timeshare
Sat through sales talk and decided to try the sampler. Of course, the summer months we could not use I found out when trying to book. Then, booked in November. The was not enough parking available so had to walk a good distance to bring everything inside. They had me as a platinum member so brought a suit and tie guy in to talk to me from another resort. Once he found out I wasn't, he could not get out of the room fast enough. Finally, to top it t off, I had a call that my nephew was killed in a car accident so we had to leave resort earlier than expected and I explained why with just an "ok" response. No follow up to see how we were doing or can we provide you with the rest of your stay days at another time, that has already been paid for...nothing! Shame on you, Johnny Morris for getting tied up and your company associates with this bunch.
reservation for timeshare presentation
When I made reservations on 5/22/2018, I was assured that I would be staying at a certain specific location. On 5/23/2018, I received an email regarding questions I had about the preview time, preview location and the location of the Welcome Center. The email gave me the location of the welcome center check-in location, and the preview location. It also stated, "you will be directed to your accommodations upon arrival at your check-in location." This is not just ok, but it is not what I was promised.
I spoke with reservations, and Ivanka assured me, my second property request was approved.
On Thursday, 5/24/2018, I received a call from a female representative regarding a survey I was asked to complete. Again, I was assured I would be staying at the Radisson Hotel - Branson, MO. She said I would be receiving an email confirmation in the next 24-48 hours. I haven't received a confirmation yet, and after reading all the customer reviews and seeing the overall customer satisfaction 1 out of 5 star rating, I am even more concerned!
update
I was Told to pay $49 for 1st yr of TP. The charge was really for this marketing session. I was told I had to go to closest BG resort to "learn how to use my points". I now know I didn't have to do this and it did not need to be at the closest resort. Upon arrival at the facilitythst I was instructed to go to- I was told I am there for "marketing" and I'm not an owner and I cannot stay at the resort. I am an owner. I was told I have to drive another 30 minutes to stay at a hotel. Gas is $3 per gallon. Now I'm 30 minutes away from the meeting I need to go to. Another 30 minutes back to the hotel, to turn around and drive back north again another 30 minutes when I decide to go home. I am irate that I've been lied to and tricked. Upon checking in at the hotel the clerk asked how I am...I replied-you don't want to know! She said, "let me guess...you are from Bluegreen and they never told you you weren't staying at the resort and they didn't tell you you were staying at a hotel and they didn't tell you you were staying 30 minutes away." So there you have it! Obviously it's an issue! Why would you want people pissed off going into a "marketing" presentation?! I'm considering filing formal reviews and complaints. I don't appreciate being treated like this!
my timeshare ownership
My wife, Julie Orren and I, David Orren have been owners with Bluegreen for several years dating back to September, 2008 when we purchased a "sampler membership". We were on vacation in North Myrtle Beach when we were approached at Broadway at the Beach by a Bluegreen representative to get free tickets to the Ripley's Aquarium if we agreed to listen to "an hour-long presentation" about their timeshare program. We went to the meeting and were separated from our kids immediately. The video presentation alone lasted for an hour, then we were taken to the Shorecrest Resort to be toured through the facility for over another hour. We returned to the conference center to sit down with the sales representative to be subjected to a high-pressure sales presentation where NO was not an option.
This went on for nearly another hour before we finally agreed to the "sampler package", their cheapest, no frills plan. We did not want the plan, but it felt like we would never get out of there without buying something. We had very little luck navigating the plan to get a satisfactory vacation. When we did finally get something booked, it was in a "marsh-view" room two levels above the garbage dumpsters. We were very disappointed with our experience and let them know so when we checked out. We chose not to extend the plan at the end of the one year period. In May of 2013 we were contacted by Bluegreen by their promotions department to come and enjoy several days at their Shorecrest Resort to discuss our experience as former "sampler" owners. We were told that there would be another "hour long" visit with the promotions department, however when we arrived at the check-in location (off premises) we were told that they knew nothing about the meeting with promotions, but we could sit down with the sales team. We had arrived early in the day on Friday, well before we could check in to our room, but we could not meet with sales until midday on
Saturday. Again, the hour-long meeting was just a ploy to get us in to another high-pressure sales pitch.
The meeting was scheduled for just before lunchtime. We expected to get in and out in time to feed the kids lunch but we were held there for nearly 4 hours! We were told all about the new benefits that Bluegreen was offering that we had missed out on when we were "sampler" members, including more flexibility with booking and better availability. They offered us a plan that would allow us 6000 points every other year (3000 pts/year), which seemed to be enough for us to take 1 decent vacation per year. We were soon to find out that this was not the case with the amount of points we had unless we were going somewhere out of season. Again, we bought out of urgency to get out of the "kidnapping" so that
we could enjoy the rest of our trip and get the kids fed. During the ordeal the kids were quite vocal about leaving to get food and the sales reps kept telling us that it would be just a few more minutes, the minutes turned into hours. The final step involved the taping of the closing process on a voice recorder. During the taping process the recording was stopped multiple times so the reps could coach us to saying the right answers and on several occasions the reps would stop the recording and leave the room for 10-15 minutes to return and resume the taping process. I felt this was a highly questionable technique.
During the negotiation process it was explained that the maintenance fees would have to be paid when my income tax refund would come in and this was agreed to. However, when the fees were due and I could not pay them until the tax money came in, my points were suspended and could not be used until the fees were paid. I could not use my points for a full year! In March of 2016 we were contacted by Bluegreen about an urgent matter that required us to come in for an owner update. We went to the Shorecrest Resort to again be scheduled for a midday meeting on Saturday. We met in the sales office with a rep that didn't seem to know why we had come in and he listened to all of our complaints about the freezing of our points, the lack of booking ability, the lack of availability to get an oceanfront room in a resort that appeared to be half empty. He appeared to be very sympathetic but could offer no real solutions. Instead he sent us across the road to talk to "Ian", the guy from corporate that could solve all of our problems. Ian was there to sell us more points. We were told that the reason we were having all of the problems with our points package was that we just didn't have enough points to work the system. He told us that if we upgraded to the silver level (20, 000 points/year) that we would have enough to book good rooms at the best resorts. OR, if we wanted to really take advantage of the program we could book rooms and rent them out for profit or to offset maintenance fees. OR, we could book short vacations and give them out to potential customers or to a charitable organization and write them off on our taxes and get more money back on our returns. He then prompted us to apply for the Bluegreen Mastercard, a card I knew we would not get. This card was supposed to be for paying off yearly maintenance fees with the rewards points. We are a single income family with bad credit. This reflected as a negative hit on my credit when we were declined.
After several hours of discussing various schemes to make the additional points a financial possibility, we were manipulated to believe that our current point plan would be upgraded to the silver premier status and that our mortgages would be combined with one maintenance fee per year. Instead the mortgages were NOT combined and we now have 2 maintenance fees per year.
blue green timeshare
We purchased a time share through Blue Green in March of 2012, and to date have not been able to use it as we were told. Bass Pro Shop who is affiliated with Blue Green gets you suckered in by standing in their stores and giving you a free weekend at one of Blue Green resorts and all you have to do is listen to a 90 minute presentation, but that is not true. It turns into at least a 4 hour session and guess what, they have you. We purchased a time share in full, and have not been satisfied at all. The dues are outrageous for something that can't be used. When we try and book a place they say you have to book at least a year or two ahead, or they are no longer associated with that resort. It is a shame that because the Bass Pro Shop and Blue Green pay their yearly dues to the BBB that they get an AAA rating, maybe someone needs to start keeping a look out at the BBB too.
Someone needs to do something about Blue Green and Bass Pro Shop to stop this deception.
timeshare for deceased person
After sending my brother's death certificate and my Letters of Administration for his estate, I informed Bluegreen Vacations to take my brother's deposit and cancel the membership. One representative said that this could be done. I have continued to receive bills from the company. When I called again, I was told that I was misinformed regarding the cancellation of the membership because of death. I am continuing to receive requests for payment.
How do I cancel this membership? One spokesperson threatened a lawsuit if I don't pay the fees.
Did you ever get out of this? We are facing a similar issue.
sweepstakes scam
10/9/2017 I received a call that I had won a trip from Blue Green. I was selected due to the sweepstakes I entered at Bay Park Mall in Green Bay WI. They went on to clearly read from a script. The call center they called from sounded like playground of kids. Then they asked me for a payment over the Phone. When I told them I was not paying anything until I researched this company they got angry and transferred me to a supervisor that I did not ask to speak with. The supervisor was worse than the first person. Very rude interrupting and wouldn't allow me to speak. All because they clearly did not want me to research their company before payment.
Both this company and the Mall that allowed them to operate in it should be stopped from wasting people time. If Blue Green has horrible customer service over the phone. I wont spend my money to see how bad they are in person.
$199 promotional bass pro shops package
Email sent to Bluegreen Vacations:
I recently had to cancel a booking through Bluegreen Resorts TWO WEEKS PRIOR to my vacation because of miscommunication and employee error. I signed up through your promotional packaging via Bass Pro Shops in June of this year. I was read requirements and specific criteria several times and also placed on a recording where the guidelines were read off to me and I had to meet the guidelines in order to be eligible to receive the benefits of the $199 package. I received a handful of phone calls as the months progressed to schedule my booking as well as making sure it was still a confirmed trip. Among these phone calls I was made clear that the call was on a recording and I had to be taken through the guidelines I initially "passed" when I paid for the trip. I received another email on 9/26 to confirm my booking, once again, on 10/10-10/12, two weeks out. I called and was read the guidelines over recording once again. Suddenly, I'm not meeting the criteria of Household Income. Now that I've spoken with a supervisor via the (844) number I'm required to call in confirming my vacation, Household Income in YOUR terms are single vs. married. I'm an accountant for a living and Household Income is the income within your household. The example I gave to one of your supervisors was I could be living with my grandmother whose income is $150, 000 a year, but we're certainly not married, and she's certainly not my significant other. She is a part of my household, and it's likely she would fund or help fund any other ventures I chose to pursue Bluegreen Vacations. When I originally paid for my package, Cordarro, told me that my Household Income was fine considering I live with parents. This requirement was discussed along with every other requirement in the package. Upon final review with Natasha, one of your reps, on 9/26 I was told she would speak with her supervisor and he would listen to the last recording from the last phone call I had where the requirements were read out to me. Natasha clarified to me there was no way for me to actually listen to any of the recordings myself, nor did they have the recording that was taken at Bass Pro Shops at the very start of the purchase (which I was told would be recorded before I could swipe my card). After talking with her supervisor personally, I was told he wasn't able to listen to the recording. What is the purpose of logging your calls if they're not accessible to even your supervisors in order to calm an upset customer? He refunded me for my trip, as there was nothing else he could do for me. The only incite he could give me was to re-recite the guidelines in the contract for me over and over again. Surprisingly enough, I'm capable of reading so my questions went unanswered. As I'm sure you are able to see at this point - I'm extremely disappointed in the training of the staff for Bluegreen Vacations. I will no longer have this booking in place TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the scheduled date because your staff markets something they don't actually have full training to discuss, and aren't able to explain to me why I'm not able to meet certain requirements. On that note, I strongly suggest you make the requirements for your packages much more clear and provide your employees with proper training to do their jobs more efficiently to avoid having customers that will never return, never recommend your company, but will very quickly have negative feedback to provide to anyone looking for a lovely vacation.
bluegreen is a total rip off!! we, were lied to with high pressure sales to get us to sign the papers.
On July 12, 2016 my husband Shane and I attended a timeshare presentation through Bluegreen Vacations which was supposed to last 90 minutes total before we were out the door. Our sales rep stated that he was new to Bluegreen. As we listened to the speaker that gave us a sappy sad story about having been able to spend time with a loved one through the timeshare points program before they passed away. After this presentation we went to the desk of our sales rep to talk about potentially buying some points. We in no way shape or form wanted to buy points, but we thought we would see what they had to say.
The following below lists all the lies and deception that we were told at this meeting.
1. Our sales rep had his sales manager come over to his desk to let us know that the price they quoted us for $12, 000 for 8, 000 EOY points was only good for that day only. If we choose to say no, we will not be able to attend another timeshare presentation with Bluegreen for 3 years. This is a flat out lie to get us to buy that day after we told them we needed to think about it and not jump into a sales.
2. We asked our sales rep and sales mgr if that price was negotiable, to which he told us that No, the price is set in stone and there is no changing it. I have confirmed with many other people that bought into Bluegreen that they negotiated the price with them. This is a flat out lie as the price for timeshares are always negotiable.
3. We were concerned with how we could vacation with the few points that the sales rep had recommended since we are a family of 5. He assured us that there would not be any issues with us being able to vacation and get a 2 bedroom unit. We expressed to him that we have a special needs teenager that will be with us for life, so we needed 2 bedrooms to accomodate that. The sales rep assured us again that we would be able to go to any vacation spot that Bluegreen offers and get a 2 bedroom unit for our vacation with the points we had. He had also told us that with the Charter Benefits we could make up the days that we don't have points for using the 'Bonus' days.
4. The sales rep had also told us that if we so choose we could bank our points and use them through RCI. Never were we ever told that when you bank your points, they are only good to use for red, white and blue season. Had we known this information, as we knew we would probably have to bank some points eventually, we would have never purchased a timeshare through Bluegreen.
5. We expressed to our sales rept that we really enjoy going on cruises and we prefer the Caribbean. Which our sales rep told us that would not be a problem, that we would be able to use our points for cruises through our Charter Benefits. After researching online how to do this, I realized that you can only get approximately $100 off the amount of only one person to go on a cruise with our 8, 000 points. This to me was not worth it and should have been told to us, as we would not have purchased for this reason either.
6. Our sales rep or mgr told us that since we had a small points package we could use our points when points are low, Sunday-Thursday and then use Bonus time for Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that way we would have a whole week of vacation. We were not told that the Bonus Time is only booked 45 days before travel and that it is first come first serve. Therefore if you are a Platinum member, then you get the bonus time before the little points package owners. So there is no way that we would ever get Bonus Time. This is yet another reason why we would not have bought Bluegreen Vacation Points!
7. We were never told by our sales rep or mgr that you have 5 days to cancel. This is deception as they want to meet with you on your first day of vacation. The reason for this is because everyone that is on vacation for a week, is not going to rescind in 5 days because you won't be home to write a letter and send it certified.
8. We were told that we were not going to have access to our online account for over 30 days after we signed a contract. This is because we would have seen that we could not find a 2 bedroom unit for under 8, 000 points to fit our family and you have to book everything 11 months out or nothing good is available. Total scam on Bluegreens part!
9. Our Sales rep told us that we could get our money for our maintenance fees by renting out our unit. When we got home we found out that we cannot rent a unit to make up the fees.
10. Our sales rep and sales mgr told us that this is a great investment for our children and it would be a great tax deduction when our taxes came up the following year. That was completely and totally untrue.
11. The total time for the presentation that we agreed to was 90 minutes, after over 4 hours of being at the desk of our sales rep we were mentally exhausted and physically exhausted.
12. When we told our sales rep that we really did not want to buy anything, he came back with a better offer. He offered us an extra 4, 000 points to use in off season, along with 2 RCI certificates for $249 to go for a week anywhere we wanted in any size unit we wanted. He asked us if there was a place we wanted to take the kids and we told him that we want to take them to Gulf Shores AL. He told us we absolutely could do that with these RCI certificates. After I got home from vacation I had called RCI to see about booking a vacation. I found out from the agent on the phone that I am not able to use this certificate anywhere near the water. I could use it for places such as Vegas, Chicago or Minnesota. This was also deceptive practices.
13. When calling RCI for my bonus certificates we also were told by RCI agent and not our sales rep that if we wanted to check if there was anything available in any area, that would activate our certificate and we have one year from that date to travel. This is total misresprestation of something we thought we were going to able to use as a bonus for buying that day.
14. The sales rep and sales mgr stated to us that we would get a deed and we could transfer the deed to our kids when we get older. We have never received a deed. What we did receive was a Certificate of Beneficial Ownership. This certificate states that our deed was conveyed to Vacation Trust Inc in exchange for the Certificate of Beneficial Ownership. This was a deal breaker as we are not even deeded with the amount of money we paid. There is a BIG difference between a deed and a Beneficial owner.
15. Our sales rep also stressed that if we did not buy that day that we would not get the Charter Benefits. He told us that these charter benefits are beneficial to vacationing in the Caribbean as we told him that is where we love to vacation. As I have looked through RCI exchange, I have found that to go to Aruba and exchange my points, I need 20, 000 Bluegreen points to stay a week in Aruba. I have a family member who vacations with Hilton Vacation Club and their exchange is only 2, 000 Hilton Vacation Points to stay at the same place, same week that Bluegreen is charging 20, 000 for. This is something that we looked forward to doing and a reason we decided to buy. This was a deceptive sales tactic.
16. Upon looking at All-Inclusive vacations through RCI we have found that it would cost $3500 for the All-Inclusive fee only, plus the points that we used if we could even find a place for the points we have, plus a round trip plane ticket. This is completely and totally unacceptable! Why even use your timeshare? This is something that was not told to us upfront, in fact we were told by our sales rep that we would not have a problem going anywhere especially since we told him it was our anniversary coming up and we wanted to take a vacation for our anniversary. This is yet again another deception on Bluegreens part.
17. Sales Rep wrote on our paper that we could go to Panama City for a week for 2100 points which we find this to be completely untrue! Totally misrepresentation to get us to purchase the points.
18. We were told by Mr Estes that we could pay our maintenance fees by owner referrals. He failed to tell us that they have to purchase a timeshare in order for that to apply.
19. We were also failed to be told by Mr Estes or Mr Sarvs that when you make a reservation using your points you have to pay a fee, or you lose all your points. This is beneficial information and was not given to us.
We affirm that the statements above to be truthful and correct and it proves that we were victims of deceptive and high pressure sales methods. Unrealistic expectations of use of the program were portrayed to us to convince us to buy.
Now as stated above we were not provided services that were as agreed upon by Bluegreen. We were told many, many LIES in order for us to be persuaded to buy. This is completely and totally unacceptable sales practice.
We desire a full refund of $12, 450 plus $703.60 for our maintenance fees and a full cancellation of our contract.
vacation package
Hello
I purchased a hotel vacation package for 3 night and 4 days and booked for Orlando as my destination. When I purchased the package I was informed that I would be staying at one of our resort location from 12 destinations that you choose from.
When I booked the Orlando trip i confirmed the same our staying at the resort but they contacted me 15 days before my trip and said i would be staying at some partner hotel but still have to go for 2 hr presentation at the resort.
When i am attending the presentation for knowing how the resort is and if i stay there to know more about it then only it makes sense for a presentation.
I am really unhappy on how this has turned out on our vacation trip and i am asking for my money back on the package that i had bought for the same. Bluegreen is a big organisation and i dont expect this kind of service.
I need my upgrade to the resort without any fees or give my money back
Thank you

If any of you are planning a vacation at a condo affiliated with a timeshare company, do everything you can to stay away from the sales room and representatives. The sales reps will promise you gifts if you just listen, but before you know it, you are walking out of the presentation with a timeshare membership. For me, a promised 90-minute presentation turned into 6 hours filled with exciting promises that turn in to be lies. My experience is with Bluegreen. The smooth talkers there got me excited about the wonders that would be bestowed upon me and my family if only I made a purchase. I fell for it and proudly left the sales rooms with a purchase that promised to be a great financial investment and the ability to travel anywhere at anytime at a price that be much lower than hotel rooms, thus saving much money and getting luxury. Don’t fall for it. I can’t get a reservation where I want to go at a time I want to go. It is costing much more than I was led to believe it would, mostly because of ever-increasing maintenance fees. I have tried to get Bluegreen to take back their misrepresented timeshare, but they refuse. One of the promises was that Bluegreen would take the timeshare back if I no longer wanted it. They will not stand by their promises. My only options are to continue to pay or stop paying and let my credit score take a hit. I have chosen the latter. I can’t afford to keep paying. The only positive thing I can do is warn others by sharing my experience. Stay away from timeshare sales!

membership
I became a blue green member in November of 2014. I bought an $[protected]) point membership. I shared this membership with my exwife. We divorced about a year later. We agreed to share our blue green membership. I would use 1500 points. She would use the other 1500 points. My exwife went out and bought another blue green membership on her own while we were divorced. Blue green allowed her to link her new account to our shared account which meant i was paying taxes and maintenance on an account I never signed for or consented to. I made blue green aware of what was going on. I talked to a few different customer service people who could not really help. I finally had someone assigned to the issue. I just wanted the accounts separated and unlinked from each other. The rep acted like she was going to help and said she had the authority to do whatever was needed to make it right. I was hopeful something might happen. She never got back to me. There was 3 weeks of silence. I had to email this person again to find out what was going on. Her solution was to just have myself or my exwife pay $450 to sign the title over to one or the other. The blue green rep even suggested not paying my taxes and maintenance and just walking away. I did not want to do that because it would hurt my credit. I spoke to blue green for months about this issue and no one helped or cared about it. With all the money I invested I thought surely they could do something. I feel like I could have sued blue green. I chose to just sign my title over to my exwife and not have anything to do with blue green anymore. They clearly do not care about their members but have no problem taking a large amount of money from you to sign on with them. Their sales are high pressure and they are always wanting you to upgrade more when you stay at their resorts. I feel they should at least give me my money back but am done talking to them. I just booked my summer vacation on vacationrentals.com. At least I dont have outrageous taxes and fees by doing that.
timeshare
Timeshare salesmen have to be the biggest slime bags on the face of the earth, and this particular sales rep from Myrtle Beach named Kenny, last name began with with a W, can't remember it, was no exception. He lied so much to us that he couldn't remember one lie from the next and he kept contradicting himself. My husband called him out several times and it became a joke after a while. The guy was so stupid, he thought he was being funny, he had no clue we were laughing at him! Anyway, his nose was running, he was rambling, kept losing his train of thought, kept excusing himself to use the restroom, and then would sniffle throughout the sales pitch (apologizing for his allergies). Now if he thought we bought that lie, he could have sold us a timeshare in Myrtle Beach, (get it) lol...? Needless to say we did not buy into that nonsense and got our free gifts and left. This is nothing but a scam with a bunch of coke addicted salesmen who are nothing more than losers who move from one company to another. Stay away from this place and any other timeshare company because you'll never get what you sign up for! Mainly because they'll never remember what they promise you!
While there are indeed many valid testimonies about timeshare nightmares, the most important thing to bear in mind is that the majority of them could have been avoided by taking into account the following advice. http://timeshareadvocates.org/how-to-avoid-a-timeshare-nightmare/
vacation opportunities
This company is an absolute sham. There are no available dates unless you book through RCI and pay more fees. The bonus time option was oversold to us and is not a real option as no sites are available. Their sales tactics should be referred to as bullying with nothing to deliver but a lot to be promised. The ABSOLUTE worst decision we have ever made. Will probably never be able to use points purchased.
bluegreen vacation hotels
My husband "won" a free weekend getaway in October 2016. We were already going to be in Orlando this weekend so we used our 3 night hotel stay with Bluegreens for this weekend. They called us 6 times to confirm after we already confirmed twice. We arrive at our hotel which was disgusting. Refrigerator leaking, hair in the shower, dirty carpet. We called BlueGreens asap at 10am the next day to get our hotel changed. We got transferred 6 times only to find out that there was nothing they could do but that the hotel we were booked in is no longer affiliated with Bluegreens due to customer complaints. When I asked why we were booked there the answer was "well you made your reservation in October". What?! If you know there is an issue with a hotel why would you put potential owners in a place that doesn't represent your brand?! Now we are here in a gross hotel & we still need to go through a presentation tomorrow. Bluegreens will not be recommended EVER.
unethical, liars, horrible experience, can't use my nights bought!
Purchased explorer package 7 night option in January 2014, Used the first 3 nights in September, have not been able to book the other 4 or use them. Every time I call, they say nothing is available, not yes, you can go in 2018 or you can go in this month. "There is nothing open" sorry you cant go there. I have tried and I can not get anything booked. I called today and was tole my nights expired and I cant use them! I was told they don't expire, I made sure of that or I would not buy since my husband was going through surgeries from neck injury. I want my money back. I have tried for 3 years to use this and I cant book anything at any of the facilities I want. Its prepaid and I cant do anything with it. I have tried to get a supervisor or manager on the line and they wont do it. they wont give names of anyone or numbers that you can call and talk to.
unethical sales tactics all lies
I have been researching bluegreen vacations and all the complaints since I tried to call them back and sell them the property back like I was told I could do. The complaints are unreal. I can prove that the sales reps lie and use ungodly tactics all the way from following you to the restroom so you are not out of their sight to lying about fees and buy back. I have started another class action law suit against the company and anyone that would like to join email me at [protected]@charter. Net and as soon as I get a reply from a lawyer I will forward you the info
vacation package sold at bass pro by bluegreen vacations. scam.
I purchased a vacation package from Bluegreen Vacations at our local Bass Pro shop for 100 dollars. At the time I was assured that the value was 4 times that. This was a blatant misrepresentation. Booking was the problem. 30 to 40 day waiting period? Prime months blocked out? More money in hidden fees? Ridiculous. The company's sales reps, all that we could get in contact with, offered us an upgrade trip to Tennessee. Tennessee? Not even close.
Avoid this nonsense altogether. Bluegreen is a timeshare player looking to capitalize on unsuspecting consumers. Bass Pro is another problem altogether for letting them through the door. Save your time and money. Do not even talk to them. More than a year later they are still contacting us with extensions and "free" upgrades. Once bitten, twice shy.
verbal abuse of my 80yr old mother
aid got to my mother's home late said she was only mopping the bathroom floor because she had somewhere to be. My mother called her supervisor and the aid didn't want to get on the phone. Aid told my mother if she called supervisor she wasn't taking out trash and wanted my mother to sign paperwork saying she worked from 2 til 4 my mom refused she (aid) called my mom a M...F... My mom then called her a name aid told my mom your mother. Then aid called my mom an old b#### my mom asked her to leave she (aid) refused my mom threaten to call the police in order her (aid) out of her apt. My mother recalls this same aid from a different company before that my mom had stopped her from coming because she wanted my mom to take her home every time she came to clean. I've seen for myself they do about 15 minutes of work then its texting on their phones. Eat her food. A gun came up missing one aid stole all the money out of my mom's wallet . New shoes missing new bed linens you name it. Very sad.

While I have not done business with you'll it will remain that way until I feel something is changed. When i found out you had a certain employee i quickly changed my mind as did my group of co-workers. I am going to make it known that your employee Tiffany Bates a.k.a Shanae Brown(another Facebook name) is a terrible, unprofessional person. She smokes marijuana, takes pills and post herself doing so on her Facebook pages. (09/20-24?/2016) She makes threats to random people, constantly stays in fights and confrontation with people including her very own family members (via Facebook 10/31/2016) and it's only a matter of time before her attitude follows her to her current job, which would obviously be bad for business. I've tried pasting pictures of said things but am unable. Take it upon yourself to go to her Facebook pages and check it out for yourself. You should really be careful about who you have representing your company. Oh and did I mention that her and her husband Harry "Rookie" Johnson are ALWAYS out stealing from department stores? "Everything Free" is what they like to say. Thank you and I'll be making sure no one I know does business with this company due to this ONE employee
