Insurance would not cover it so the dental office said they had financing available. I applied with Sunbit and was surprised at how easy and fast it was to get approved. The payment plan I chose fits in my budget.

I'm a real person with a real story.My truck had some problems, and I did not have the money too get it fix.Then the service rep at Jerry's on Joppa Rd. ask if I ever heard of sun it.I said no the he said try them and see where you stand with them financially. Short story long I was able to be approved,with 2 options too pay it back. But I choose the high 1 to speed up the process.(( I do not like owning anyone anything ))

The small bit of conciliation I get is it "might" help my credit score, did nothing to help make my payment for my car repair less burdensome. Led to more confusion frustration and stress compared to just handling the car repair payment without their help.

The unfortunately for me I was railroaded by thinking that this would enhance my credit score but it hurt my score by paying off the loan. The loan doesn't show as loan paid off and leave you in good standing for paying on time, instead as credit card closed. The best thing about my score is it's in the high 800. I will never use this company again. If you have good credit or trying to build credit it will be ruined fi you use this company.

I utilized this service one year ago when my car needed work that I couldn't pay in full and since, I have utilized this service again this year for two separate occasions that my car again required repairs. Sunbit approved quickly with correct figures and saved me from driving a car that possibly would not be road worthy or safe for me. Additionally, as I am rebuilding credit, Sunbit will aid in this as I make every single payment on time. Thank you Sunbit.

When I applied for this credit at Aqua vision optical services I first asked if it was soft pull and would it affect my credit. I was assured that it would not affect my credit. I qualified for about $7500 of which I used a little over $400 of. I was so disappointed to get a 16 point hit to my credit (TransUnion)! I promptly paid the bill in full. Sunbit informed me that it could take 60-90 days to show as paid in my credit. This has been the worst experience and if you're credit conscious it's not worth the so-called convenience. .

To start off I got approved for this credit card yesterday and today I went to have a repair done on my car only to find out out when time to pay that sunbit had technical difficulties with my virtual card so long story short sunbit did nothing to resolve the issue was told by a supervisor that I had to wait a few days in order to use the digital card which defeats the purpose of offering that option she told me that it is in the terms in conditions I read the terms and conditions no where in there does it say that. 7 months pregnant stuck at the dealership unable to leave with my 1 year old still with no resolution

Also I to shell out additional money their afterand was getting frustrated not paying off my other debts. I do agree the interest is extremely high but that what these programs are design for to make money, so I can't complain about that. What I appreciate is their customer service to fit my loan payment around my periods especially if something comes up on my end they don't my accommodating you. What I learn it u do decide to take out one of these loans u just need to come up with a successful game plan to pay it back& a good support system to lean on if you can.

But now that I'm out I have noticed that the sunbit credit card I had applied for is already almost maxed out its limit. I called to report my card lost or stolen and tell the agent what happened and they attended to ask me why I waited so long to report it and assumed what it occurred to me as I was lying. Anyways nothing was done obviously that's y I'm here and now it's showing on my credit report as a delinquent account with non payments because of course I'm not going to pay what I didn't spend. All I want is my account back to how I got it and what I need to do to further process my request! *** thank you

Hello, I had a loan taken out for a gun treatment. Unfortunately I cancelled literally 30 minutes after I approved it. Western dental reassured me they did cancel it. I am not going to be paying for something I didn’t receive because I had cancelled it. So clearly, western dental seems more of a scam to me since they want money. I actually went there almost everyday. Every-time the manager reassured me they cancelled the loan.

I disputed an account reported to TransUnion. I requested validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, along with the corresponding local state laws. I requested "validation" that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have (or ever had) some contractual obligation to pay them. Sunbit responded with a copy of the Installment Loan Agreement with no signature on it. They have not complied with my request, therefore any negative mark found on my credit reports from their company for a debt that I don't owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA. If they can't validate the debt, they must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry.

My identify was stolen February, 2022. I filed police reports with Mt. Juliet Police Deparment and Brentwood Tennessee Police Department. Since I was very frustrated (and determined) I was monitoroing my credit daily, found out that the "theft" - ***, living on***, was arrested. (Brentwood Tennessee Police Department Case *** I provided SUNBIT the reports and explanation. Today, 7 letters / calls later - to SUNBIT, Inc, again they report a $10,000 charge-off, against my name, knowing the information is false and documented through police reports and proof of identify theft. They do not respond and have cause damage to my credit.

Therefore, my credit card was canceled and I was told that they would issue me a new card. Also I was told to contact their fraud investigations dept at (XXX) XXX-XXXX to dispute the charges. I have contacted the fraud department multiple times and can never get a live person on the line. It goes directly to a voicemail which says someone will return call in 24 hours. It has been one week as of Sunday and I still have not heard from anyone in regards to this matter. I have called Sunbit customer service dept at X (XXX) XXX-XXXX, and they are telling me that there is nothing they can do because the Sunbit fraud investigations team has to take care of it. I have been redirected to the fraud department and nothing has been done, yet they still want me to pay on my credit card with fraudulent charges on my account that I did not perform. Suspected fraud: In August 2022, my bank alerted me to adverse information on my credit report. No other credit bureaus show this account. I discovered an account from Tab/SunBit opened on March 13, 2022, as an installment sales contract for $144 with a $121 balance and $26 past due. They provided only a partial account number. I'm unaware of this account's purpose and have never dealt with SUNBIT. I reported the fraud and mailed SUNBIT a registered letter requesting all related documentation and communications, including any signed documents, items purchased, or services rendered. They replied with a generic letter, suggesting I file a police or identity theft report and provide a copy of my ID, but failed to supply the requested information. I've been waiting for SUNBIT's customer care for 15 minutes without a live response.

My Sunbit account was fraudulently used by someone other than me. I've repeatedly contacted Sunbit, reported the fraud immediately, and have talked to multiple employees who all advise me to speak to supervisor and then begin to connect me. Supervisor never comes to the phone, so employee tells me they will have supervisor call me back. This has happened on multiple occasions and I've never heard back. This is a huge charge on my account I would like resolved immediately. I had just paid the majority of my Sunbit balance and now this happens. I would like to think this company protects their clients.

On July 14, 2022, I signed up with Sunbit for a 3 month payment plan for the services with the merchant. I felt secure in trusting the company as a legit contractor because they were using Sunbit. I was to have reoccurring payments on the 14th of each month. When August 12th rolled around and no work had been done, I emailed Sunbit support. They told me the merchant would have to cancel or make any changes. The merchant kept pushing the work dates out. I have now paid $2570 without any work done. We had an agreement to complete a list of various contractor work. I do not want to keep paying monthly for work not being done. I also want my money back when no work has been done thus far. I have continued to email Sunbit and waited on hold with Sunbit several times. I have shared the now found yelp reviews of the merchant to Sunbit as it seems he does this often to people. I want my money refunded and the agreement cancelled. Sunbit told me the merchant would have to do this, but I do not think he will based on the yelp reviews I provided. My debit card ending *** under Bank Of America, for reoccuring charges, approximately $65 a month. I called in and used card ending *** for August payment. I need to update the card you have on file for reoccurring payments on card ending #*** I have remained on hold with customer service for approximately 45 minutes. Please confirm receipt if this request to update the card in being used. In August 2022 I called sunbit to update my card information on file. The first representative said he couldn't help me. The second call to sunbit had a unreasonably long hold time, and eventually I spoke with a representative to make a payment. The representative told me that I could call sunbit at number I was talking to him on and make the payment for September this current month.

I applied for an auto repair loan and was approved, went to a service center to finalize it
I applied for an auto repair loan on 5/24/2022 and was approved for a certain amount. I went to a service center on 5/27/2022 to complete the process and pick up my vehicle. I was informed that I had to pay Sunbit a $550 processing fee and also cover the difference to retrieve my vehicle. Sunbit did not disclose the need for a processing fee during the application, and the service center was also unaware, expecting only the difference between the loan amount and repair cost. The service center assumed that with the loan from Sunbit covering a portion of the repairs, I would only need an additional $230 to reclaim my vehicle. I feel misled by Sunbit and wish to cancel the contract, requesting them to transfer the $550 processing fee to the service center, and I'll settle the remaining repair balance directly. Sunbit did not inform me of the processing fee and is also charging me monthly payments for the loan amount. I want a refund from Sunbit and to exit this deceptive contract.

Company withdrawing funds from unauthorized accounts. Company shut down my online portal. This company has taken payments from multiple accounts I've asked them to only make one time payments from different accounts and each time the following bill statement i would have an automatic charge from an account i gave them no authority to use. This has happened to me several times, I call them and ask for refund of payment which they give pushback sometimes in doing but after speaking with a manager it gets done. Each of these occasions they have charged an account in which did not have funds leading to multiple $35 fees added to my account for their incompetence. After the 2nd or 3rd time enough is enough I've had to replace almost as much in fees to the bank then my actual contract with them. When i ask them to compensate me for their wrong doing i get laughed at and told it is my fault in a nutshell, even dropping the call on me has occured dealing with this company. They respond they need to have their upper management and corporate people call me back but that has been about a month ago with no contact yet either phone or mail. They have also reported to my credit report I've defaulted on their loan when in fact they have deleted my user account from their system not allowing for me to login as normal or sign up again for a new user account.

On June 14, 2022, a dental office agreed to check my Sunbit qualification for a procedure. After confirming my eligibility, they set up my account. Later that day, I noticed Sunbit charged me $127.85 without any services rendered. I contacted the dentist to cancel and request a refund. They directed me to Sunbit. I called Sunbit on June 18, and they instructed the dentist to email them. Despite my continuous communication with both parties, Sunbit made another charge of $115.56. I was assured the issue would be resolved by the end of the business day. Six weeks later, the problem persists. On August 27, I attempted to cancel the account. I have numerous emails proving my ongoing attempts to resolve this. The dental office did email Sunbit, but it was sent to the wrong address, and they refused to process the cancellation. They acknowledged receiving the email but declined to forward it to the correct department.

At the time of my wife calling in these accounts were past due because my debit card was marked as lost and the merchant (Sunbit) could not process payments successfully. We also both work in healthcare as night shift and this was a good day to call. On March 27, my wife called in regards to both accounts and scheduled payment for each and future payments. Turns out, . *** didn't process my payment for my credit card, but did for my loan. Now I have a 30 day past due on my credit for account ending in ***. She did process one of my payment for the installment loan. But as of today looking on my account . *** did not schedule my payment for April 8th loan for April 15, 2022. Now this will result in another 30 day late. This is very very disheartening. My wife and I love and never had issues with Sunbit. My wife called today (4/11) when she noticed the loan was marked "past due" and it should have already been paid. We were wanting to make another purchase using Sunbit. My wife called today (4/11) and spoke with . ***, because my wife was questioning what she was seeing online, and . *** said there was nothing that could be done about the late payment remarks. This needs to get fixed, this is terrible customer service, and we love using sunbit. Would have to turn away from a company that has been so great until this happened.

On June 6, 2022, I took my car to be serviced at Lipton Toyoto/Scion Dealership. The Assistant Service Manager, *** offered me Sunbit to help pay for the costs of repair. On June 8. 2022, I called Sunbit and spoke to representative about the services they provide before I signed the contract with Sunbit. The agent with Sunbit explained to me that they have 3 payment options where I do not pay any interest. She also told me that this would be a soft inquiry not hard inquiry and my social security number would not be needed when I applied for this loan. On June 8, 2022, I went to pick up my car and told . *** that I wanted to aply for the no interest 3 month payment option. So he signed me up for the 3 month payment plan with Sunbit, but he asked me for my social. I told him Sunbit said that a social is not required as it is a soft inquiry, he stated they require social to apply for this loan. So I gave Sunbit my social and signed the contract with the understanding that I was signing up for 3 month payment option with no interest charged. However, when I did the math at home, I did notice that the 3 month payment option with Sunbit they are charging me*** a month interest on this loan. Not what I had agreed to apply for on this loan and not what Sunbit had told me. Spoke to Sunbit today and they said that the dealership offers this no interest for 3 month payment plan not them. Asked dealership and they said that they do not offer no interest on 3 month payment plan. Who is giving me the wrong information?

I have made my payments on time every month
I have made my payments on time every month. My payment is due on the 4th of every month but I pay the bill on the 3rd. On my state for example it will show ending balance and payment amount and amount of interest that is charged. So I make my payment and again example if my balance is $2039 and I pay $100 towards it even though my required payment is less. That should bring my balance down to $1939 but then on the 6th when two days after making my payment they charge me interest again putting me over the limit again. I then made and extra payment on the card of $150 on the 11th of August which gave me available of $148 but on August 12th it shows that I'm over the limit again by $6.00 when I asked they said it takes 24 to 48 hours. On Monday the payment still had not posted so I called again and was told it takes 2 business days. Tuesday and Wednesday still no credit for my payment. So I called again today and the supervisor told me that because my statement closed on August 6th my payment was not credited. Same thing happened in May I paid my payment on May 3rd of 100 and again on May 23rd I paid another $150. I was told if I didn't like it to close my account. If I do close it that will hurt my credit score and I'm working very hard on improving my score. My husband and I want to buy a home. Can you please help me. I also live on ssdi so I live on limited money and it's wrong on what they are doing. I doubled checked my other credit cards like my credit one and first premier card and they do not handle my payment like this plus my husband also has a sunbit visa card and they do not charge him the way they do me. His statement also closes on the 6th of every month with his payment due on the 4th just like mine.

In May 2022 I was alerted by my credit union that Transunion reported that a new account had been opened in my name with TAB/SUNBIT, located at *** with a balance of $150. I thought it was a mistake since I have not applied for credit or received any communication from this company. In June 2022 I was alerted by my credit union that Transunion indicated I had a zero balance due to TB/SUNBIT. I felt at that time the mistake had be recognized and the matter closed. In July 2022 another alert appeared indicating I was 30 days late on an $11 payment. My credit rating has now been lowered by Transunion. On July 18, 2022 I sent a letter to TAB/SUNBIT noticing them that I did not apply for an account with them and have not received any communication from them. I asked for any and all documentation they have on file regarding the alleged loan, all communication they have on file that was sent to me regarding the loan and payment schedule, all documents signed by me in regard to a loan, items that were purchased or services that was provided, name, address, and phone number of a person within their company that I may contact who is authorized to discuss and resolve this matter, and any information they have on file concerning me and how it was obtained. I called TAB/SUNBIT and was given a phone number for a company that handles their fraud complaints. An automatic recording answers the number simply stating that I have reached Fraud Research and Investigations. No company name is given. That phone number is just a drop box with a recording. No one is there. As a result of this matter I have put a freeze on my account at Transunion, Experian, and Equifax to prevent inquires that are not authorized by me.

On June 3, 2022, I sought care service at a local facility. I signed up for Sunbit financing to pay over time for dealership service work. My total services cost a certain amount, requiring a down payment. The financing charge added to the total, which was to be paid in 12 monthly installments starting 07/03/2022. On 06/23/2022, I disputed an overcharge at the dealership. They acknowledged the error, and Sunbit was to adjust the payment agreement. After not hearing from Sunbit, I contacted customer service on 06/24/2022. They replied on 06/25/2022, asking for two business days to update the agreement. After no update, I followed up on 06/30/2022. On 07/01/2022, they admitted to a delay and offered to postpone my next payment. Additionally, I received a revised agreement showing only 8 months instead of 12. After multiple calls for clarification, a live agent informed me that the agreement would not reflect the 12-month term I had initially signed up for.

I opened an account and the first month incurred a fraudulent charge. The company failed to secure the card promptly and was slow in issuing a refund after the fraud was reported. The refund was odd, coming in increments. The company lacks a process to file a complaint against the party responsible for the fraud and relies on inadequate email customer support. I made a substantial payment using a valid credit card. Later, trying to pay off a small balance, the website wouldn't process the payment. Customer support promised same-day processing and escalation, but a supervisor called with excuses and unhelpful demands, questioning the card's origin. Supervisors seem unable to fix IT or processing issues, wasting my time. The same card worked elsewhere without problems. The company also failed to issue a promised credit on December 11, as of today, December 14. They refused to waive interest due to the payment delay, seemingly to accrue more interest. The company's demand for card details without processing a credit raises security concerns. The company's inflexibility with payment methods and insistence on auto pay for added debit cards, set for January 5, is unacceptable due to their incompetence and security issues.

My SUNBIT card was stolen and used in another state for a few days. SUNBIT never canceled the card when I asked and wants me to be responsible. On *** X XXXX I checked my credit card statement, to see unauthorized charges on my account. I called SUNBIT, I explained that I wasn't out of town I was home, my card was stolen. They were suppose to cancel my card and send me another card that day. They explained that the charges never processed and were simply pending: and they would be rejected. They transfers me to the department who issues new cards. I ordered a new card, canceled the old card and waited on what I thought was a settled situation. On *** XX XXXX I went online to check that the pending transactions never processed and that my card was in good standings. To my surprise, my card was still being used. It was changed another *** in *** in *** and even more money in *** I immediately called to find out how can my card still be processing payment and to check the status of my card, because it was taking a while and I wanted to know how long does it typically take. On the *** I talked to a number of agents as they soon realized they had dropped the ball: they were all clueless as to why there were changes going through on a canceled card. After speaking to serval uninformative agents and answering serval questions and opening a fraud case, I was told "these transactions were in the SUNBIT system before you canceled you the card they JUST went through" *** the agent who called me back to say "we cleared up your fraud case it's all taken care of". ALL LIES! The transaction from the *** was in fact posted on the *** it wasn't pending in the SUNBIT system. SUNBIT was having some technical issues AND OR didn't cancel the card when I reported it. Whatever the issue is it isn't my fault nor should I have to wait for SUNBIT to figure out where and how they went wrong. I understand this is a new business but while you fix your own mistakes, don't inconvenience the customer. I've spoken to *** and ***, and *** and a *** named *** And there are 3 other people whose names I don't remember and no one can give me a straight answer as to how am I still being charged on a card that I reported stolen, and where is my new card, and why is my new card coming to me negative *** when I had a overage on my card of*** I want a straight answer and a quicker turn around. It's been *** and this is all being reported to my credit score. This is extremely bad business. SUNBIT wants to me wait for them to investigate and figure out how the card went through days after the card was canceled. When that's a technical issue on their end. In addition they refused to accept that they lied to me; by telling me those charges were pending when they weren't; I can see pending transactions online those were new charges: that shouldn't have went through. I spoke to a agent today who refused to transfer me his name was ***; he didn't have a employee ID number he said "he's well known" and I didn't need his last name. He didn't have any answered and need to call me back again.
