. BSNL COUSTOMERS ALWAYS RECIVING ONLY ONE MESSEGE "OUT OF COVERAGE"

BSNL stopt selling the Sancharnet card
Renewal of my BSNL Sancharnet e-mail account is not possible any more since Jan-2011 because because BSNL Customer Service stopt selling the prepaid Sancharnet card with renewal key. I lost my BSNL/Sancharnet e-mail ID and dial up connection because of this bad service !
