Bluegreen Vacations review: Bluegreen vacations club

I’m reaching out because I’m having a lot of trouble with my Bluegreen timeshare and really need your help to sort this out. The whole experience has been frustrating, financially overwhelming, and not at all what was promised.
It all started when a sales rep approached me at an outlet mall, offering a “free cruise” coupon if I attended one of their seminars. I had to drive from Orlando to Tampa and was told I’d get a free hotel for a couple of nights. During the seminar, even after I made it clear I wasn’t interested, they kept passing me to different reps who pressured me until I finally gave in and signed the contract for a timeshare.
Since then, things have just gone downhill. I paid for a Gold-tier membership, but honestly, I haven’t seen much of the benefits. It’s been really hard to book the places I want, even when trying months in advance. My vacation time is limited to summer when my daughter is out of school, but that’s peak season, and I end up needing way more points to book anything.
On top of that, there are so many extra fees. I pay $49 a year for Traveler Plus to access certain networks, but then I have to pay additional fees to actually book anything. There’s also a $49 insurance fee to protect my points if I cancel a reservation; otherwise, I lose all my points. It feels like every little thing comes with an extra charge.
The worst part is the annual maintenance fee—$3,045 every year. It’s a huge financial burden, especially with the upfront costs and all the other fees. When I think about all the money I’ve spent, I realize I could have just rented a vacation property or invested in my own place.
I’ve tried working with Bluegreen directly to get out of this agreement, but they won’t budge. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated and don’t know what else to do.
I’m asking for your help to get me out of this contract. Between the misleading sales tactics, lack of value, and financial strain, this just isn’t something I can keep doing. Please let me know if you need more details or paperwork to assist with my case.
