I am complaining about some game called Casino mania I woke up and I had over 1400 and charges to my credit card I did not authorize this I do not play games I do not want to know what's going on I can't get no help at all. Look here I have reported this matter of not returning purchases made that I didn't make and I did not confirm before purchasing could be made each one I actually made all have different location and number. The on 3/02/2023 all the ones that are going to be not my doing and I have had trouble with this kind of stuff before with playtiki company support team members and account managers that all works for playtiki company and from 3/01/2023 that anyone of the purchases that took from my account went to the Henderson Nevada unconfirmed purchases that was not done by me and calling me lier and refused to do anything other than blow me off. I am a American citizen of the United States of America they was given PROFF of what I said and receipts.
Desired outcome: Return those uncomfortable before purchasing could be made that I made it clear with support team and account manager of what is actually confirm by me personally before purchasing from what I didn't do. Return my money
Sneaky sales methods
Since Playtika took over the game "redecor" last year, there have been a lot of detrimental changes for players.
Players have played for years and invested a lot of money to unlock items. Now Playtika has introduced a sneaky strategy at the beginning of November 2022, where players have to redecorate their already acquired items. The items have been taken away and you can only get them back once you reach a certain status/level, otherwise you have lost them. That is, what has already been paid for is then no longer accessible. Playtika takes money for the goods and takes the goods away again. In clear terms, the player is robbed twice.
Such a company should in no way continue to be supported or do business with!
I can only advise everyone against playing this game or contacting them!
Playtika review: caesar slots
I can only imagine how many people have left this place in the last 90 days. Since December 2022, they have been rigging Caesar's Slots more and more. Less fun, and more about keeping everyone poor so they have to buy tokens. I joined last year because it had loose slots, I could play and save credits. I got up to over 1 Trillion Credits. Since Feb 1, 2023, they killed all my favorite slots. 4 of them were my go-to's, when I am loosing bad, I always go to those 4 slots. Now they made those 4 sots eat tokens and rarly pay. Then the next week, about a dozen more went into eating mode. Then they up the minimum bets on challenges, and make the slots pay a lot less, sometimes you get a huge win. but then see 200 spins in a row till your next win, so does not matter. Lower the MAX BETS. Some were 600.000 million, some were 1.000.000 billion, Now most are 15 billion, 30 billion, or even higher. You don't even sell enough coins in your store to cover 1 single session of these bets! Why do they keep going up every few days? that really sucks. This is not bad luck, I completed all challenges daily for the last 6 months. Sometimes you have good days, others not, but it was always flexibleand fun, and if you loose that's your fault. For Instance, Queen of the South and so many more were great, paid well, did not make you spin 100 times to win 1 free spin that pays nothing, like it does now. Or how they claimed that Sherwood game was the highest paying slot for the week, now when you play it. nothing, it sucks, it just eats tokens. Just like dozens of other games that used to be fun, now act like this. Everyday for weeks I go there and spin 25 times. It Never does anything. So it was fun either way. People spend money there, so why trash the system, make games suck, and force people to buy tokens?
Desired outcome: Fire the person or group of idiots who have ruined this gameover the past 90 days.Reset everything back to Summer of 2022 where it was fun,make sure to verify slot payouts are fun and fair again.
WSOP app download in Microsoft Store
I have downloaded WSOP from Microsoft Store and have had so many problems with this APP running or staying open on my new computer. This app shuts off and stops working at least 20 times in one hour span, i have never had this much problems from anything else...except this corrupt download. I have contacted the Microsoft play store, Microsoft Canada, and now you the company who put this app out there. This has to be fixed or removed, i will also contact WSOP via email and phone to report this corrupt app.
Desired outcome: Remove this app and reinstall an updated version or proper app that works.

I have been playing Bingo Blitz since 2011and have spent thousands of dollars with this company until last month! They do nothing but rip you off! People only playing a year get VIP status and I've been playing 12 years! NOT HAPPY! Iwant ALL my money back! The attachment shows you EXACTLY what I'm talking about. And my status points are supposed to carry over and never do!

Slotomania games not purchased
On January 8, 2023 I purchased coins for Baba slots in the amount of $9.99 which was received but when I checked my bank account I was charged for 2 Slotomania purchases from November 23 or 28, 2022; I did not make those purchases. iTunes declined to refund. I do not leave credit or debit cards on file. November purchases have been deducted but the card charged did not exist in November.

Two times this week when I was changing tables my account was reduced by over $100,000 that’s never happened before when I pkayed it on my old phone and wondering why is it happening now? The game is a scam to steal money from people.
I will admit that I have paid a few times or more to play this game slotomania in the process of playing the game I start losing all my earnings instantly after paying for diamonds or some other item. I have reached out to the tech support for slotomania about how to game plays on my devices but different on my wife device, she can play daily and not have to spend a dime I can only play if I spend $3 on a piggy bank or $4.99 to get more coins and I lose it all instantly. Each time I reached out to the tech people they are very unprofessional and say it's a game up chances which it isn't they have their pics of the people that they want to win and I believe that they use Facebook to make that choices. In my opinion I think the designers of this game are biased and who can enjoy this game and who won't enjoy it and as long as we're stupid enough like I have been they're going to keep stealing money and causing frustration. I've uninstalled the game but my heart is so hurt that this kind of crap is going on I recommend to anyone new to this game do not trust it it's all a scam. Slotomania advertised that if we purchased $20 in coins they would send us 1% of our total winnings for the day. They gave .[protected]% instead and they refuse to address the issue. This happens a lot with them.

I have sent numerous emails but they refuse to contact me back. Considering the millions of players this money they earned would be many millions.

Playtika is a horrible company. They are very greedy and only want to scam you out of your money. I am cautioning anyone who reads this to be careful doing business with them because they are very shady. I went to make a purchase the other day (11/24/22) and it froze. My purchase didn't appear to go through so I re sent it. Unbeknownst to me it went through twice, and when I contacted them for a refund they said too bad they were keeping my money (not a small amount of money either) because I had continued to play the game afterwards with some of the credits I had purchased. Please note, that my account has more than a sufficient amount of credits to take back and give me my refund, they just don't want to. I also want to note that when I contacted them about this through text chat in the game they were very condescending with the lady saying things like "sorry hun", and addressing me as "my dear" with sad face emojis while telling me they won't refund the unauthorized purchase. So completely unprofessional and uncalled for. They will steal your money and not give it back, and if you don't spend with them you wont have enough credits to play.
Desired outcome: I want my money back, but that obviously isn't going to happen so I will use up all the credits I have left then close out the account and never spend another dime with them ever again.

On 29th November 2022 Slotomania brought out a new jackpot feature in a few of its games.. several players won big, including myself, after a few hours the jackpots had gone.. and on 30th November they took back all what was won from the jackpots but some kept a “compensation” which was pitiful. Their other mistake was changing the sloto quest payouts., while players were playing it! They made the mistakes but us players have to suffer!

Playtika Account number 1246530. Its been 90 days now and I have not received my refund from August 10th when Playtika took $556.65 worth of withdrawals out of my account. I believe they were having computor problems as the game just kept paying and paying credits. It was not until later that day I checked my bank account and found out they were taking money out of my account.
