As per multiple email exchanged with representatives of BlueVIne, I have requested that they stop their mailings
As per multiple email exchanged with representatives of BlueVIne, I have requested that they stop their mailings. Today I received the fifth letter since 10/10, as I have expressed to them, it feels as if someone in their organization has decided to harass me with all these letters. I will be sending them another email with a PDF showing all five letters with the date of when I received them. Re: [BlueVine] Re: PLEASE STOP YOUR MAILINGS Attachments Nov 13, 2019, 4:31 PM to BlueVine Another letter today? Did anyone decide to go on a harassment rampage? I have been reluctant to submit a complaint to the Complaintsboard.com, but looks like you guys want to leave me no choice. Attention Blue Vine Billing Department D/B/A as Original Creditor
Attention Blue Vine billing department D/B/A, as the original creditor and consumer, I have received your letter via email stating my account was frozen, lowered, or closed. I'm appalled that the reason for this closure was due to my consumer report which was pulled. I'm unsure how the reporting agency provided information that led to an action on my privacy and provided inaccurate information to determine your choice to extend credit. I have been subjected to several actions generated in the denial letter written to me. You have taken adverse action based on my consumer report and have discriminated against me because I offered to extend credit in good faith. Pursuant to 15 USC 1691(a)(3), your corporation also discriminated against me by judging me by a consumer reporting agency that has been breached, and the information given is erroneous by the company you used pursuant to 15 USC 1691(B)(2). Since I was denied, I demand your company to provide all the internal and external documentary material to me so I can understand why I was denied. Notice that I, as an agent for the principal, am aware that Blue Vine is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1611(3). Whoever willfully and knowingly gives false or inaccurate information or fails to comply with any requirement under this subchapter shall be fined $5000 or imprisoned for up to a year. Please reconsider your decision and reinvestigate the reasons listed that you provided to me. I'm looking forward to giving you my business soon. According to your company, you follow the Equal Opportunity Act, but there have been some violations. I will also provide this unfortunate information to the CFPB as well as the FTC. Thank you.

This complaint is regarding BlueVine account ending ****
This complaint is regarding BlueVine account ending ***. The Wealth Mastery, LLC On 3/8/2022 I opened a business checking account with Bluvine due to their marketing hook, which states it only takes 60 seconds. It worked! It was easy to fund the account from my personal *** Fargo account using Bluevine system (which used Plaid to connect). I downloaded the app, but noticed several major issues within the app. TrustPilot.com reviews were bad. In fact, I was considering transferring more into the BlueVine account and populated $5,000 more into the transfer fields. But, then something scary happened: BEFORE hitting the confirm button, the app said the transfer was in progress. I called and cancelled both and given verbal confirmation. Despite this, the initial $4,000 transferred from *** to BlueVine. I decided to let it settle and move it back in order to cancel BlueVine. BlueVine locked my account! I called and they said I needed to upload a utility *** and my drivers license. I was told there was no other way. I could not close the account or get the money returned any other way. I do understand AML, KYC and FinCen requirements, but, BlueVine is selling clients on opening an account in 60 seconds, then allowing them to fund the account with zero verification, then subsequently LOCKING up their funds. In my professional experience this is an unethical if not fraudulent practice. So, the funds I am required to have on deposit are now locked up at BlueVine. Their support email bounces back and I can not delay the funding of my *** net capital account because of this.Today, 03/15/2022, their system rejected my very clear drivers license picturesboth front and back. It also requires a utility *** to proceed, which I do not have. Our utilities are in my life-partners name since she was the first to sign our lease before I moved here nearly four years ago.

This complaint is directed towards Bluevine
This complaint is directed towards Bluevine. They have cause so many problems causing a dominoes affect. If I would have known I would be penalized for spending capital , I would have never funded this account .To begin Bluevine has a internal wire system online that I took advantage of to send payments. I used this send money to make large purchases. Suddenly BV locked my account. The worse part is they called the banks I sent money too and asked for them to return the funds because of speculated fraud on my account. However there is no fraud ! This is what caused the dominoes effect. Two of my others accounts closed because they deemed me high risk, causing my money in those accounts to lock. The second major problem is they reversed these payments , but have not accounted for $40,000 of returned wires. They have not even acknowledged this. Many times I have called and emailed. All they can say is they are unable to release information on the status of funds because my account is under review How can this be legal ? My account has been under review and locked for over 3 weeks and they told me it would take 3 days. We are not talking a small amount of money. They currently show a balance for $70,000 but with the unaccounted returned wires the updated balance shown be over $110,000. Due to BV I've endured much hardship this holiday season. I've lost clients, business accounts, and bank accounts have closed and held my money. They have managed to destroy my business reputation and costed me thousands of dollars, yet all they have to say is the account is under review . For what? That's why I am contacting Complaintsboard.com to help me retrieved the funds withheld . I want my refund and for BV to immediately close this account. I do not ever want to work with them again. As I suggest any business owners to find a more suitable and capable bank than Bluevine.*** Kairos Key Solutions Account#

I applied for a business account with BlueVine 5 weeks ago and was approved, I funded the account with a check from one of my customers for $
I applied for a business account with BlueVine 5 weeks ago and was approved, I funded the account with a check from one of my customers for $4190.00I had access to the application on my phone, but didnt receive a debit card. I contacted them and they sent another one, it didnt come, contacted them again and they said they only send mail through *** and they dont deliver to P.O. Boxs and that is how I receive mail with ***. At this point it had been at least 2 weeks and there was still a hold on the check and I could no longer get into the application.I contacted them again and they said that the situation was under review and they would get back to me. I told them to close my account and return the check to the bank that it was from. I have another account so I deposited the same check into that account. When I saw the customer that issued the check he asked about the check and wondered why i tried to cash it twice, I explained the situation and he stopped payment on the check. However BlueVine had already cashed it. I contacted them and they asked for verification of my business, I sent them the original paperwork I received when opening my business. They said that their records show my business name as my legal name, not the legal name of my business. They want documentation that states that the name of my business is my legal name. How is that possible? Another question is the check was written to the name of my business, not my name, if they truly had the name of my business wrong then why did they accept the check and cash it. I feel like Im being scammed with no where to turn. Also before I opened the account with BlueVine I checked their ratings with Complaintsboard.com and saw it had an A+ rating. But now since Im having problems I started reading the complaints and see that this is pretty common with this business. 300+ complaints in 3 years and maybe half resolved? That does not tell me its a good business at all.
