I & many of my colleague come across fact that Book deal trading operating in sharjah at bohaira cournish & dubai trap 98 % young people having least education & commit them that they will provide better future and within one year they will be promoted to manger's rank.
Hereby, there criteria is to sell one year old version books in uae door to door on cheap prices.
Firstly, a person works on his/her visit visa till expiry. Being employee they commit you for salary, you also sign the agreement but when job commence they behave in a such a way that, that signed agreement is just a formality. we will pay you commission only & to surprise a employee has to work up to 12 hrs a days even sometimes Fridays are not off.
This is worst example of greediness the executives of companies are following & treat like animals with employees without caring Labor laws. No medical, No salary, No Allowances, No other benefits. Hence playing with emotions giving them mental torture. Only & Only they provide is motivation in morning meetings just like brain washing showing them bright future.
Employee ties to work with the company because of their families & most of them leave company earlier as they get better opportunity or they realize the cruel aim of executives
Ministry Of labor should take strong action against Book Deal Trading & must review its licencing. Employees are bound not to complaint because if they go against with the company they will lose their jobs & a little money they earn with hard.

I ordered 3 books at the same time. I received Hong Kong Food City but there is no sign of the other 2: Meatmen Cooking Channel: Zi Char at Home and Meatmen Cooking Channel: The Meatmen Favourites,
Order placed: 9th Apr 2018, dispatched (all 3 books): 11th Apr. Today is 4th May and still no sign of the 2 books.
October the 17th I did my order
They had an error with my address
I don´t have my books and my money
I deman the refund
I am complaining about why the book cover is not displayed. It would be good to have
picture of the cover as I think it may interfere with sales.
Having to look at the product on another online site is not really a good thing.
Purchased 3 books for my sister as a birthday present. Was unable to change delivery address. Site very unhelpful.

I ordered my books on 6th of August from UK to Denmark, it was supposed to get them in a week. Today is 30th of August I still do not have them.
I ordered 78euro worth of books on the 16th of September the money has been taking from my account although when I tracked the order I was tod it was cancelled even though the money has been taken from my account.. Order number BDM-380-[protected]
I ordered 2 books but 1 hasn't arrived yet.
They responded to my emails for about a week and now I'm getting no response from them.

I pre-odered Kyle Gray's Oracle card deck on the 4th of September, it's 25th of Oct- 52 days today and I have not recieved it till date.
I bought some books in the bookdepository, but already passed the deadline and still have not received. Do not rely on bookdepository, they don't deliver the books sold.

I read all reviews not only your comments... 99% comments tells they are fraudsters. they not change our visa & they not give salaries properly. but almost 10 years they are working at uae how is possible?.. why the police not taking any action against them. still how they recruiting peoples?..
