BEWARE THAT BLUEFLY.COM WILL NOT CORRECT ANY ERROR(S) WITH AN ORDER ONCE IT BEGINS PROCESSING INCLUDING SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS.

Firstly, the order processed without a final review. Once this happened I noticed that the order is to be delivered to an old address where I do not live. I immediately called customer service to correct the problem but was told that the order cannot be changed due to security reasons and because this is their 'corporate' policy. This is not only frustrating but puzzling because this means that it is more secure for a package to be sent to an address that is not the same as the billing address.

In the end, they would not and did not help me in any way so now the package will be sent to an address that is half-way across the U.S and I have to get to it somehow or count it as a loss. I cannot believe that an online business such as Bluefly.com with the amount of experience they have has such an inane and non-service minded policy. Suffice to say, I will never shop at Bluefly.com again and I have been a member since 2002.

So bad with blueflymobile's service, i ordered my item from 30.11.2009, as the information from bluefly, it just take from 5 to 10 working days to get the product but 22 days passed, nothing i have got!
im trying to contact with them but so difficult cos havet got any information about the mobile contact!
Pls if someone know the address or the phone number of bluefly mobile, provide me!

have been waiting so long the trip i have perchesed my camera for is over i'm back home and still waiting for delivery. sent email, all thay could say was { yes you have perchesed a camera from us } If looking to buy a camera dont buy hear!

I have also purchased a camera lens through blueflymobile, and after trying to communicate with them about a late delievery was spoken to very rudly through emails. I will never buy anything through them again.

Just recieved my new camera from Blue Fly Mobile. I ordered a Panasonic DMC-TZ7 Australian model with Australian warranty but was shipped an Asian DMC-ZS3 with no local warranty at all. Don't buy from them you will not get what you order.

I recommend to anyone DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They have my money and the fedex tracking shows INITIATED, but it never seems to be collected. I have asked them where my merchandise is and they keep giving me different tracking numbers but the item never gets collected. I have e mailed them endless times and they reply very rudly, with no dear sir or yours faithfully. Now they are just ignoring me. I tried phoning the number in Victoria in Melbourne and all you ever ever is an answering machine. I have also tried calling them through skype.

I feel they are a scam and now suspect I have just lost a LOT OF MONEY.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM BLUE FLY! I ordered a mobile phone on birthday, 2 months later I am still waiting for my birthday present. I have called a number of times and all I get is the answering machine. I have e-mailled them a few times and the response I get is an automated generic response that really doesn't answer my query! A big thumbs down to Bluefly! Do not get anything from them, their service does not deliver.

Hi all,
I just want to warn everybody here that BLUE FLY MOBILE is a dodgy-fake company.
They cheated me. I bought a $256 camera online on 3th May 2010 and they still did not send the product.
They don't respond to e-mails, they don't answer phones.
They sent me a FedEx tracking number, but but it is also FAKE!
I don't know what to do now.
Can anybody help me there?

I bought a Canon eos 5dMK and 28-300 lens witha 8gb cf card from Bluefly mobile in Melboune.
Total around $6500. initial co tact was good, and camera and lens arrived within he specified 10 days. however CF card not there. Numerous emails no reply.. no Cf card, no refund, no explanation.. two weeks now and nothing. emails have auto reply saying will be answered within twenty four hours but not one has had a reply...

Hi there,

I went against the reviews and decided to try this company out, they had the item i wanted for the price i wanted, so i went ahead with it.

I got emails the whole way through of what was going on, the item arrived one day after the 10 days specified, i was given a shipping number so i could track my item, everything has gone completely smoothly.

I would buy from them again, as i have had excellent service.

I received this email this week. I'm hoping it's sincere as it's been a month since I placed my order.

"Hello Everyone,

Recently, we have had serious illness with in our family. This has caused us to have to step away from our office for a while. I would like to take the time to personally apologize for the delays and hope that you will bear with us that have been caused in our delivery process. We are in the process of working on the back log and plan to have it cleared up and all deliveries out the door by Thursday next week. And all other orders that are in the normal process are still shipping “on time”.

I hope that this will clear up any misunderstandings and hope that you can work with is as we work hard to clear up the back log. We are not ignoring you we are trying to get the backlog handled.

I decide to take them to Court, if nothing can be received after this month. The suggestion was given by Australian fair trading affair. However, I do not know how to do this, and I am not familr with Australian Law system, can anyone give me some help?

We understand the witch hunt that is happening here and on a daily basis we have consistantly been e-mailing all customers with regards to there orders. While there obviously have been complaints that are justified. We have e-mailed Jieming.han@hotmail.com personally with regard to the situation twice now and offered rectify the problem.

We have not been giving excuses and have provided a phone number and additional e-mail address on our site. There is not much more we can do.

Yes, you emailed me twice, but how many times that I emailed you? Your first email said, I will receive my item on last Friday, but nothing was received. In your second email, you said you will ship the item to me on last Thursday, but the current status of my item is still 'prepare for shippment', how can you explain the above problems?

Phone number? Yes, the number is correct, but nobody answer the call. I called you at 11:00 and 14:00 yesterday.

I do not need your explain, I need my item or refund!

My CF card arrived. As i have posted before the camera and lens arrived within the time promised by Blue fly mobile but it has taken about six weeks to get the card. This situation has now been rectified and i am happy with the outcome.

I have never dealt with any company like Blue Fly Mobile in my life. I gave them $1600 for a canon eos 7d. I rang them all day yesterday and today from the number on their site. No answer. I emailed them over the last three days. no answer.

When I log in and check the order history on their site, it says prepared for shipping on June 21. Today is July 7. I ordered a Panasonic Lumix and Tamron lens from two other companies on the same day from Hong Kong and got my order within 5 business days.

I will be getting my bank to get my money back and taking as much action as I can to warn other people. The people behind this business need to be stopped.

I bought a canon eos 7d for $1660 on June 20. On June 21 they said it was prepared for shipping. That's 12 business days ago! Not even shipped yet!?! I ordered a Panasonic Lumix and Tamron lens from two other companies on the same day from Hong Kong and got my order within 5 business days.

The people behind this business need to be stopped. I will be getting my bank to get my money back tomorrow morning.

okay. today it came, thank god. $1664 is a lot to stress about...
although i now thank blue fly for coming through with my goods (the canon 7d camera) and everything seems fine with the camera, i would like to tell them why i got so nervous... because, you know they'll be reading this.
On June 20 I ordered the camera with bpay.
On June 21 they sucked the money out of my account.
on their website (when i logged in) and on their email at that time, it said my goods were "prepared for shipping" and that within 10 business days, i would have my goods.
On July 6 (13 business days!) i wondered what was going on.
i emailed them twice, morning and night, asking why my delivery was running late.
on July 7 i had no response. i tried calling their number, promoted from the front page of their website, 10 times, during the hours recommended.
NO ANSWER!
This is their main problem. No reply to my emails. No answer to my phone calls.
When [censor] like this happens, and you've just seen $1600 fly out of your bank account, and it's been longer that what they said it would to deliver, and the company doesn't reply to your requests in a twenty-four-hour period... you stress the hell out. and i did.
i googled them, and there are so many bad comments about them.
i emailed them the next night. i threatened i was going to report them to fair trading and was going to report the money as stolen from my bank...
10 minutes later - i [censor] you not - i got an email from them saying the order was "completed successfully".
2 days later i got my camera - from Hong Kong to Perth, Australia.
I would like to thank (no kidding) blue fly for delivering my camera, eventually. word to the wise though - if you want to be taken seriously as a reliable internet company, you've got to respond to clients questions within 12 hours.

I have been waiting weeks for a response from Bluefly about the dodgy phone they have sent me. Has anyone actually ever been able to talk to these people on the phone? I'd be extremely suprised if no one has ever attempted to take them to court as they are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

I bought a HD Desire almost 3 weeks ago. In that time all I've recieved one piece of feedback telling me my item is in the warehouse. I've called them three times and left voicemail each time, I've e-mailed them twice now - NO FEEDBACK!

According to their online system my item is still sitting in the warehouse, from experiece with other companies this should be only a day or two - not with Bluefly!

I just sent an e-mail to them advising I will 'dispute' my credit card payment if no feedback is recieved Monday afternoon.
Bluefly is pretty much the worst customer service I've ever experienced.. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

11/18/2010 Re: Bluefly refund plolicy. I returned an item and 10 days later contacted Bluefly and was told that the refund process was just being initiated. In the meantime, I returned an item to 2 other companies 7 days later. On the same day as I contacted Bluefly I also received the refunds from 1 of the companies, and the next day from the 2nd one. Now another day later the Bluefly still has not refunded my money, and upon contacting Bluefly have been told that the refund is in the process of being processed, and will "soon" be processed.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM BLUEFLY AND I HOPE THAT YOU WILL NOT EITHER!

I just tried to email Bluefly to let them know that I had written a complaint about them, and "SURPRISE" it is almost impossible to find a way to post a message to them at their contact us email address that needs a lot of "hoops" to even leave an email comment. JUST FYI!

I just tried to access the website for blue fly mobile because I was send the wrong camera - and it said that the site was suspended and Blue Fly Mobile was closed due to technical difficulties.
I ordered 2 WP Fuji cameras (one blue and one green) and only received one blackone. I have phoned and all I get is the answering machine and when I sent them an email I just got a generic reply that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. Any ideas on what to do now - kinda wish I had read this site before purchasing. HELP !

My story is very similar to many of the ones told here already: ordered a mobile phone, money went off the credit card (more than what I expected because of overseas fees they did not indicate on the invoice), nothing happened so I sent an email, one semi-rude email telling me to be patient as a reply to my first inquiry, then the website went down, no more email replies to my inquiries, on the phone only the answering machine that no-one ever seems to check.
So, I have just started a transaction dispute through my credit card company. I hope I can get my money back. I don't care if they have illness in their family or if they were hit by storm and fire. They are trying to run a business, but they are not delivering on anything they promise.
If I can't get my money back through the transaction dispute, I will consider taking them to court.

Bluefly is horrible. They "resolve" complaints without even speaking with you. I was sent a defective item. I did not notice the defect until AFTER I removed the tags. Bluefly claims they cannot refund my money because the tag was removed however, they will give me a store credit?!? That makes 0 sense. This is just their ploy to ensure that they keep your money. I guarantee that the defective handbag will be back on the site in no time. Do not trust this site, your customer service reviews will tank once on board.

BlueFly.com has an unusually secret and sneaky return policy that makes it almost impossible to return items that are missized, mismarked, or misrepresented. They state that their return policy is marked on the items (it is not) and we discovered that it is not marked on their invoice either. Furthermore, if you order an item, they now claim that they must receive the rerturned items within 21 days FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

If you are fortunate enough to know this policy, you will be dinged almost 14 of these 21 days by their shipping process and any time required to return the items through regular postal channels.

Finally, of the three items ordered, all three were name brand, yet missized and mismarked items.
Although we NEVER write companies up for their unfair business practices which are aimed at the trusting consmer, we felt it necessary to inform as many individuals possible so that they too wouldn't have to learn the hard way. BOTTOM LINE - DON'T SHOP AT BLUEFLY.COM!

Listen, file a claim through your credit card company to get your refunds back...This company is full of ### and knowingly steals from it's customers...If customers were smart they would start a "Class Action Suit" against this company and it's return policy...
