The company selled me a car with a brokn AC
The company selled me a car with a brokn AC. It will cost me $954 to fix the issue. The company has to reach back out to me regarding the matter of selling me a car that was not fully inspected before purchase. It has been nearly a month and a half since purchase.

I went to Bob Rohrman Hyundai to buy a car, but I ended up with a lemon
I went to Bob Rohrman Hyundai to buy a car, but I ended up with a lemon. They sold me a car that had a faulty alternator, and now they want me to pay for the repairs. It's not fair! I shouldn't have to pay for the labor and parts when they sold me a defective car. I'm really disappointed with their customer service. They should take responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle and cover the costs of fixing it. I won't be recommending this dealership to anyone.
My car is part of a national recall from Hyundai
My car is part of a national recall from Hyundai. I had to take my car (2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Theta 2 engine) to Rohrman 4 times for an oil consumption test. They are supposed to send this info to Hyundai. I contacted Rohrman multiple times and emailed them, but they said the manager hasn't sent the paperwork. They need to fix this or replace the engine.
On April 30, 2022, I bought a car from Rohrman's Hyundai
On April 30, 2022, I bought a car from Rohrman's Hyundai. During the purchase, we clearly stated that we did not want the 10-year warranty Protection package that costs $995.00 annually. We even signed a waiver stating, "No, I do not wish to purchase this." If they had informed us that it was mandatory, we would not have agreed to buy the car. However, they are now withholding my title and refusing to issue a new temporary plate until we sign this document. It's frustrating to be forced into buying something we neither want nor need. They won't take no for an answer.

I bought a car from Bob Rohrman Auto Group Indy Hyundai on May 28
I bought a car from Bob Rohrman Auto Group Indy Hyundai on May 28. When I made the purchase, *** (Sales Manager) said they would ship the 2020 ***, *** to me. The car finally arrived on June 21, three weeks later. However, it didn't come with the title, so I can't register the vehicle. Now I'm stuck paying insurance and a car note for a car I can't even drive. I've called them more than 12 times about the vehicle and the title, but they're ignoring my calls. I've tried reaching out to *** three times, but he hasn't returned any of my calls.
Rohrman Indy Hyundai did this referral thing where they give $200 to folks who refer others to their store
Rohrman Indy Hyundai did this referral thing where they give $200 to folks who refer others to their store. I referred my dad in the middle of March, but I still haven't gotten my check. They haven't even bothered to give me any updates on when I can expect it. I've been calling them for months, and every time they just pass me along to someone else. This lady named *** took my address in March so they could mail me the check, but it never showed up. She then suggested canceling it and getting a physical check instead, but that required approval from corporate and would take about *** business days. Well, it's been 11 days and I called her, but she still hadn't heard back from corporate. I called again after a week, then three weeks, and now it's been 4 months and they're giving me the runaround about some manager named "***" needing to be in the office to update me. I called back when *** said *** was there, but the receptionist thought I meant ***, which makes me think they're just avoiding sending it altogether.
We purchased a pre-owned 2013 Pathfinder S from a dealership on 5/7/22
We purchased a pre-owned 2013 Pathfinder S from a dealership on 5/7/22. We inquired about the car's condition and were assured it had no issues. However, the check engine light activated before we reached home. Our mechanic identified three functional problems, including a costly one. After contacting the sales manager, we were offered partial repair assistance but no loaner car. Attempts to reach the general manager have been unsuccessful, and warranty documents have not been provided. We have timestamped evidence of the engine light and diagnostic codes. Feeling deceived, we seek resolution, especially since the car is financed and we've had it for less than three days. The dealership has denied vehicle return or trade-in retrieval and failed to clarify the paperwork we signed, leaving us uninformed about our agreement.
I still ain't got a copy of the papers I signed
I still ain't got a copy of the papers I signed. Me and my mom, who signed with me, been back to the dealership three times since we bought the car, asking for them papers. Every time, they just give us some printout with a computer signature. We signed a whole bunch of papers, so where's the original ones? They also sold me a warranty and told me that if I had any problems with the car, I could bring it back and they'd fix it. But guess what? Two weeks later, they tell me I gotta pay $130 three times just for them to check out three issues: the gas cover latch is busted, the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel don't work, and the left side exterior door lock is busted too. So I fork over $590 to confirm these problems, and what do they say? They say I gotta go back to where I bought the car for the repairs and labor costs. But guess what again? This is where I bought the car! So the mechanic goes to talk to his boss, and he's gone for like forever. Finally, he comes back and says they'll check it out for free, but they won't fix it. Now, it's been almost a month since I got the car, and the check engine light comes on and the gears are all messed up. A car from a dealership shouldn't be falling apart within 30 days of buying it. I deserve a car that actually works and my original papers too.
This is my 2nd complaint against this company
This is my 2nd complaint against this company. The 1st complaint has since been resolved. This complaint is about not receiving my car title on time. I brought a 2021 Genesis *** on 8/26 and was sent paperwork that needed to be signed and sent back. I did exactly that. Now because they forgot to include the paperwork because I brought the vehicle with a cashier's check that also needed to be signed and returned they are now late on delivering my title which I need to register my vehicle in Virginia. This new paperwork was sent to me on 9/23 almost a month later and according to the paperwork that was signed I am to get my title by 9/26 which I have not. I have since mailed back the paperwork they were asking for and all I am asking now is that the process is expedited. I am requesting that as soon they receive the paperwork they overnight via *** NEXT DAY AIR NOT NEXT DAY AIR SAVER my title. I am scheduled to go out of the country for work on 10/1 and will be gone for a month so I need this done immediately. When I speak to my sales rep *** his tone is that it is my fault when in fact all I should be hearing is an apology and the fact that he will get right on this to make it right. I requested to speak to a supervisor and he stated that if they were not too busy someone would call me back. This is completely unacceptable and I hope that someone takes a look at what is going on over there because this is bad business. I will never do business with this dealership again.
On Friday, September 7th, I brought a trade-in to Bob Rohrman Hyundai in the hopes of finding a bigger vehicle
On Friday, September 7th, I brought a trade-in to Bob Rohrman Hyundai in the hopes of finding a bigger vehicle. I test drove a van, and everything seemed great - no check engine lights were on. I left the lot and went home. The next morning, I tried to start the vehicle, but it wouldn't start. After several attempts, it finally started, but the check engine light was on. I immediately called the dealership, as it hadn't even been 24 hours since I purchased the vehicle. I explained that I was uncomfortable paying $400 per month for a vehicle that wouldn't start. They said they would transfer me to the service department and then hung up. I had to call three more times, and each time I got hung up on. Finally, when I reached the service department, they said they would call me back. But no one contacted me until I received a text message from the person who sold me the car, telling me to bring it in at 2 PM on Monday. I again expressed my dissatisfaction, as I no longer had a vehicle, and I had work and children to take care of. I wanted it fixed. I brought it to the dealership at 9 AM on Monday when they opened. They are refusing to pay for any of the repairs, claiming that the lemon law doesn't apply to them. Well, that may be true, but we made the complaint less than 24 hours after purchasing the car, and common decency should have been provided. Now I have to spend another $3000 on repairs, and they're still getting my money every month! They have absolutely no service records for the vehicle, and they don't do any preventative maintenance on it at all. They did nothing to prevent this, even though they should have. They should repair the vehicle that they sold, knowing they didn't do any maintenance on it, especially since it's been less than 24 hours. Having a vehicle that I can no longer use is not just buyer's remorse - it's a major inconvenience.
I just bought a 2021 Genesis *** from Bob Rohrman Hyundai on 8/26/22 and paid with a cashier's check
I just bought a 2021 Genesis *** from Bob Rohrman Hyundai on 8/26/22 and paid with a cashier's check. I arranged for the car to be delivered to me, and it arrived on 8/29. When I got inside, I noticed that the car was dirty both inside and out. There was dirt and hair everywhere. My main complaint is that they didn't bother to fill up the gas tank. It was completely empty. On 8/26, I called my salesman, whose name is ***, and he apologized. He promised to get me a gas card because the car should have had a full tank. Unfortunately, I still haven't received it. Every time I call, he says they're working on it. He even said I would receive the gas card via text, but it turns out they never sent it in the first place. They don't know this, but I'm a successful businessman, and I had planned on buying more cars from them. However, based on how they've handled this situation, I will never do business with them again. All I want is the gas card I'm entitled to because of their mistake. The tank should have been full, and the car should have been detailed before they shipped it to me. I want my gas card as soon as possible. Considering how much money I spent on this car, their handling of this situation is completely unacceptable. You would think that because of their mistake, they would at least call me and give me an update. They haven't even done that. It's completely unacceptable. I emailed *** manager *** at *** on 8/29 to explain the situation and attached a photo of the receipt showing that I paid to fill up the tank. I never received a response. I'm asking for double the amount I paid for gas as compensation for the inconvenience of this whole situation, which is ***.
