Playtika slotomania

I keep getting underpaid on slotomania. Just won 22 mil and it pays me 11. I notice this ALL the time. I have a mathematical mind and don't need a calculator to see I'm getting screwed one out of 10 times I win. Lost almost a billion coins this week! Seriously done playing this game.
Why would you keep playing a game that doesn't pay what it is telling you that you won? This is a scam to get you to pay for coins, and I refuse to do so until they fix this.

Playtika Slotmania game

I play Slotmania every single day. I have invested at least 10 to 15 dollars a day so I can play for a while. I never get a bonus and very little points. This may not be a lot of money to you but it is to me. At least I should get one bonus with every $5! Very disappointed in my favorite game and may have to stop playing.

When i get a big win and the box pop up peter has won ? the screen drops out
of full screen and the games lock up I have to go back and reopen the game

Was playing Rapid Fire. Got 25 free spins. Also won 8 million on that. It did not register that money to my account.
Please I pay you for coins. Please tabulate my winnings properly.
Do people win cash on this site. If so maybe that's why you grip them. As far as I'm concerned. You stole from me.

Someone or the company is stealing millions and millions of my points. I will go to bed with 92, 000.000.00 and wake up all my points are gone. I have enjoyed playing with Slotomania for a couple of years now but I have reached the end. I refused to keep dealing with a company that steals my points. The last date tis happened was Jan. 11, 2017. It has happened o many times . I would assumed it was just a mistake but it continues to happen. You have to pay to purchase these games from this company.

Playtika slotomania

I am so angry with slotomania. I was gifted the artic tiger a few days ago, and had nearly 3billion coins!. ... The first bit of luck I had had for months!. I did not play that day, my mega bonus was due, so I collected it, then, bam! In an instant, my coins disappeared, all I had left showingvwas 17 mill. I have no idea how, it was witnessed by a friend. I sentvin a complaint to playtika, who took days to respond, then told me they couldn't find the 'loss'. That I should have 'taken a screenshot' I told them, how could I take a screenshot of something I had no idea was about to happen?. They are refusing to re - instate my coins. I'm so mad! : ( ( ( ( (

Playtika Slotmania

This company is cheating the public including myself.
When you win large amounts of coins Playika keep at least 3-5% of the winnings each time. An instant this afternoon which has been many today I had 15, 000, 000.00 on my screen & won 8, 500, 000 I got a total of 5, 000, 000.00. I would like to know why this company is allowed to do this. I have sent many complaints which is never acknowledged by their support team. I would like all the money they have taken from me to be returned or the company be shut down for cheating the public on a daily bases.

Playtika deleted sloto cards

During their update on their system all of my sloto cards got deleted off the system. I was going to have all my sets completed I only neede 1 card to complete all the sets with billions of coins I would had for play I wrote them them an email today to get my sloto cards back they were all deleted off the ststem.

Playtika customer care

I have just begun to use facebook. I have been playing slotomania for at least a year. When I go to settings, and select connect with facebook, its says that my data has been merged. When you go to facebook, it is just a brand new game with 10, 000 coins, and a level 1. I am a level 565 in my regular game. It is apparent that the merge option does not work. How to get both systems in sync. This Andrew at technical support, either does not want, does not know, or just does not care. He just keeps sending a pre filled out form, explaining nothing about the issue. Is there any help available

I play Ceasar slots a lot. I was on platinum level and now I am on level 1. I don't know how it took all my levels away. I spent a lot of money and time to get where I was and I can't find anyone to give me an answer. I was desperate and started playing from level 1 made it to level 10, even spent money. I have spent over $300 on this game .I hit my first jackpot at 651, 000 coins on wildfire game then froze and started over and I had no coins.all I got was a errow screen.two weeks not one reply.google said they would send text to playtika.so I like a dumb a, I keep playing weeks later I hit jackpot for 460, 000 and you know what happened again.they don't have a problem take money of my credit card, all that works fine.but when I win the game frezes.i have screenshot of win.im about to seek out a lawer for playtika, and google.i think there in together

Playtika slotomania - ripping me off of all my chips in which I bought loads of them off them

Hi i contacted you, s on the 12/05/2016. About my purchasing loads of chips i the won over 532 million chips off various things slottocards tournaments i.E. Only for them to take the lot off me even the ones i purchased now i know you sent me a message saying they had been in touch and were looking into it that was on the 12th. But its now the 18th and not once has anyone from playtika contacted me except from the 3 automated messages on the 8th ticket number #inco669144 ref msg124884. On the 9th #inco672203. Ref msg1250280.. And on the 10th #inco673718 ref msg 1250280.. Now i do appreciate your assistance but they just dont seem to care whatso ever.They hav, nt even got the decency of even notifying me that they could, nt care less

Playtika games on my i-pad

On Sunday May 1, 2016, I purchased 2 coin packages, one for 1.99 and also one for 99.00 which was the top package. In those packages I was suppose to have received a sloto card pack with each purchase, for the 99.00, I should have gotten a pack of 12 cards and with the 1.99, I should have gotten a 5 pack of cards.Needless to say, I did not get anything. This is wrong on so many levels. If you are not going to provide what you advertise, then don't advertise and take customers money.

Playtika games: diamond life (99 mil pnts) and around the world in 80 spins. (90 mil pnts)

While playing a couple games, three times, after hpaving been playing them several times, I got this message DURING FREE SPlNS! "Oops, looks like you're playing another game" (Which was impossible.) I hit Okay and reopened the game with one BIG problem. I lost 9 Spins, at 10, 0000 pnts 90, 000, 000, 3 spins at 9, 000, 000 points, and AGAIN, 9 spins at 10, 000, 000 for a loss of 90, 000, 000. That's 189, 000, 000 lost points, which I want replaced or paid back.

Playtika giving out my phone number

I don't know if I am making a mistake, but it seems that someone from Slotomania is giving out my Phone number to disgruntled customers! Got 2 calls, (thank God I have their names and Phone numbers, ) in the last 12 hoursI A couple of others where I have only one Name to provide! I stopped playing their games about 3 months ago, due to their loose way of doing things, and I feel they are getting even with me! I cannot get through to anyone, and I don't even want to think about SLOTOMANIA anymore! Others have to kn ow what is going on! Thanks..

Playtika slotomania, cheating games, no bonus on pixie queen, no way to contact.

I just played the featured play all pixie queen game for 40 mins. and lost 12, 000 coins trying to get the bonus. I got the bonus 1 time and I have a good eye and good strategy and don't ever have a problem like this from any other game on Slotomania. I feel cheated because in the first row when a bonus would come up, it would turn pink, and then it would completely skip the middle row and the last row bonus would come up. It did this plenty of times and on all the other games when you hit the bonus and it turns pink, the other bonuses pop up. I really think this is an issue that needs to be fixed because with an awesome feature to pick your bonus, it should be fun and entertaining and instead it is frustrating and cheating. I really like this game but not being able to hit the bonuses like the others makes it no good to play. With that being said I will no longer play this game until its fixed, it really is a sad loss and this is exactly why I still have not rated this game with 5 stars. Thank you for your time, I really do hope this issue is fixed, not just for me but for everyone especially considering its not very easy to win coins in some of the games, and a big loss like that is enough to piss someone off and not play this game again. Also, they should have more options in the suggestion boxes for the problem so everyone can get the full customer support they deserve. I had to get on my computer to contact them because on mobile, it will not let you hit the submit button after entering a suggestion. Then after I enter my concerns and press submit it says, "Failed to submit, please try again later.." It makes me very mad that you cannot contact them with your issues, its like they don't care to hear what you have to say. This would make for a really bad review. Please fix these problems and I will be happy to give 5 stars.

playing slotomania last night. I began playing with 92 million coins and a fter going to a bonus I was down to a few thousand coins. I was only betting 10 thousand coins in the first place. why are they cheating me out of the coins I should have. I have over 19 million coins in the piggy bank and I am unable to break the jar and get them. and why are they charging me $11.99 to breakthe bank and my cousin only has to pay $5.99 to break the piggy bank. slotomania is just out and out cheating. I want my coins back or to be compensated for them.

just don't play slotomania. I was playing Godesses of troy and all my coins just vanished. what is really going on? I kn ow someone else has purchased this game but why are they taking your coins away? out of 92million coins betting only 10 thousand coins per spin, within a matter of about 2 minutes play I was down to $159.they are really openly stealing the coins from you. cheaters, cheaters, cheaters.

Playtika slotomania - rip off

I spend a great deal of money on these games, or I used to. Hundreds of dollars to play a few min or even seconds is ridiculous. I just spoke with one of the Superglue, and about 119, at this point are talking class action suit and unfair gaming. The system goes down or freezes a lot, especially when you are about to win some amount. The games do not calculate wins accurately. One night I lost over 8 mil on 2 games. ... and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Spending too much on sloto. I am writing to you to either give my money back, or give me enough coins to play longer than a mere few minutes or seconds Please don't tell me to contact worthless and helpless Playtika. Pathetic is a perfect explanation. am not paying any additional monies, until I can okay for a decent amount of time. I have been ripped off more tines that U a count. Like now, I have no coins to play. I have been trying to scrounge some coins... no luck...

I had 300, 000, 000+ coins missing from my account. I have proof and time stamps and they keep refusing to look at my account. They can see the 5 minute time frame and see I never spun during this time but they keep ignoring me or answering me with emails that have nothing to do with my problem.

Playtika tournament winning not credited and glitch in tournament history

I have sent close to 100 emails to customer support at Slotomania/Playtika and have NOT receive a single satisfactory response; rather, a brush-off, non-supportive, non-investigative and no effort to answer or resolve my concerns and frustrations. Below is the email I have sent for the past months: ------------------------------------- START - Various DATES ------------------------------------- I'm writing again, for the 44th email - i don't understand why i haven't gotten any reasonable response from Playtika/Slotomania concerning my issues; I am a paid Slotomania member and this is how I'm being treated. I feel very much ignored and robbed. REPEAT MESSAGE: I haven't heard back from Slotomania about the Tournament winning I was supposed to receive from placing 13th place in the Chili Loco slots machine sometime in August of this year. As you can see in the picture attachment, there's some issues with the date of the tournament as well as the icon of the Slots machine I was playing at the time; the icon of the slots machine should be Chili Loco instead of the Love Boat [which I've never played - or pay to unlock] - it is still locked, thus how could i have played a machine that i haven't even pay to unlock?! Im slotmania fans since i know this game but why this game become more worst and worst?Customer spending so much money for your company is just to reduce our point suddenly or for fun?How much i have been spended?dont have any records? Playtika must be punished as they took away the hard earned money/time spent on status points for those players who started on 2015. They are souch after money. It's a real gambling app with virtual coins as there promos are all about how to fork money from customer. These company are rip off .
