BookBub Review: Affordable Books, but Lacking Substance and Editing
BookBub is a website that offers a wide variety of books, mostly fiction, at affordable prices. You can even find some books for free! They also have a few autobiographies and self-help books that can help you become a better person. However, if you're looking for books with substance and excellent writing, you might be disappointed.
The majority of the books on BookBub could use some editing. Some of them haven't even been proofread or checked for consistency. But don't worry, there are still some gems to be found. Every now and then, you can come across a bargain from an experienced author or a well-written new book that will keep you entertained.
Unfortunately, these books are the exception rather than the rule. Many of the books on BookBub are not worth finishing, and you might find yourself taking a break from the website to look for better reading material.
Overall, BookBub is a great website to find light reading at a low cost. However, if you're looking for books that will challenge you and leave a lasting impression, you might want to look elsewhere.
Disappointing Letdown: A Review of Shooter by Dahlia West
I get an email every day from BookBub. I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the free books that I pick out. But let me tell you, I recently picked up Shooter by Dahlia West and it was a real letdown. The first part of the book was pretty good, but then it turned into a whole lot of sex stuff that I just couldn't get into. I mean, it was basically porn! As soon as I got to that part of the book, I just stopped reading it altogether. It could have been a great book if the author had just left out all that smut. I even called up Nook and had them delete the book from my device. I don't want anyone thinking I'm into that kind of trashy stuff. I mean, seriously, why do some writers think they have to resort to that kind of thing just to get people to read their books? It's just not right.
BookBub: The Best Place to Find Great Books at Low Prices!
BookBub is the best! I just can't stop buying books from them. They have so many great books at such low prices, and sometimes even for free! I've bought so many books from them, and they're all so good. Most of them are a few years old, but they've all been on the Best Seller Lists. I've spent so many hours reading these books, and I just can't get enough. Thank you, BookBub!
One of the best things about BookBub is that you can choose the type of books you want to read, and they'll only offer you those kinds of books. I love Mysteries, Cozies, Crime Fiction, and Women's Fiction. I also love Series books, especially English Mysteries, where you really get to know the main characters. It's so great to be able to find books that I know I'll love.
Another great thing about BookBub is that there's no obligation to buy anything, and there are no fees. You can just browse through the books and buy the ones you want. It's so easy and convenient.
Overall, I would definitely recommend BookBub to anyone who loves to read. They have so many great books at such low prices, and it's so easy to find books that you'll love. Thank you, BookBub, for all the great books!
Review: All the Winning Numbers - A Compelling Christian Fiction with Real-Life Issues
I just finished reading All the Winning Numbers by David B. Smith and I must say, it was a real page-turner! This is the fourth book in a series and it follows the life of Rachel Marie, the main character, as she faces some tough challenges. From personal struggles to moral dilemmas and health issues, Rachel's journey is both relatable and inspiring.
What I loved about this book is that it's written from a Christian perspective. The author does a great job of weaving in faith-based themes without being preachy or overbearing. It's a refreshing change from some of the other books I've read lately.
The writing style is engaging and the plot is well-crafted. Smith has a talent for building suspense and keeping the reader hooked until the very end. I found myself staying up late just to see what would happen next!
Overall, I highly recommend All the Winning Numbers to anyone looking for a good read that deals with real-life issues. It's a great reminder that even in the midst of our struggles, there is hope and faith can help us overcome. So go ahead and add this one to your reading list - you won't be disappointed!
Addictive and Steamy: A Review of Ann Mayburn's Warrior Series
I just finished reading the first 3 books in Ann Mayburn's Warrior series and I gotta say, I'm hooked! The dialogue is sharp and funny, the sex scenes are steamy and the story line is totally fresh. I pre-ordered the next book coming out in mid January and I can hardly wait to get my hands on it.
What I really love about this series is that each book is a continuation of the story line, but it's not a serial. You know how some books leave you hanging at the end, so you're "forced" to buy the next one to find out what happened? Well, that's not the case here. Each book leaves you feeling satisfied, but still wanting more because you're so invested in the characters and their journey.
I have to admit, I'm not usually a big fan of romance novels, but this series has totally won me over. The characters are complex and interesting, the world-building is top-notch and the writing is just plain addictive. I can't wait for the next book to pop up on my eReader so I can dive back into this amazing world.
If you're looking for a new series to get lost in, I highly recommend giving the Warrior series a try. You won't be disappointed!
Discover Great Deals on Ebooks with BookBub: A Review
Let me tell you about BookBub, the company that offers great deals on ebooks. First of all, I have to say that some of the reviews on here are just plain silly. They're talking about the books themselves, not the company that sells them. And let's be honest, not all ebooks are created equal. Some are downright terrible, which is why they're sold for cheap or even given away for free. But that's not the case with all of them.
The truth is, there are some amazing authors out there who put in a lot of hard work to create their books. They spend years researching, writing, editing, and formatting their work. And when they're done, they want to share it with the world. That's where BookBub comes in. They offer these books at a discounted price, so more people can enjoy them.
Now, some people might argue that anything that's given away for free has no value. But I disagree. Just because something is free doesn't mean it's not worth anything. In fact, some of the best things in life are free. And when it comes to ebooks, getting a great book for free can be a wonderful thing.
Of course, there are some downsides to ebooks. For one thing, the formatting can be a bit wonky. Sometimes the spacing is all messed up, making it hard to read. But that's not always the case. And even when it is, it's a small price to pay for the convenience of being able to carry hundreds of books with you wherever you go.
So, if you're looking for a great deal on ebooks, I highly recommend checking out BookBub. They offer a wide variety of books at discounted prices, so you're sure to find something you'll love. And who knows, you might even discover your new favorite author.
BookBub: A Game Changer for Book Lovers - Review of "Beau and Becca" by Ellie Landry
I recently stumbled upon BookBub and I must say, it's a game changer for book lovers like myself. The website offers a wide variety of books in different genres, from romance to mystery to fantasy. The best part? They offer these books at discounted prices or even for free!
I was able to find a book that caught my eye, "Beau and Becca" by Ellie Landry. The story follows two childhood friends who have always been brutally honest with each other. As they grow older, they realize their feelings for each other go beyond friendship. However, Beau is afraid that he's not good enough for Becca and that she'll leave him for someone better. The story explores their journey of overcoming their insecurities and learning to use their honesty for good.
The writing style is simple yet captivating, making it an easy read. I found myself rooting for the characters and invested in their story. The addition of Ellie Landry's advice and wisdom added a nice touch to the overall narrative.
I did notice a couple of spelling and grammar errors, but it didn't affect the clarity of the story. Overall, I highly recommend BookBub for book lovers who want to discover new reads at affordable prices. And if you're looking for a heartwarming romance, "Beau and Becca" is definitely worth checking out.
Bookbub Advertising Review: Overpriced and Underwhelming Exposure
Bookbub is a platform that claims to offer authors a great return on investment through their huge exposure for advertising. However, we have found that their advertising is overpriced and the exposure is not as great as they claim. The return on investment is very minimal, which is disappointing considering the large number of consumer readers that Bookbub claims to give authors access to, which is in excess of 800,000.
Advertisers should be aware that there are much better platforms for advertising that will offer a much greater return. Bookbub needs to make drastic changes and be more honest with their advertising reach if they want to maintain their readership and clout. Things are definitely not as they appear in the world of Bookbub advertising.
It is important for authors to do their research and carefully consider their options before investing in Bookbub's advertising platform. While they claim to offer a great return on investment, the reality is that their advertising is overpriced and the exposure is not as great as they claim. There are other platforms that offer better value for money and greater exposure for authors.
In conclusion, while Bookbub may have been a great platform in the past, it is important for authors to be aware of the current state of their advertising platform. Unless they make drastic changes and become more honest with their advertising reach, they will continue to lose readership and clout. It is up to authors to carefully consider their options and choose the platform that offers the best value for money and exposure for their work.
Boycott BookBub: A Greedy Corporation That Exploits Authors and Readers
I've been writing books for over forty years, and I've tried using BookBub to promote my work. But let me tell you, they're just a big, greedy corporation that doesn't care about authors or readers. I've submitted my books to them before, but they always reject me. And when I finally decided to pay them to advertise one of my books for free, I lost my mind for a moment. Why would I pay them to promote a book that's already free? It's crazy!
I think I might have dodged a bullet by not using BookBub. Sure, I tried the international route and submitted my books to their UK and Canada sites, but they still didn't accept me. And to make matters worse, they don't even bother to communicate with their customers. A good company would reach out to their customers and make an effort to connect with them. But not BookBub. They just want to exploit authors and make money off of them.
That's why I'm calling for a boycott of BookBub. Authors and readers alike should stay away from them. There are plenty of other sites out there that are more decent and less exploitative. So don't waste your time with BookBub. Look for your book promotion offers elsewhere.
BookBub Ad Disaster: Automatic Budget Increase to $10,000/day & $760 Charge with No Refunds
I gotta say, I tried BookBub a couple years back and it was smooth sailing. I was able to run an ad for one of my novels with a budget of $5/day and it went off without a hitch. So, when I released my latest book this year, I thought I'd give it another go and set a budget of $10/day.
Well, let me tell you, things did not go as planned. Within a day or so, I was hit with charges from BookBub totaling $750 (which has since gone up to $760). And get this, my budget had been automatically increased to a whopping $10,000/day! I mean, come on, who in their right mind would set a budget that high for a book ad?
I immediately reached out to BookBub to try and sort out the error. But their response was less than helpful. They basically told me that since I had set the budget at $10,000/day, I was stuck with the charges and they weren't going to do anything about it. No refunds, no apologies, nothing.
Now, I'm not saying that BookBub intentionally messed with my ad budget. But something fishy is definitely going on with their ad-creation program. And the fact that they refuse to acknowledge any fault on their end is a major red flag.
Needless to say, I won't be using BookBub for any future book ads. And to add insult to injury, I only got one sale from my $760 investment. I had much better luck with a one-week ad on Facebook that cost me a fraction of the price.
So, if you're thinking about using BookBub for your book ads, I'd say proceed with caution. Or better yet, save your money and try a different platform altogether.
BookBub Complaints 10
BookBub Review: A Wide Selection of Books, But Is There Bias?
BookBub is a site that offers a lot of books to read. They have a lot of books written by women or authors that have been printed many times. I don't know if this is because BookBub is biased or if it's just the way the industry is. Either way, there are a lot of books to choose from.
BookBub: Overhyped and Overpriced Book Promotion Service
BookBub ain't worth the hype, y'all. They say they gonna help you promote your book, but they just take your money and leave you hanging. And let me tell you, they ain't cheap. It's like they think we all got money to burn or something.
I tried BookBub once and it was a total waste of my hard-earned cash. They promised me the moon and the stars, but all I got was a few measly clicks. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
If you're a struggling author like me, save your money and look elsewhere for book promotion. BookBub is just a fancy website with a lot of empty promises. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
BookBub's Free Book Emails Actually Cost Me Money - A Disappointing Experience
I tried out BookBub and got some emails about free books on Amazon. I was pretty excited to get some new reads without spending any money. But when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I was actually charged for all 8 books I got. Each one cost at least $3.99. I feel like I got ripped off and I'm not happy about it.

BookBub Review: A Wide Variety of Books at Discounted Prices, but Not Suitable for Families
BookBub is a website that I checked out recently. I gotta say, it's got a lot of books on there that I wouldn't recommend for families. I spent some time browsing around, but it's just not my cup of tea. If you're looking for books that promote healthy relationships, this might not be the place for you.
That being said, there are a lot of books on BookBub. They've got a wide variety of genres, from romance to mystery to sci-fi. If you're into reading and you're not too picky about the content, you might find something you like on there.
One thing I did notice is that the prices are pretty good. A lot of the books are discounted, so you can get a good deal. I'm always on the lookout for a bargain, so that's a plus for me.
Overall, I'd say that BookBub is worth checking out if you're a book lover. Just be aware that some of the content might not be suitable for families. If you're looking for books that promote healthy relationships, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you're just looking for a good read at a good price, BookBub might be right up your alley.
BookBub Review: Great Deals, Limited Options for Genres and Authors
BookBub is a pretty cool website for book lovers like me. However, I gotta say, I'm a bit bummed out by the limited options they have. I mean, don't get me wrong, there are some great deals and freebies to be found, but most of them aren't really my cup of tea. I wish they had more variety in terms of genres and authors.
But hey, that's just me. If you're into romance novels, thrillers, or non-fiction, then you'll probably find something you like on BookBub. They have a decent selection of books in those categories, and the prices are hard to beat. Plus, it's super easy to sign up and start browsing. You just create an account, choose your favorite genres, and voila! You'll get daily emails with book recommendations and deals.
One thing I do appreciate about BookBub is that they only send you emails for books that are actually on sale or free. They don't spam you with irrelevant stuff or try to upsell you on anything. It's a refreshing change from some other book websites I've used in the past.
Overall, I'd say BookBub is worth checking out if you're a bookworm on a budget. Just keep in mind that the selection might not be as diverse as you'd like. But hey, you never know, you might discover a new favorite author or genre!
BookBub: A Great Resource for Affordable Books, But Beware of Pricing Hiccups
I recently stumbled upon BookBub and I must say, it's a pretty neat website for book lovers. You can sign up for free and get daily emails with book deals tailored to your reading preferences. I've found some great reads for as low as $0.99!
However, I did have a bit of a hiccup with my purchase. I ordered a book through iTunes for $0.99, but when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $3.99! I was pretty upset and decided to file a complaint with iTunes. They asked me to provide proof that the book was advertised for $0.99 and not $3.99. It felt like they were trying to scam me out of my money!
Despite this issue, I still think BookBub is a great resource for finding affordable books. Just be sure to double-check the prices before making a purchase.
BookBub Review: Surprisingly Good Selection and Deals
I stumbled upon BookBub while searching for a new book to read. I read some reviews about the site, and to be honest, some of them weren't very positive. However, I decided to give it a try and see for myself.
I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The site is easy to navigate and has a wide selection of books to choose from. I was able to find a book that I had been wanting to read for a while, and it was on sale!
One thing that did catch my attention was a pop-up that appeared after I had left the site. It asked if I needed help or if I wanted to write a review. I found this a bit odd since I hadn't left any personal information on the site, except for cookies.
Despite this, I would definitely recommend BookBub to anyone looking for a good book deal. Just be sure to read the reviews carefully and make your own decision. There are some sites out there where people get paid to write good reviews, so it's always good to do your research.
BookBub Review: Discounted Ebooks for Avid Readers
BookBub is a website that offers discounted ebooks, similar to Groupon. You receive an email every day with a new book deal. They do a pretty good job of selecting interesting books, but it depends on your taste. You can choose a category that you like, but it's not guaranteed that you'll always find something you're interested in.
The downside is that you receive a lot of emails, and ebooks are already pretty cheap or even free. There are over 40,000 free Kindle books available, so you might want to spend some time reading those or checking out the free library on Amazon Prime.
Overall, BookBub is a good option if you're looking for discounted ebooks, but it's not the only option out there. It's worth checking out if you're an avid reader and want to save some money on your book purchases.
BookBub: A Budget Book Lover's Dream, But Beware of Series Confusion
The BookBub website is a great place to find deals on books, but sometimes it can be a bit confusing. As someone who is always looking for a bargain, I appreciate the free books that are available on the site. However, I have noticed that sometimes the books that are listed as free are actually part of a series, and not the first book. This can be frustrating, as I like to read a series in order.
Despite this issue, I have found some great deals on BookBub. I recently purchased a book that was on sale for only a few dollars, and it turned out to be a great read. I also appreciate that the site sends me daily emails with book recommendations based on my interests.
Overall, I think BookBub is a useful resource for book lovers on a budget. However, it would be nice if they were more clear about which books are part of a series and which ones are standalone. Despite this minor issue, I will continue to use the site to find great deals on books.
Mixed Feelings About BookBub: A Review of the Site's Quality and Selection
I have been using BookBub for a while now, and I have to say, I have mixed feelings about it. I have ordered a bunch of books from this site, some paid for and others free, and I have to say, the quality of the books is hit or miss. It seems like the people who rate the books as good must be getting paid to do so, or maybe they just have questionable reading skills. I mean, come on, some of these books are just not good.
I get emails from BookBub all the time, and I have to say, most of the books listed seem to be subpar. I don't think that most of these books would ever get published through a known Publisher. I mean, I'm not a literary expert or anything, but I know a bad book when I see one.
The biggest problem I have with the books I've ordered from BookBub is the writing. It's just not good. I mean, I'm not expecting Shakespeare or anything, but I do expect a certain level of quality. Unfortunately, most of the books I've ordered have had extensive grammatical errors and poor writing. It's really frustrating because I'm a reading junkie, and it has to be very bad for me not to finish a book.
Overall, I think BookBub is a decent site if you're looking for cheap books, but you have to be careful about what you order. Don't expect to find the next great American novel on this site. If you're just looking for something to read on a lazy Sunday afternoon, then BookBub might be worth checking out. Just don't expect too much.
