I have spent a lot of money on this app. I noticed over time that the more money I spent, the harder it was to get items, prizes, rewards, and more. Multiple members have had the same complaints, technical issues mid game and losing credits and items and not reimbursed. Games advertised with rewards that are not received. Receiving same items over and over again. Paying for a membership that is not worth the extra money spent because of same problems: not receiving rewards, accusations that game is rigged, bugs and technical issues, offers not receivwled, items are getting harder to win and resorting to using more credits or making purchases to get second chances and not winning. I have noticed that non item game cards will have more bonuses to get squares, i. e new years blast than for a item card with a collection item. Or getting daubed squares and bingos on non item cards instead of collection items. Receiving multiples of same items over and over and over again before a new one comes up. I spent 200 in the last couple of days and never completed a room. Didnt win any bingos at all. I have to use or buy credits just to rewin my bingos!
I spent 853 in december. Members are complaining. Cancelling their memberships. Contacted support and they do not address any issues. They claim its a game of chance, but its a money pit. No way that someone like me can spend 200 bucks and not have made any progress. I was scammed today by two members in slumber over items not received as agreed, tech issues and game closure caused loss of credits not reimbursed.
I want my money back on all my purchases since December 1st, 2024. It wasnt until today after not receiving assistance or refunds for their issues that I truly realized how much I have been ripped off and scammed. Conned into spending more money and getting less. I have reported issues that were not resolved on purchases. Likoffers that if you buy one offer get next level with more credits then next tier get even more only have to restart because technical issues. I reported same issues before in 2018! I tried again and within two months its the same only more money!
I have attached a piece of my purchases vs other app purchases. I have not had issues in my other games. I am very dissatisfied with the advertised "free" game Bingo blitz. I want my money back please. After being bullied by other members in game rooms yesterday, hearing other members that reported members that went nowhere, the lack of support I receive when I do contact support, $ spent got me no new items in 3 rooms despite getting gems for canon blasts and second chances, credits wasted in 4 rooms and not being able to complete paired with the unbelievable amount of members who complain of the same exact issues, I have had enough. The disappearing room, room closure, and transactions are from 1/21/2025 to 1/23/2025. Issues began November 2024 when I began paying December 1st and as month progresses, transactions increased. I spent $850 - $900 in December. $500 -$600 January. I want my money back. I requested a refund and was denied. They take your money, over and over again, but do not treat you as a loyal customer. I received more collection items from other members than I did games and advertise as a free game. Its not. Multiple complaints on pissedconsumer.com and BBB. Multiple complaints on their facebook page. Admins delete negative comments about Playtika, like mine. I would have continued to spend until I spent $200 and didn't finish one room with one that just disappeared. Its a scam. ID# [protected]
