Playtika Cannon diamond

I paid for the cannon to buy diamonds my money was taken but no diamonds

It popped up we are fixing this issue but still 2 wks later it still not showing on my games and I never got refund for my cannon that gave nothing

In am missing out on so many games not having the cannon

Can you please fix this issue asap and you can put credit on wot you owe me from the cannon or just give me the Free diamonds that I paid for please

Playtika Fraud

I have been trying to cancel my account and to ban them from taking charges from my credit cards for the last several years. I have sent copies of everything that I have tried to do. I’ve never heard a word from them. This year alone I’m sure I spent over $10,000 on slotomania. I don’t know how to end this nightmare. I have written to this company before and I never did get a response. I go into the VIP on the game and I still don’t get a response. I would really appreciate it, If somebody would tell me what I can do and how I can get some of my money back! I feel that that is only fair. Thank you.

Playtika Game in app purchase

Game use to be my favorite. All they care about is Money. Support is no help and very disrespectful. Make bets start off high. All challenges are ridiculous and very hard to achieve with out having to pay for coins in which start off very high priced . Then support or higher ups I was told said I ask for to many coin gifts but why should that matter if I have proof I spend 100s of dollars of in app purchase a month to play. So they blocked me and now if anything goes wrong with my account or game. They said they can't help because I'm not allowed to nor have the opportunity anymore to contact support because I ask for to many gifts. I took some screenshots of purchases not going to flood with the but it's not Kool to spend this type of money and get on treated poorly

Playtika Bingo blitz

I'm supposedly a VIP which means I've spent a ridiculous amount of $. (Stupid, I know) However those 3 letters don't seem to mean much. The game consistently robs me of credits & items I should have won due to glitches, lagging, or being bumped off before the end of the game. I've lost credits, power ups, ingredients, items, not to mention my time yet customer service feels reimbursing me 150 credits (about half of the time) is sufficient. I don't even file complaints anymore because it's just a waste of my time & not playing would solve the problem. Once I'm out of credits I will definitely delete it but in the mean time I'm really getting pissed. I won't be surprised if a class action suit is filed.

Desired outcome: I'd like to get 100,000 credits, or half my $ back that I've spent in the game since I started in 2020. (Check my acct. It's a significant amount)

Playtika previous album

4 hours prior to the previous album closing i attempted to collect all my inbox cards (20-25 all in a row and multiple luckys and 4 and 5 strar)which none of them showed up. This also made me miss my 3rd pass bonus of a 5 star fun spins.coustomer service is repeating saying that they gave plenty of notice before the album closes,but this was still 4 hours before,yes i reported the next day but that should not matter,if they can track your spending and win and loses they should be able to also track the card loses! my wife says the only time you can win is if you buy anything from all this casino games(maybe she is right!

Playtika Bingo blitz game glitch reversed my progress

I was on the verge of completing the level 2 bonus for 4500 credits in Sassy Sauces game. I spotted playing and when I returned to play again my progress was reverted back almost to the previous checkpoint in the bonus. I contacted support right away. Their response was that I was not the only person affected like this and they were looking into the problem. The next response was to apologize again for the problem and offer a small token by giving me 100 credits and 30 minutes of double dice. Then a few days with nothing. I wrote again and was told the issue has been fixed. Yet my progress had not been fixed. So I sent another message and the thought I'll try the chat. I felt the person was just trying to pawn me off as he said twice that they'd given me 100 credits and such which I had already mentioned, noting it did not make up for my lost progress. He then tried to say i was contacting from a different account - not true, I only have one account. Finally he offered 500 credits. I told him this would not even make up for the lost progress which has actually affected progress in multiple areas of the game in which you need to meet milestones within a day or so. So in fact my losses are much more as time passes. He couldn't provide anything more and said he was "moving heaven and earth" just to give me 500 credits. He kept repeating how he understands and knows how I feel. It all seemed like bull to me. To boot the the chat has an image for the agent... Some stock photo that is all over the Web. Seems like a bunch of fake bull.

It costs 150 credits for me to play a round where I contribute to the daily quests. So 500 is only 3 rounds of play, and in order to make up for the lost progress I would need to get win bingos which isn't a guarantee... I paid to play and make the progress... So as far as I'm concerned the game has stolen items for which I paid. I know i paid way more than 500 credits to make the progress that was stolen from my account by some technical game issue.

I'm disgusted by the lack of actual care or attention and proper compensation offered. This company does not value anything other than ripping people off and stealing from them.

Desired outcome: 100,000 credits for the [censored] and aggravation and attempts to rip me off without thought

Ors je m'aperçoit que la même commande a été débité egalement avec ma carte de crédit. Je n ai pourtant reçu que 410 diamant rose au lieu de 820 . Vu que payer 2 fois.

Still no refund:

Outstanding from yesterday 5 july -Check calls logged around 20 yesterday and no support!

In Austin room last night between 19h30 and 22h 30 lost 1 x 150 and 2 x 360 credits because I was disconnected

Then earlier in day i was paid back once but there is still 870 credits outstanding that was not paid back. I send files and logs and Logged calls but got no assistance

On 06/03/2023 I was overcharged. It was supposed to be 59.99, I was charged 66.44. I used my debit card ending in 2153. Also on 06/04/2023 I was overcharged (twice). It was supposed to be 59.99. i was charged 66.44. I used my debit card ending in 2047. You can contact me by phone # [protected], or by email [protected]@hotmail.com. Playtika Loss of chips and chromium ring and ranking

3 and half weeks I am waiting for reply you would not let me sign in one day you offered a chip bonus to sign in I had the same e mail and password since I started would not let me sign in it said wrong e mail or password tried several times kept saying the same so I decided to try to sign in under google sign in when I did it did not transfer my ring and chips it put me to start all over again I do not know if someone took my chips etc. Any ways there should be my account there under my orginal e mail and password but I cannot get there because the way you have it setup it goes right to the game it use to have you sign in first so now I cannot retrieve my chips or ring etc. So I am in a google account now under my e mail etc. This needs to be resolved I mean 5 yrs of playing to get chromium ring and 12 billion in chips is a awful lot to lose can you try somehow to restore this it is there somewhere I would like a reply this time you need to let me sign in the old way so maybe this can be resolved

on 11 26 2023 around 4 am i played the daily blitz and noticed i was missing duplicate cards i had over 500 hundred cards and when i checked there was only 291showing where did they go

on 11 26 2023 around 11pm i went to play and saw the flashing signal on lightning round so i played it and continued to play the game for awhile and went out of the game when i came back to play the daily blitz i noticed no flasing signal on lightninground it said coming soon i happen to check my duplicate cards and that is when i saw that over 200 of my duplicate cards were missing i had over 500 cards and when i checked there was only 291cards showing i do not know what happened to them and it still said lightning round was still saying coming soon which never came back on till the 27th then it showed lightning round when i played the daily blitz so i played daily blitz and was hoping my duplicate cards would show back up but unfortunately they did not and still have not come back. Somehow they disappeared

waiting for 5 days for response have allready explain what happened last friday early evening you have to work your magic and find a way to put me back to where i was took me 5 years to get my chromium ring and 12 billion etc. lot to lose i am 72 yrs old who plays every day it is awful to start all over again please i am losing my faith in your app i am in a different account now thru google that was the only way i could play all because you one day offered me a chip bonus to sign in and it kept saying wrong email and password why i do not know the same one i had since i started and the only way i could get back in was to go to google and when i did it did not transfer my account i had from before it gave me a new one put me back i know you can find a way and work your magic for me your loyal customer would like a reply

Playtika I want my game fixed how it was before I became a premium player

I have been a premium member of Bingo blitz for a while when I cancelled my bingo blitz + account all of a sudden as of Jan 1 2023 I would lose tons of coins in this game I would win 2 game out of 125 games played and my progress would come to a halt waiting for months to advance levels yet when I was paying them $15 month for the premium services I was winning 1 in 3 games getting bonuses and boosters galore and advancing levels, Ok I figured it was a game glitch so sent in a support ticket and they fixed it according to the rep it was fixed but 2 days later the same issue happened again each time I sent for support they would fix it and it would go back to how it was before, On march 18th 2023 I was in a game room and this person whose name was in red letters was trying to intimidate me claiming they worked for playtika games making comments about" banning me and causing my games to stop letting me win if I did not pay to play their game. Well im sorry I reported them and this company did NOTHING to this employee. now after the 4th support ticket im sending a email to facebook and the other franchises making them aware of how they scam players out of money And Have included Screens of players winning 8 times in a single game where you can only play 4 bingo cards its virtually impossible to win 8 times on a 4 card round Yet they allow this cheat to happen to keep legit players form winning any games and forces them to pay to play the game

It will only get worse.

I have been unable to even login to my googleplay acct. (55 days) They don't like bad reviews. Their IT dept is spiteful like this. Have lost ever since.

Not taking my bad review off. Looking for a replacement game. This company went downhill when Drew Barrymore joined.

Won't ever make another purchase w/ them.

not sure of date incident happened about 11pm 10 or 11 days ago i reported the complaint to wrong place the real money support just found out today from new jersey who to contact i was not able to log in with the same e mail and password i had since i started it said sign in for chip bonus would not let me do that why i do not know i had over 12 billon in chips chromium ring and a2 ranking the only way i could play was to sign in on google or facebook so i decided to sign in on google and when i did i had to open a new account when i did it started me all over again to a j rank and 2 million in chips i thought it would switch ev erything over to that account but it did not so i lost everything i had and i would like it to be restored to what i had i worked to hard to lose all this do you think it is fair how would you feel there is my account under my e mail and password somewhere i can not get to it please help me my e mail is [protected]@g mail.com password truewanderer it might be changed to a capitol t and a 1 after it because i tried to see if i changed the password it would let me in it said changed sucessful but i still did not let me in that is when i went to google

Playtika Billing

I have been billed by playtika for quite some time now. I've sent numerous emails and called several dead end phone numbers. I even cancelled my bank card and had another reissued causing me major inconvenience. Playtika has obviously played with the bank numbers and figured out my card expiration date and is charging me again. I do not play any games in this platform and I'm at my wits end trying to resolve this! My intent is to contact the attorney general and my bank and file fraud charges against this company.

Playtika Wsop

I have been playing wsop play poker for a month where I have accumulated close to 250 million chips. Also I have accumulated 114 out of 200 cards and chips for the legend book tour. I am registered as a guest because every time I try to register with my email the site makes me start over down to a half million chips. Now I was returned everything this morning then this afternoon this site made me start over again. This is the second day in a row this has happened. I want this fixed immediately and I want my 250 million play chips returned and I want the 114 cards and chips and I want you to fix your site. I want my handle as Quint returned along with the 250 million play chips. I have used real money for some things on this site. If I don't have everything returned by 8am est I will file a lawsuit at 9am est for fraud against your company.

Playtika charges on credit card

There are charges on my credit card that I did not make, I have some charges that are on my account that are for the same ammount on the same day 5 times .There is no way I purchased anything that many times in one day. I want all of that playtika charges taken off of my account and my credit card reinbursed for all charges . I have charges on May 10 2023 for 14.99 twice,May 8 4.99 twice, and 5.99. May 7 1.99 4 times,, 5.99 5 times, 9.99 2 times and 1.04, May 4 .99. This matter needs to stop or I will be making a fraud report.

Playtika Caesars slots

This is the biggest scam out there. This company is not regulated so what they are doing is introducing all sorts of "free" gaming application. Nice graphics and games, but 100% fake and controlled. If in the beginning the wins are very frequent, once you are hooked, the real purpose of this scam is revealed. They have thousands of popups with promotion, deals on coins, every minute you are bombarded with those offers. The think is the wins disappear and your stock of coins is melted in no time. And the only way you can keep playing is to purchase for real dollars their promotions and coins. Because they are very greedy the scam is so obvious. They have customer support that will send you right the way an answer to your complain, prepared in advance. Basically they will tell you that is a "random number generator" who takes care of the fairness of the game and is just your bad luck. You should keep playing and the luck will turn around. Nothing further from the true. In fact the only way to comeback in the game is to make lots of purchases and you will be out of coins shortly after. I don't know if somebody can stop this scam, but I keep hopping that they will pay some how.

Playtika Playtika needs investigated for unethical practices

Playtika has shown its true colors over the past few years. They have set the platform to increase prices dramatically as players play and get addicted to playing. If they spend their prices skyrocket. Their rewards decrease, their wins decrease so if they want to play they are forced to spend crazy amounts. Their tactics are preying on the gambling addicts.

They use misleading wording for promos with the intent of fooling its players. Today there is a promo for a pick a boom with EVERY 5th Figz Bundle. Has always been promoted that way and was one with every 5th Figz bundle. However, there is fine print today under it that says awarded once per player. Well, of course many of us didn’t see it. What exactly does EVERY mean? It means EVERY, correct? Not once. Things like this are often.

They continue to worsen the game for players and taking advantage of players with little in return. They are unethical and lack any morals.

Desired outcome: I would like to see Playtika held accountable for the unethical practices. Maybe they could sell the Slotomania platform to a company that cares about its players.

Playtika Online bingo game

I cleared Diamond level on “What’s Crackin” room on April 19th. I did not receive my 1500 credits or big basket for clearing. I’ve messaged support MULTIPLE times and sent screenshots verifying I cleared. They will reply back asking me to send the screenshots which I’ve done FOUR TIMES because they keep saying I have not cleared which I have. Still have not received rewards for clearing.
