Playtika Bingo Nights in USA

I have been playing Bingo Nights and been in contact with the Company indicating that I need to supply them with a photo I.D. in order for me to receive monies from playing their game. The amount is close to $1,000.00. I am confused as to why they need my I.D. They tell me it is ensure that I am the correct person to be giving the funds to and that it is Consumer Protection law. I have no problem supplying this information if it is legit, but when I asked the particular Federal Consumer Protection particular statute number for a better understanding of why this was needed, I heard nothing back. What I am requesting is not unusual as it protects both Bingo Nights and myself. So, what I am asking, do you know the statute that a consumer has to supply an I.D. with a photo.?

Also, I am getting mixed messages regarding the validity of this Company some are saying the company is legit and others are not.

Playtika Customer service.

I asked why it's took me 14 years to hit 8 or 9 of anything. At level 3374still not hit yet.but all they can say is smart comments to me saying I must think I know more about your game than you.then saying you don't have to buy coins from us.ive been wit you for years and years. I've spent thousands of dollars on this game and you can just talk [censored].you won't get any more money from me.ill stay at zero coins for ever.

Playtika Bingo blitz plus

How was that and they deleted my complete bingo blitz game I was way up into the 200s I had to start all over again I requested bingo blitz plus to be canceled they took out bingo Plus in January of 2024 I would like a refund it could be put back I'm only at 77 in rank with my new game. Please give me a refund and no not take it out no more or I'm going to stop playing Mingo blitz all together and I've been playing it for years thank you.

Disappointing Experience with the WSOP App

Dear WSOP Team,

I am reaching out today to share my extremely disappointing experience with your app. Unfortunately, my initial excitement for the game has turned into frustration and dissatisfaction. I have observed that WSOP does not adequately address fraudulent activities, significantly impacting my perception of your platform.

It is disheartening to see that WSOP seemingly does not take proper care of players who invest substantial amounts of money in the app. The app fails to deliver on its promises, and I feel that my concerns are not being taken seriously by your support team.

Of particular concern is the existence of numerous fake players or fake accounts exchanging chips among themselves. Despite my efforts to report this issue through five tickets, I have yet to receive a proper response or solution. I have waited for over a week, and it appears that my concerns are falling on deaf ears within the support team.

Experiencing the support team ignore my inquiries and a lack of clear communication on how the problem will be addressed is frustrating. As a player who has invested in your platform, I feel let down and inadequately supported.

Due to this disappointing experience, I cannot recommend anyone to download this game or use your app. It is regrettable that an otherwise promising platform exhibits such deficiencies in fairness and customer service.

I sincerely hope that you address this matter and take appropriate actions to restore the trust of your players. In the meantime, I will share my experiences with others to caution them against similar disappointments.

Playtika Slotomania has many issues/flaws/glitches & they do not remedy the issues!

I have spent well over $1K in just this year alone, playing and enjoying Slotomania. However, in playing, I have noticed many issues and glitches, which I report, but which are usually brushed off by their "support" people, with insulting explanations to me, as if I was not computer literate and I don't understand how to play the game, etc... Most I just brushed off and/or I figured out a way to work around their glitches.

HOWEVER, recently I became very irritated at a promotion that they had and I jumped on it, but the game did not produce what it was supposed to.

First of all, I was not awarded the amount of gems that it promised (17K gems) now was I given the 3 stars, which help to get even more rewards and the worst part was that I was not offered to buy the Lucky Spins (which multiples the gem purchase). I notified them immediately and let them know of the issue, which Sherman (Slotomania Support) acknowledged and informed me they were "looking into it". That was early this month, and still no response as to how they will remedy the issue or make it up to me (purchase offers are very limited and time sensitive, I have since lost that privilege). The longer they wait to remedy the issue, the longer I will not purchase anything again and that means that it inhibits my ability to finish the Album Sets that I strive to do, and I help my Clan mates to get their sets finished too. This is not fair for me, as they must believe that I will make purchases, regardless of them making that glitch right with me. But, I will not. I did one, to show them that it then worked for a lower amount of gems purchased, I was given the opportunity to by the Lucky Spins. I had trusted that they were actually "looking into" the issue and I was trying to help them to figure out the problem, at my own expense. NOTHING helped to motivate them to either tell me what the problem was, or to make things right with me, by either giving me what I had intended to get, when I made the purchase and allow me to get the Lucky Spins associated with it, or to just make me happy by crediting me the most of the coins that I had ever had in the game, along with the highest amount of gems that I have ever had at one time in the game. I figured that could be a nice gesture, on their part, to make me happy and let me believe that they actually care about their paying customers, but they didn't acknowledge my offer or try to accommodate my need to make up for the hideous loss, in their very time sensitive game.

Now, the Album Sets will be closing in a bit over a week and I am still out of the gems that I thought I was purchasing (they shorted me) and I never got to enjoy the enhanced feature of the Lucky Spins, nor the cards that would accompany all those purchases, to aid in completing the Album Sets, etc...

Granted, you can say that I am being stubborn, by cutting my nose off, to spite my face. But, I do not want to contribute to any more of their profit base, if they cannot make good on what they offered, and if they cannot or will not understand that their delay and postponement of getting back to me, is detrimentally hurting my game. I did not, at that time, demand to be reimbursed. I simply wanted the features (gems & coins) that I was supposed to get in the first place. Since my report on November 2nd, I have sent multiple emails to give them more information and more screen shots, so they can see what I see, and they can know that I am not imagining the issues. But, instead of them addressing the issue, they claim they are looking into it, and/or they send a random screen shot of unrelated nonsense and claim that I have received an Ace card - which I did NOT, from the promotion that they advertise. I have sent them a screen shot, to show them how the Shiney Cards are consistently ONLY showing that I need 1 more card, but instead of finishing that challenge, it pops the new cards into another pop-up, that only shows up when the card is given and then disappears and I can never find again. I was able to screen shot it the last time, because I knew it would disappear and the game that I play and see daily, still shows that I need the last Shiney Card, to complete the 7-card challenge. Despite Olivia Jordy's attempt to claim that I received it, I did NOT and the game STILL shows me needing the last 7th card.

I would think that if Slotomania valued me as a guest, they would have awarded me what I asked for, as the minimum they could do, to make me happy, when it will be about a month now that I have been unable to complete the Album Set, as I usually do and it will obviously be impossible to achieve now. Their good faith effort may have been enough to keep me as a paying guest. But, instead, I am not committing to NEVER paying another penny towards their game and I will do whatever I can, to warn other players too.

I am submitting this Official Complaint, since Slotomania didn't take me seriously and they refuse to honor their offers and/or provide remedies for when they disappoint and cheat their paying players.

I had purchased items in the game, believing that the game was honorable and I counted on the game actually being able to account for their offers professionally and accurately, but they do not. Therefore, because I feel that I have been very clearly scammed and cheated, I believe I should get every penny back that I have ever paid to Slotomania, because they clearly had no intention of ever honoring their last offer to me, and that ruined my entire game play, and hence any future benefits of playing their game is diminished and ruined and they lost my confidence and desire to play any longer.

Claimed loss: $3,271.38 (since September this year alone)

Desired outcome: Reimburse my coins, to be that of the highest amount that I have ever had, at one time, and the same for the gems. Otherwise, they should reimburse me for all that I have spent, just this year alone since September ($3,271.38).

I have had an enormous amount of issues also with them! Ever since the beginning of Nov, 23 the website isnt working efficiently as before. I have also lost tons of cash to try to finish the album! And was of course 3 short, because they want you to keep buying wild only promos to finish it! I have so many issues like you that it would take a book to fill them all! I bet since they are based in the middle east, perhaps the war has something to do with this now fraudulent website. Report them to: THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THESE ONLINE FRAUDLENT GAMING COMPANIES! I reported them to my credit card to try to get refunds, so now I cant purchase anything from them, they blocked it, good, I

am sick of wasting cash on them anyway!

Playtika Bingo blitz

I'm really aggravated. A few days ago I was booted from bingo blitz while playing. I logged into it again using Facebook, like I always do, but it said there was an issue that is trying to resolve. Days later, it's still saying that. I don't have my user ID number memorized and I don't know the password that I used 10 years ago to set up the account. I always just login through Facebook. I'm a plus player and yesterday BB withdrew my subscription fees out of my account. Yet I cannot play the game. I've played this game for over 10 years. I just recently received the 300 credits for the 10 year anniversary. I'm on lvl 334. My player name is Micheal Shepherd. I've spent untold hundreds if not thousands on this game. Up til now I've never had a problem.

Still won't let me log in through FB. Has actually tried to start me over on a new account. I'm not doing that. I want things fixed so I can go back to playing where I left off. Is too bad that there's not a number to call for human assistance. Having to type all of this is an inconvenience.

It says on here that all 17 past complaints have been resolved. I'm hoping to be the 18th. I shouldn't be in the position to have to find out.

Playtika House of fun playtika

This is a very complex issue although I played the game myself my device was compromised this goes back to 2022 where for example house of fun play tikka charged me twice and refused to give me a refund on the error,

Fast forward to 2023 the heavier promotion which while you play you have the chance of getting random album packs which is to complete a challenge in the past it may cost anywhere from 200 to $300 to complete this particular challenge customer service stated there could be a problem with the algorithm in November alone a thousand dollars has been spent some of which have been unauthorized purchases and some made by a minor Google Play cannot do anything once it's charged and the money is handed over to house of fun and they reserve the right apparently not to refund

I've tried vigorously trying to contact them deal with custom service which is based in Romania they say that technical support will get back to me they never do the pretty much accepted my purchases and unauthorised ones to the value of nearly $2000 they have prevented us from recording gameplay to prove I also had a previous account shutdown because I caught them lying there employee that did this has since left the business I've numerous emails that show when I was double charged and they refused to refund they make every excuse under the sun and I quote gameplay was normal at the time you were playing it's like a generic spiel that they give you they told me it was my fault that I didn't keep my device secure but I had been hacked and I had no control over this Google Play is only a platform for people to download the application and if you read the number of negative reports about how they are scamming and changing the algorithm and programming software increasing the price of the coin packages because of how much one spends making it even more addictive and or ludicrous I'm really hoping that somebody can help me with this company because they just simply aren't doing anything or they're not doing enough last year their profit was 2.2 billion dollars and some of that was my stolen money I'm a sick man very very sick physically sick I don't know how long I've got I've no representation in my own country that will do it I've called the police I've called the bank I've changed passwords either fingerprint scanner biometrics and people still able to buypass and make purchases I apply for refunds by Google play but by that point the money is gone to these evil people can you help me please complaints board and when you do catch them out and they can't deal with it the romanians they'll just block your account and you have to start again

Playtika I buy visa cards to play slotomania and want to continue to do so.

I buy visa gift cards to play Slotomania I never use any of my debit cards. only the gift cards I buy . my husband visa was stolen and there were hundreds of dollars put on it. there were some slotomania purchases also. the bank proses it and is in the prosses credited him. becauses of this they will not allow me to use what I already paid for and blocked me from usinf the visa gift cars i bought. I know have no way to play now and they have taken the money from the ones I already had there. I want that back and to be able to play and continue to buy myself gift cards and for them to put back my gitt card money they took and for me to be able to use gift cards . I will not use any credit cards. only the gift cards . they are dishonest but I like that game.

Playtika Didn't receive room credits

I finished a room and did not get my 1800 credits. I took a screenshot right after showing my balance and that I didn't get the reward but support is insisting I did. They sent timestamps of it showing I got them and then 10 minuets later used them but my screenshot was taken 1 minute after it supposedly deposited the 1800 credits. They won't help and I'm done spending money or time playing a game that jips you out of rewards.

Playtika Slotomania.Slots online

I'm playing any where from 1 billion per spin down to 500 million a spin. The level up timer was moving me up quick to next level for the last few days. This evening it was hardly moving up at 500 million per spin. Why has level timer slowed down? This happened to me on 11/8/2023 around 6p.m.Played slotomania today November 9 2023 less than an hour ago. The level up timer is still very slow. I spun for two billion coins per spin. The timer isn't moving very fast. On Monday or Tuesday this week it went up the levels super fast. Maybe I broke the system I don't know. Thanks for looking into this issue.

Playtika Rip you off and not help or feel bad they did so customer service horrible

House of fun will never give a jackpot unless you spent at least 3.2 million per spin for half an hour. They advertise mega jackpots in the millions and billions..only because they |NEVER give them away.! The card packs are a joke..the beginning, it is fairly inexpensive to play, with bets being low and coin packages cheap. As you level up, they increase the minimum bet and I am at the point (game level 11,000), that i can not purchase anything below $29.99 if I want a coin package and my minimum bet is 10k. HOF may be hitting on a rare occasion, where it will actually let you play for a while, but if you want to have any fun, plan of purchasing coins to do so. At least if you purchased coins in the past, it would let you play, but not anymore, that is not even a guarantee now. As the casino has gotten bigger over the years, so has the greediness and the lack of customer service. Recently my account crashed and I lost all the progress I had built up within individual games with coins I had purchased. Customer service has been horrible, its still not fixed and service tickets have gone ignored. I

Playtika Game freezing and not getting credited for winning and basically being called a liar by support

I was playing bingo blitz aqua moxie room and staked 3,500 credits to play a round on majestic I won 4 bingo's in same game therefore getting the majestic wheel, when the wheelncsme up my game froze and I rebooted game 3 times but nothing not even my stake back , I contacted support and sent them download of my information which included my I'd and my credit amount , this was the 2nd time I won 4 bingo's and got 5he wheel I won 1st wheel at 2.35pm uk time and got payed out for that but the 2nd wheel they are saying did not happen so basically calling me a liar , they said I won 1 wheel even in fact I won 2 wheels therfore losing 21,246 credits , I am not a liar and players are losing winnings since they changed format of games/rooms layout 2 to 3 days ago ,

I spent over $200.00 for various perks , including coin purchase , tokens for castle , money for scrolls …, and you keep raising the limits for any chance to win prize pet awards , chests are always repeats , no chance at ace chest, no chance to win big prize at pet prize , the daily challenges and bonuses are no more paying back in coins !

Playtika i paid for bingo blitz plus for month of October to November but I didn't get this service

I paid for the Month of October 13-November 13, 2023 Bingo blitz plus subscription via my apple phone.

this benefit never went to my bingo blitz account.

I emailed a copy of my apple invoice proving i paid but there was no response.

I am still in limbo...

I have been playing bingo blitz since at least 2011.

I am upset that this has not been resolved. Apparently, this benefit must have gone to another person's account?

Desired outcome: I get credit for one month of bingo blitz plus since I paid for it.

Playtika Caesars Slots

They have ruined the game with all the changes. They raised prices and then tightened the slots up so you cannot win anything. They took away the ability to earn pet treats on the daily challenges and replaced it with "random" scrolls. The stuff they are adding does not make it better than the stuff they took away. I have invested a lot of time and money to get to level 23700 and I feel like they are bot rewarding me for being a loyal customer. Instead I am being punished by them taking away my rewards. They need to return the treats and loosen the slots back up so its worth spending time and money on

Playtika Purchase and bonus rewards

I purchased 26M for 5.99 on 10/07/23 after i was rewarded me another 9M. I also collected another 1M bonus. After collecting the game glitched and gave me the the 9M & 1M prize again I had 50M when I got on 14M table buy in I lost like 9M I got off the table and my balance was only 16M! Started with 50M lost 9M only had 16M after exiting!

I've played this game for almost a decade or better and this is the first issue I've ever had. It's.

Playtika Redecor

The game uses a "voting" system that I believe is truly based on algorithms. They sell you items to use in their games so you can create designs. The designs get voted on and that determines who wins coins. They have created these achievement levels based on your wins. The higher the achievements the more materials you get to use. You have to maintain so many "wins" in a 14 cycle to maintain the achievement level. When you but materials with real money, if you do not get the wins on your designs, you lose what you paid for. I spent real money to unlock all of the materials and if I don't continually play and spend money, I lose what I paid for. They will also decrease the number of designs you can complete so it makes it even more impossible to win the required number of designs to maintain the levels. If you don't win the required amount of designs at the end of the 14 day cycle, they want you to pay them (without any return, just give them money) to maintain the level at the end of the cycle. They will even change the rules in the middle of the cycle to make it harder to maintain your achievement level.

Desired outcome: Get rid of the achievement levels in the game to create for fair play

Unlocking an item and buying uses are not the same. I had all materials unlocked before playtika took over. Now flooring like "artic maple" I no longer have access to. If I buy uses while I am at level 10, I keep the uses until they are gone but after I run out of uses, the item is locked again until I go back to level 10.

I agree, a lot is wrong with the game. However, once you unlock materials, they are yours. It doesn't matter if you fall from Level X to Level I, once you've unlocked decorating materials,they are yours. They can not take away what you've already unlock due to losing a status.

I have had mine removed. I lost rugs, flooring and other materials I had previously unlocked with tokens that I paid real money for. I only have access to them now if I move up to Legend.

Ive been playing at this place for two years got up there pretty high with my coins into the billions hundred and 200 billion on one of my favorite bingo slots, and all of a sudden you started losing out of nowhere. so I decided to put the game on my computer as well. But the computer version was winning because I just started that new profile in House of Fun. However, I could not get one free spin to kill me on my bingo game on my cell phone. The game that I’ve been playing for so long on my cell. so I went through 300 billion coins with no free spins I spent $150 and just kept losing and losing and losing after two years of winning. So determined on my phone and I kept spending money $150 within 3 days. And not one free spin out of the bingo game I play everyday. and on my computer the game was going fine, so it seems that when you start putting money into it, they give you absolutely nothing back. They speed the casino up so you cant win anything. Pretty disappointed because it was a lot of fun until they did this terrible place to play play somewhere else

User's recommendation: PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, they speed it up so badly.

And I did record 30 minutes worth of video, proving it between my cell phone and the computer
