I am really concerned to the so call regional managers that cover the springfield ohio bob even restaurants. I wonder what the training is that they receive? the store on bechtle ave in springfield ohio, workforce just sucks, THE management is unable to make the work force work, THE dress code is nasty.
I watched tonight the no hosts' to knowledge that customers were setting for over 23 mins before anyone took their name. THEN they come out and added people to a list, then could not set people because no one to buss tables. I know this because I asked how long they had been waiting. I do not understand the company"s view on keeping person that will not work, have to take more than 20 min, smoke breaks, and the lack of no one to bus tables so new cumsterms can be seated. A company of this size should be concerned to the non actions of what they hire, sure if the management only shows during the day, they will not see these issues, THE company store on becticle, is run very unprofessional, SEND a part of management to investigate what I am telling you and have the balls to fix the issues, I go to this store 4 days a week for the past 8 weeks, SO this as I have stated is not just a one time deal.
