I could not receive a lot of my gifts, I would try to open them and they would not open saying that I will receive my mystery gift soon or that my gift had already been collected. I opened a few mystery gifts and when I close the screen I have not received payment of coins. I've been noticed that my level up bar had not moved from 48%. It was very hurtful getting on us completely done with all of them when I ran out of coins due to the fact that I never leveled up at all and time ran out so I was unable to finish the last half of the last one on Snakes and Ladders. I trouble leveling up my status level up bar it also froze. This is not the first time that I have not received my coins from Mystery Gift nor from the special bonus that's receive every 3 hours.

I just recently purchased a special package on wsop and was told the payment went through but did not receive any chips at all and after a few moments an alert came across my screen saying "your order has been cancelled and no charge was made to your card" but there was a charge of $5.99. I was supposed to get 7.3 million chips! Would like this to be fixed I really enjoy playing this game it's a good stress reliever.

On Wednesday 9/27/2017 Someone at Slotmania emptied my bank of over 1 billion in points. I have contacted them regarding the issue and they claim it was a malfunction and they were working on it. As of today 9/28/17 the points have not been returned to me and I don't expect that they will be.
The people at Slotmania always have a ready excuse when they rob the player of their points. They are simply not an honest business and should be shut down.

Also a payment is being held on my iTunes account for this item that I did not receive.
