Unfortunately I had an awful experience with this company and as I read more reviews I found out that I am not the only one. Here's what happened.. I ordered flowers for my mother in law on Valentine's. She got them immediately phoned us and thanked us and did all the right things to keep her flowers fresh and long as she is 87 and knows what she is doing with flowers. 4 days later they were all dead! Apparently some of them had already come dried out or wilted among the fresh ones but she didn't tell us that because what mother is going to tell her children who sent her a surprise gift on Valentine's Day that their gift is anything subpar?! So we did not find out about this until 4 days after the fact when it happened to come up in conversation that they were already dead! So I called the company and the woman was very rude on the phone to me and said somebody would call me back the next day. I called back and got a man I said the woman just hung up on me she didn't give me any other information he said somebody will call me back the next day and hung up nobody called me back the next day! So I got on to their live chat and had to wait for over a half hour with a woman named Debbie who said that she was busy dealing with a whole bunch of other customers and if I could please be patient I was patient for a half hour before I gave up. Then today I happened to get an email not a phone call stating that basically this whole situation to them is considered closed because I did not inform them within 24 hours that I had a problem with any sort of order. Again I asked what sort of mother or mother-in-law tells her children to the surprise her with flowers on Valentine's Day that the flowers were not beautiful and perfect?! This is unacceptable! So I just tried calling back now and explained it again to another woman whose name was Paula and she said basically that it's closed there's nothing they can do about it because they're 24-hour policy states that there's nothing else they can do I asked if there was someone else I could speak to above her she said no. So I tell you all do not waste your money on Bloomax because you will get possibly subpar flowers mixed in with the beautiful fresh ones and in spite of their policy saying that they're fresh and in good condition upon delivery don't trust that or if you decide to then you better check over real fast in 24 hours if they are dying or not and do not expect them to last for much more than a few days. So I am now hoping that I have influenced you guys who are reading this enough not to trust wasting your money with this National company cuz I am afraid for you that you will get subpar flowers which would be very sad especially if you are having them delivered to someone that you love.
