Playtika slotomania

No response from the business and I am a very unhappy customer.

I have sent 2 emails to the business and had no response. I have paid for service that I did not receive. You have one last chance to respond before I go to consumer affairs and start a civil law suit against the company. I am a customer and I am entitled to a response. Yet you feel that you don't need to provide one. Why? Why will no one respond? Not happy.

Playtika bingo blitz

It's been 2 days now that me and my family can't play bingo blitz due to something with flash and chrome, i have been playing for yrs without this problem on the same computer and flash, everything is updated on my part, i am losing out on my credits for 2 days, my spins are going to lock up for 5 days, and i am not receiving free gifts, i hope we are all compensated back for your problem .Please fix this asap, i can't take a chance in purchasing anymore due to this. I don't want to lose my money. I have to use caps due to my vision, sorry. I would appreciate if you get this rolling asap, it's not fair we enjoy playing. Thanks kath mendez

Playtika slotomania quest froze

Last game, of the last quest and it froze! I checked my phone and it is froze there too! I can play any other game in slot, just not the last one to finish the whole quest!

Playtika caesar slots loading issues.

Constant loading problems.Daily issues with connection problems.
When it finally loads bet becomes 30.000 which I don't bet. That takes all the coins back.
I have played and enjoyed your slots a lot.Now I am angry and fed up spending a lot of Mooney not getting the service I deserve from your website. My last purchase was July 19th 2017. I would like that to be reimbursed to me in compensation for the lack of being able to play.
This morning the 20th of July again no connection on app or through Cromer browser available.
I ask you kindly to make this reimbursement in good faith of showing you are being fair and that you are sincere in giving all us players what we deserve.
I have been playing a long time and spend enough money to be asking for my return of money this time. I am sure you have my track record.

Playtika new and prettier slotomania reverted back to old platform

I was finally in and happily playing the new Slotomania with all games auto - a big plus. Then in mid-June, I believe, suddenly I am back to the platform that was around March, and with that annoying Lucy gift being upgraded message popping up constantly and all games that were not auto before the change are now back to not auto. The support people do not have a clue or so would seem and I have lots of answers from the support that clearly says they don't have a clue. Every reply is repetitive -clear your cache, make sure you have the latest and so on and so forth. I am wondering if the new ownership perhaps has something to do with it. I am at a loss, I have been playing since long before Caesar's . The pleasure has lessened for me and I find it hard to believe that I am the only one this has happened to. One can but imagine that there might be issues on ownership changes...but sad I am.

I have been playing Slotomania for a few years now and it has done nothing but go down. I have been playing for the last three weeks and in three weeks time I have gotten maybe 6 bonuses and even less scatters. You take approximately 60-70 billion points a day from me with no bonuses, scatters big wins or 5 of a kind . Every night for three weeks you have taken me right back down to 1 million. I have had it with your game. I have finally come to realize it is all about the money and buying coins. You keep adding all those tournaments, turbo spins, and jackpot games and think you are helping us but all you are doing is helping yourselves and ruining a game that used to be a lot of fun to play. I am so done with all your crap and greed. As of now, COUNT ME GONE. So long losers.

Playtika caesars slots will not load. it stalls about two thirds of the way.

Yesterday I was playing the pelican game when the game just kept spinning and the only way to make it stop was to close the game. I was betting 15, 000, 000 a spin and mot getting this refunded when I re-opened the game. Eventually I just gave up playing that and changed to Ocean Splendour.
I then uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. Since the after many tried the app will not open at all.
Would appreciate any advice on how to fix the problem or letting me know if this is a problem worldwide at present. I live in Perth, Western Australia.

On july3 at630 est time I went on my lgg5 phone to collect my bonus and was shocked to see all my money and my playitika rewards were gone and game had reset itself.. Playtika caesars casino

For the past 2 days, Ceasars would not function on my iPad. I have been playing on this device for 3+ years. When I clicked the Ceasars icon, it just said "waiting." This morning I removed the app, then reloaded it (from "the cloud"). I signed bank in with Facebook, but it did not restore my coins (490K+), or my status level. I have since spent over an hour signing out and back in, closing my iPad, etc., but nothing has worked to get me back to the levels of several days ago. Any suggestions on how to get this restored?

Playtika slotomania

It takes about two minutes for the screen to refresh after each spin, also, snakes and ladders times out trying to open. I really enjoy this game and it's very frustrating. Also, whenever there's a quest, it times out before it loads. I'm playing on an iPad Pro and have never had issues until recently. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Playtika non paying bonus

This is the 5th time I have written now and this is getting ridiculous and very frustrating, on Saturday the 6th may 15.40 GMT I had a bonus on ruby gold. 49million a spin, . I got 35 mil x 21 then a 10 x multiplier I got awarded 735 million it should be 7.35 billion. My total at the end of the bonus was [protected]. So it definitely didn't credit the x10 win just 735 million . I have a photo it just won't upload here.
I can't believe I'm having to go through this just to get my winnings and it's not even my error.
You can see exactly what's going on why do you keep giving me the run a round. I will not let this go as again the shocking gameplay over the past few months is disgusting, the only decent win I get and you don't even pay up, this is not the first time either, really I do love this game that's why I still keep playing and putting up with this .
I am going to send my last 4 emails regarding this issue to the CEO to see if anyone else can help me in this situation, as no help is coming from customer support.
You dont have to admit your machine is at fault, I just want my coins what I won.
So for the last time I would really appreciate some help.

Playtika slotomania non payout

This is the second time it has happened, I got 5 bonuses on xin-fu and it did nothing, the first tim I was on 1mil a spin and support fobbed me off with 34million, this time I was on 6 mil a spin, and I was 23rd in tournament - as you will see in the picture, again support said it was a technical glitch :o
Im not a happy paying customer, I have been playing for years! Yet my sister in law started in jan and has completed her album! Its just sheer crazy, I will not purchase any more until this is resolved,

Playtika card album

I, like so many others, have spent a crazy amount of money trying to finish this card album on Slotomania; for some reason, the company has decided to withhold the "Little Red" card from its players. I have done everything to try and finish this album but cannot get this card and now they are ending the release of cards leaving thousands of people without the ability to finish their album, needing this one card. I believe I have spent more than enough money to receive this card and I will be removing this game from all of my devices if they do not give me this card. This game stopped being fun when they decided to screw all of it's members except those who are fortunate enough to be on the admin staff.

Playtika compensation promised but not received

I received an email from Dean Underwood after my Quest reset. It said that they would compensate me for the reset. It is now almost a week later and I have not received any feedback after the email that said the compensation would be in my in box.

I have sent about 10 emails trying to get feedback from them and I have not received any feedback at all. This seems to be extremely bad customer service.

Playtika vegas downtown slots

I have contacted Playtika concerning my game not loading so many times it isn't funny any more. I have spent a fortune playing this game only to not be able to play it now. I have over $730, 000, 000 in game play now not to be able to play. I love the game when it loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game so many times and still the same. It won't load. No internet but all other games load with no problem. Ridiculous. I'm so tired of worrying with this game. If it wasn't for the money I've spent I would never ever play this game again.

Playtika frozen since april 6th

Every day I have contacted slotomania support and I am still frozen, still cannot play... Have been called more a less a liar by them, that yes I am playing. It is like the support team is not in the least bit supportive and/or knowledgeable of what they are doing. I don't care to do facebook, I totally dislike it and if I look at apps it starts from the very beginning. I have played for many years long before it was caesars and it has taken me years to get to gold and the reality is I don't have that many years left to start over... I have nearly 30mil in my pig and approx 75mil in the game. I am 77 and it was a source of great entertainment and filled many a lonely hour and I miss it very much. After using the one support number I started another support ticket and that person told me I should update my slotomania but doesn't tell me how or whether or not it starts me back at nothing again. I sent a support ticket to caesars, but they say have to answer between 2 lines, that's great but it would not let me between the two 2 lines to respond so I sent in as a regular reply which I immediately got back and tole had to be between the 2 lines. I am no tech whiz and I have no one to ask or anything.

It flips periodically to another game shot but no gameplay whatsoever this is the reply I got on the 17th

From our records I see that you were able to play the application during a certain time and no issue were found in the spins. From the screenshot you have sent I see no problems either.

Our data base shows that the gameplay was a regular one with no interruption.

I have been unable to play, it freezes, I have not had any play at all... I told you that already. I have written twice on slotomania complaints site when I could not get into support at all and when I did it was basically as it still is... No support.
Because I send you the pictures you asked for and because you do not know the problem, and seemingly do not have a clue how to fix it, does not give you the right to call me a liar at all... I don't think so... Look at my gameplay, I have not played a game since the loading issues.

I played every single day just about and spent a long time breaking up the loneliness of my day. The game shots I took of the frozen frames was by using a snipping tool... The only way I could get you pictures like you asked for... And like I said I can go and tap my screen many times to get to another frame and also if I am due any coin I can tap, tap, tap and the screen does not change until I click the go back to history arrow, then when I go back again the coin count has changed.

This above was my answer to that one... No reply

I am not technical at all but my thinking is maybe the pictures you needed were timed pictures and I do not believe you actually mentioned that I have done the best I can here, I don't do phone or pictures.

This morning I received my letter and it took me to slotomania and signed me in perfectly and that was at.. Here the clock ran from 9.15 on gave me the 50, 000 and everything frozen other than that.

So here it is 14 days of no playing and you have indicated that I am lying which is not appreciated at all... This morning I went in hoping for a change, maybe you had figured it out so I jotted down the time. As always a smooth sign in and then the start blue ring page it was 4.49 am. At 4.55 nothing had budged at all, then at 4.56 after tapping the screen it changed to a new game ad samba fever. At 5.05, I got a little bored... You can understand why... I went and put the kettle on to make a cup of tea. Then at 5.12 it changed to amazing offer at 5.16 I gave it a tap, didn't change and I said 'to heck with it' and left the site... I am not truly sure of what your idea of a frozen game is, but after 14 days seems to me it is possibly something like this... I miss playing very much.

This is now way too long - perhaps if you are not sure of what you are doing maybe someone else could help you.
I sent an email this morning around 5.41 and as I just awhile ago received my daily letter I thought I would update what I wrote earlier today... It is now 11.15

Looked at my letter at 10.45 this morning and as usual, sign-in was a breeze and got the regular 1st blue ring picture.
10.48 has not moved so at 10.50 I tap on screen with my finger and at 10.51 the screen is the awesome screen stating I have received my 50, 000 in coin. So I click on the okay, the x and not even a hint of a budge. At 10.55 hasn't budged, click again, no luck so tap screen this time with my finger at 10.58... Absolutely nothing whatsoever.

10.59 so! I use the 'go back arrow' - and it gives me 1/2 screen flash of the new game I think by looks of the color whilst lower portion is black and then I get a blank page with the slotomanir top bar. So I minimize it so I can check my email and such at 11.03. Back to it at 11.08 no change and 11.10, once again disappointed I say to heck with it and move on to something else.

April 6th to now is a little annoying at this stage especially as you told me basically it was working and it was me. I have had a friend to look at it and my son and no it isn't me, it is frozen for the most part and no access to play at all.

Nothing again today... I popped in twice with fingers crossed but no such luck at all, one slight difference when got into the first page with color blue ring... The ring was in a different position, it is normally centered on bottom curved with ring to the right as you look at it, this time ring was still to the right but curved top left-side. Probably makes no difference but regardless I noticed it. 2nd pop in it was as it normally is. 14/15 days now... I really miss the pleasure it gave this old lady... I live in one room basically with no one to talk to really except my little dog, so believe me I really miss slotomania.

Another day of no playing frozen first page, then switched the new billionaire page, several minutes later switched to little red stamp, then a bit later the blue circle on top of games, everything is frozen until it changes on its own then it stated for them to open paypal and then I got my pig, same total as around april 6, this is a long time to get something fixed I do believe. I have saved all the emails or at least most of them including the one where you kind of said I was a liar. I will print them out within the next week and snail-mail them to ceasars and playtika because something is terribly wrong here... And I feel pretty hurt by your lack of caring... If you cannot figure it out maybe someone else can.

All month nearly I have been writing about the fact since your loading problems I have not been able to play slotomania.com. I do not do facebook or apps strictly my computer. I am 77 and have played for years took me forever to get to gold and I miss the entertainment it affords me.

Every day I send an email and every day I do not get an answer, in fact, I was sort of told that I was lying and I could play. You will note that at 29 mils in my pig has not changed and if I was playing it would be a different total.

I do not have a clue how to update and the internet offers nothing that I see and then why have I been strung along all this time? Also, does that loose my 75mil in coin and my 29mil in the pig? Does it lose my position, I am not willing to go back to square one, took me years to get to gold. I am 77 not a tech whiz just want straightforward easy to understand answers. Can you update for me?

This has been going on since the 6th of april, do you treat all like this... I am curious because I don't understand and how come if the update is the problem then how come no one else has had the decency and good manners to say so?

I don't mean to sound mean, I am frustrated by this whole thing and to get answers it seems facebook is the only place to get them and I cannot tell you how much I detest facebook so for me that is out and I look at an app but then I have no score and back to first game... Like I said took me years and at 77 I don't think I would ever be in that position again.

I am sorry for my attitude this has been most frustrating and has made me a little wary of slotomania techs and angry as well.

Finally resolved and I am very happy now. When I first started they were little to no help at all I felt very much tossed aside so I started a new Support # where I got an answer to work with (that I could not understand actually) but got my son on board and he followed the direction given and my smile lit up the room. Very happy, thank you Slotomania Support and I am afraid I cannot apologize for being such a pain in the you know what...I don't give up...like I said a thousand thank you's Slotomania Support and Clyde.Burns.

Playtika lotomania internet - my gaming still frozen since april 6

I did finally get through to Support and received this...

...nothing heard after that. The site lets me sign in and that is it, except with a 'flip of a page' once in a while which is frozen, no activity at all except if it flips to a page where I have coin due and if I tap on the coin place it stays frozen but when I try it again I discover my coin total has been changed.

This is my second complaint I have played for years long before it was owned by who owns it now...I am 77 and I miss it, the entertainment of it. I will never sign up with Facebook or get an app for it...I play on the Internet on my computer only. Took me years to get to Gold and I would like to play, thank you very much. The last time I made my complaint I put in Gambling Games, this time I am trying Casinos.

Playtika lotomania

I have had over 800 million credits come up missing in March and 360 milliln in September. They will not restore them. They are thieving liars. I contacted Google Play to file complaint three weeks ago. After not hearing back from them I called again and was told they were on the case. Theft is a crime and they have been made aware that this is an ongoing issue with Slotomania. There are countless complaints from other players with same issue. I want my credits restored or 1000.00 refunded. Google play is not at fault but they are aware of the crime of theft thats being made upon the players and have not taken the app from the store and I contacted them again this morning and nothing is being done. By law they should be held accountable for letting the theft continue. There is no contact number or address for Slotomania which keeps them anonymous ad unreachable. This has got to stop

If I go out and come back it is still basically frozen but on a different page, have patted the spin button numerous times it is frozen no life so I backspace again and I notice when coming back my coin has changed and frozen again.

I get two letters one for Facebook...I actually dislike Facebook intensely and will not participate with them.

I am an old gal 77 who loves to sit and play and also have the ability to go on with something else, leave the room and come back and oft times get a bit of a smile on my face...I miss playing, after all these years...took me years to make Gold and now will not even let me play.

I do hope you can help me here, I saw a lot of complaints, so would appear that there has been an issue but in all honesty I would rather have it fixed than complain, and I thank you in advance for your help

Playtika booster purchase

I purchased the Level Boom Booster during a promotion of 10th Level Blast.
The booster was meant to give me a total of 40 times my level up bonus when reaching a level ending in zero.
3 hours after making the purchase, I reached level 1630, and was meant to receive 288 million coins.
Instead, I received just the 10th level blast of 10 times the level up bonus, a total of 72 million coins.
Added to that, Slotomania states that every purchase will also grant a pack of Sloto cards, as part of another promotion. I did not receive those cards either.
I have now contacted the Service Centre for Slotomania on 3 occasions and have been told that I will be re-imbursed for the lost coins and missing cards.
As yet, no such action has taken place.
I have paid good money for this booster as it was by far the best value for money in the entire game, and am yet to receive the benefits for my expenditure.
Very poor business ethics and even worse customer service.

The SAME THING HAPPED TO ME 3DAYS AGO ON [protected]. I paid for bonuses all 3 it lasted 10mins ONLY ! I HAVE OVER 4, 000 Sotomania Sloto cards an THEY WHERE TAKEN AWAY ALSO...JUST DISAPPEARED.
THATS BULL! STEALING PEOPLE'S HARD EARN MONEY. NIT RIGHT!
Ive payed good money closed to 100. 00 for NOTHING.

Playtika pricing

Before reaching platinum status I used to only pay $5.99 to break my piggy bank, now that I just got promoted to platinum, it is a 19.99 to break my piggy bank. Is that the thank you you give to your players? I have spent far more money on coin packages than I should have, and to have you hike up the price that much is a slap in the face. If anything, you would think the price would go lower! What a rip off
