Parcels with tracking numbers PH1971292049136 and PH1913025264620 were both received at BAE NCR East EC (Cainta) last Wednesday, Dec. 11. But until today, deliveries are not yet made.

I am in communication with Black Arrow customer service but no exact date can be provided for delivery. This is not acceptable as it is 8 days already that I have been waiting.
