I buy visa gift cards to play Slotomania I never use any of my debit cards. only the gift cards I buy . my husband visa was stolen and there were hundreds of dollars put on it. there were some slotomania purchases also. the bank proses it and is in the prosses credited him. becauses of this they will not allow me to use what I already paid for and blocked me from usinf the visa gift cars i bought. I know have no way to play now and they have taken the money from the ones I already had there. I want that back and to be able to play and continue to buy myself gift cards and for them to put back my gitt card money they took and for me to be able to use gift cards . I will not use any credit cards. only the gift cards . they are dishonest but I like that game.

Didn't receive room credits
I finished a room and did not get my 1800 credits. I took a screenshot right after showing my balance and that I didn't get the reward but support is insisting I did. They sent timestamps of it showing I got them and then 10 minuets later used them but my screenshot was taken 1 minute after it supposedly deposited the 1800 credits. They won't help and I'm done spending money or time playing a game that jips you out of rewards.

I'm playing any where from 1 billion per spin down to 500 million a spin. The level up timer was moving me up quick to next level for the last few days. This evening it was hardly moving up at 500 million per spin. Why has level timer slowed down? This happened to me on 11/8/2023 around 6p.m.Played slotomania today November 9 2023 less than an hour ago. The level up timer is still very slow. I spun for two billion coins per spin. I paid for the Month of October 13-November 13, 2023 Bingo blitz plus subscription via my apple phone.
this benefit never went to my bingo blitz account.
I emailed a copy of my apple invoice proving i paid but there was no response.

They have ruined the game with all the changes. They raised prices and then tightened the slots up so you cannot win anything. They took away the ability to earn pet treats on the daily challenges and replaced it with "random" scrolls. The stuff they are adding does not make it better than the stuff they took away. I have invested a lot of time and money to get to level 23700 and I feel like they are bot rewarding me for being a loyal customer. Instead I am being punished by them taking away my rewards. They need to return the treats and loosen the slots back up so its worth spending time and money on
Purchase and bonus rewards
I purchased 26M for 5.99 on 10/07/23 after i was rewarded me another 9M. I also collected another 1M bonus. After collecting the game glitched and gave me the the 9M & 1M prize again I had 50M when I got on 14M table buy in I lost like 9M I got off the table and my balance was only 16M! Slotomania had a promotion where if you bought three Lotto Bonus in a row, you would receive 5 balls on the 3rd day. I bought three Lotto Bonus on September 20, 21 and 22, 2023 in the amount of $10.81 each. On the third day, when I played Lotto Bonus, instead of getting 5 balls, I only received 3. I immediately contacted support via CHAT and EMAIL (on September 22, 2023). My ticket number is INC26445236. I was told that they were looking into it, and I would receive an email with the resolution. Since September 22nd, I have contacted support via CHAT several times and was told that they were still looking into it. The last time I contacted support via CHAT was September 29, 2023. I told them I either wanted the Lotto Bonus with the 5 balls or to refund my credit card for the three purchase @ $10.81 each.
Desired outcome: At this point, I want a refund in the amount of $32.43.

I was initially intrigued with playing slottomania on my phone. It served as a means of battling my anxiety as I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. However my intrigue has turned ti outrage when I happened to discover the systematic overcharging for the in-app purchases.
While I thought was making $5.99 to $7.99 purchases I was infact being charged anywhere from approximately $30.00 to over $40.00 per transaction. I fee like I have been robbed somewheres from $200.00 to $250.00 through overcharges.

The game is not operating as described. The board prize is not being added to the Journey total. When I had 109 stars to go to complete the journey, my journey total was 198,580,901 and now I have 61 stars to go with the exact same total. I have sent numerous emails to support and they never reply.
One person said the game is operating properly. Which is NOT true.

June's Journey
Up until recently, I played this game with absolutely no issues. I played at my own pace, no interest in joining or creating a club. But within the last 6 weeks, it's been crashing constantly - so bad now that mere seconds are in between crashes. On top of the crashing, I lose energy bars. I do find it humorous that the techies are able to insert 'skip tickets' that, after the initial ten are gone, we have to BUY more, but they can't fix what they've caused initially. Tech support told me that there's nothing wrong on their end that's causing the crashes, told me that my system was corrupted. Funny thing is, EVERYTHING else on my device is functioning normally as always - EVERYTHING but June's Journey. They gave me instructions to 'reset' the game but would NOT guarantee that the level I'm at (over 1,000) would carry over and I could lose it all. It's immaterial to me whether I continue playing or not.
Desired outcome: Fix the problem THEY caused
Paid for Plus Subscription and did not receive.
I made purchase of Plus Subscription at 6:00 AM on the 8 th of September from the Quest rewards room and did not receive. I waited a couple hours and then contacted the support center, was told to wait 48 hour so it could be added manually. I have waited 48 hours , contacted support again and told to wait again. The money has come out of my account already. I expect to receive what I pay for.
