I'm really aggravated. A few days ago I was booted from bingo blitz while playing. I logged into it again using Facebook, like I always do, but it said there was an issue that is trying to resolve. Days later, it's still saying that. I don't have my user ID number memorized and I don't know the password that I used 10 years ago to set up the account. I always just login through Facebook. I'm a plus player and yesterday BB withdrew my subscription fees out of my account. Yet I cannot play the game. I've played this game for over 10 years. I just recently received the 300 credits for the 10 year anniversary. I'm on lvl 334. My player name is Micheal Shepherd. I've spent untold hundreds if not thousands on this game. Up til now I've never had a problem.

Still won't let me log in through FB. Has actually tried to start me over on a new account. I'm not doing that. I want things fixed so I can go back to playing where I left off. Is too bad that there's not a number to call for human assistance. Having to type all of this is an inconvenience.

It says on here that all 17 past complaints have been resolved. I'm hoping to be the 18th. I shouldn't be in the position to have to find out.

Desired outcome: Fix this for me
