I had a product delivered sometime in 11/2021, it was a table with 4 chairs and a bench. The table leaf has had to be replaced on 4 occasions, the table itself had to be replaced twice and two of the chairs had to be replaced twice over the course of 2 years. The last replacement was done on 05/2023, and now again the leaf on the table is damaged and completely falling apart. Out of all the replacements, this one has the worst damage and the piece is completely unusable. I called to ask them to replace the piece again and they refused and said it is outside of the warranty periods. Given the fact that I have had continuous issues with this item since the day of purchase with approximately 8 times that they had to come out and do replacement and that damage on this piece is worst than any replacement I have received in the past, they should provide me with a replacement again. This is not the first time I am calling for an issue with this piece, it has been replaced 4 times. This was not only inconveniencing for me as a customer that I had to make sure I was home on 8 separate occasions for them to bring replacements, but also concerning as a customer that the furniture is so poorly made that i had to have them come out and replace parts that many times. I have records of all the service requests as I am sure the company does too.
Desired outcome: I would like the leaf on the table replaced
