I have received the most disgusting customer service that has every existed. I was hung up on by one of your so called supervisors. I was bounced around from department to department and left on hold for long lengths of time. And still nothing had changed. After all of that I have numerously repeated that my order not be canceled and yet it has been. The inconvenience is unreal. They make you company a disgrace to work with. I am very unhappy & every chance I get I will tell my story and let people know that this is not the company to give your money to when they laugh in your face when you need help.

I went into a boost mobile store for them to unlock my phone because I wanted to switch to a different company. The customer service is awful, but anyway I was told at first that he didn't know how and then he changed his story and told me it would be $40. I asked him which is it, you don't know how or is it $40. He then told me I was being a racist because I said I've had bad experiences with you guys meaning the company not him. He then refused to help me nor did he want to take my money to pay my bill. He told me and my child to leave the store but then he followed us out and went to his car to get his gun and he threatened to shoot us if we didn't drive away. That was the most horrifying experience of our lives. I couldn't believe he was treating us this way. I was shocked because he did that in front of my child. We were no threat to him at all for him to react in such an aggressive manner.

On feb. 05 2017 I visited your store in the northwoods mall in peoria illinois and when we walked up to the service desk your young female employee was watching pornography on her phone and left it running while dealing with us. On top of that she had a very snippy attitude with us and when she called her manager on the phone for help and my friend got upset with the way they were dealing with our problem her mamager thought it was funny and laughed at us. Needless to say we will never visit that store again.

In the beginning of December 2016 I asked to change my payment date from the 7th to the 23rd of each month. I was told it was all set and my payments would be taken out on the 23rd of each month starting in January 2017. This didn't happen in January so I called and was told it would probably start in February. I just received a text indicating my payment would be taken out of my account February 7th. I called today and was told Boost had no way of changing my payment date. The information previously given to me by two different individuals was wrong. All I have to say is this is a bunch of crap ! I have a strong reason to believe that boost. Metro pcs dealers are tak8ng beibes to watch and solicit personal information from peoples telephone devices. My phone is at a high risk and has been at risk for as long as i have been with boost mobile. I want to contact my attorney but first i would like to find a solution to this problem. I went to transfer my old phone to boost mobile and put it on my daughters any family planning thats the olny way u get the phone free well they said i could not do cause i didnt have the account numb er to my old phone i tryed to explainthat my friend gave me the phone he brought the phone at walmart and its a virgin moblie phone and he did not know the account number to it cause he got another phone and they did not give him a account number to it and i found out that every cell phone carrier can flash your old phone and can get the account number i want to know why ey ld of done that so i can get a ew phone thats all i wanted to do is get a free phone and put it in our ily planning how hard is it dont tell me that they cant do it when they did it before i know they did my freinds that way i would like to know why they could not do that

After negotiating the endless prompts on your phone customer service line, I reached an agent. The reason for my call was to get my account number to facilitate porting my number to a different carrier. I had no issues with Boost besides access to customer service, but Sprint network has too many dead zones in my area that I could no longer live with. At the same time, I asked how to get a refund of the $15 credit that I had left on my Auto-Boost account for the purpose of paying for apps or music.
Apparently, I had left the money on account for too long so I was told there was no recourse. I demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and the slug who the call was transferred to was not rude but his lack of interest in my issue came through loud and clear with his tone and his responses. If that guy worked for Customer Service at any other company he would never have reached the level of supervisor. I wish I had recorded this, so I could send it to my friends in Customer Service as a demonstration of how your tone comes through when speaking to a customer. I finally asked for an additional contact to escalate my issue and was given an email address for [protected]@sprint. I sent an email on 1/5/17 and got a blank response.
The appropriate solution would have been to reverse my last payment for a full month of service and to rebill my account less the $15 credit. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this morning and will continue to post my negative experience regarding Boost’s failure to return my money on every website that I can think of. This was the course of action I communicated to your Executive Team but apparently it did not make an impression.
My account is paid through the 21st. I imagine I could still download some music and apps that I don’t need rather than let Boost keep it, but I would rather have my $15. After taxes, this is 2 hours of pay for me and I don’t intend to let it be absorbed by a corporate entity that did nothing to earn it.

I spent two hours on the phone, trying to add ten dollars to my data plan. The representative, was unable to add it to my account. They told me they would give me a credit of two gigs, for the time and trouble I spent. They lied. No credit, and I wound up having to fix the problem myself. The next day, I called and tried to add data to my phone, and the rep was able to fix it instantly, but no credit. Beware of this company. Spotty customer service, and they will lie to you, to try to keep you from complaining. God help you, if you ask to speak to a supervisor. They act like you want their first born son...

Blvd and they used my debit card ending in 7237 and they put a phone in my name and when I contacted them and told them I don't have service with them they told me it want they problem and they owe me $118.86 but they don't want to put it back on my card and that anit right so I hope y'all can help me get it back and the person had told them that he took my card and he told them his name was Shawn smith

Purchased new lgx power phone at this location (the last one they had) , on january 2 2017. The representative was more worried about putting the stupid, annoying, not needed advertising app on my phone than actually transferring my well over 500 phone numbers (which I paid extra for her to do) on to my new phone... Then after 3 long hours of trying to understand several very heavily accented people, who didn't know jack #### I gave up and now going to slowly enter my contacts one by one while I am venting all over facebook! I figure by tomorrow I will be so sick of this that I will return said phone and find a new company that gives their customers what they pay for and not this totally useless advertising app!

Boost mobile. I have been using your services since 2011. Never have I had such a horrible experience as I am having now. The first thing I will address is your customer service representative Anne. She is very rude and unwilling to listen or look into the issues. I purchased an iPhone 5 online on 12/3/16. I received the phone on 12/7/2016. On 12/7/16 I contacted boost via email stating that I wanted to return the phone. I received a default email response so I called. I informed the representative that I wanted to return the iPhone 5 and purchase the IPhone 6. She said I could not exchange it and that I would have gave to return the iPhone 5 and purchase the IPhone 6. She said she would get the return number and send me the return shipping information. I waited for 2 weeks (longer than unusually considering the Holidays) I sent a followup email on 12/23/16 and received the same general reply. On 12/26/16, I received a call from Anne. She left a nasty voicemail. When she called back I explained the situation. She said I was beyond the 7 days and could not return the phone. I told her to research my file and see that not only did I send in an email on 12/7/16 but I also called. She told me to send her the information. We got off of the phone. I sent her the information and apparently she didn't do her research because she still refuse the return of the phone. I am in the process of contacted legal foundry and bbb to resolve this but I thought I'd give this a try first.

I called Boost Mobile and let them know I want to $60 in my account credited to my account on my debit card because they provided no receipt for that $60 so I told him I want to receive my money back. On november 30th 2016, I went to a boost mobile store on 11386 tara blvd hampton ga suit f to purchase a cell phone.In the process of the sale agent getting my purchase in order I later decided while I was still in the store that I did not want to go any further with the purchase after the agent swiped my credit card for $128.49.. The sale agent assured me that I will be debited and refunded my money between 3-5 business days. But unfortunately the money was never returned to my prepay credit card. I've called the store several times to resolve this matter but nothing was ever done. I was told by the boost sales agent to call my bank to see if the money was refunded. When I called my bank through netspend they said nothing was pending as a debit refund or posted back into my account..
Im feeling that the sales agent at boost mobile didn't know how to swipe my credit card back for a debit refund. I would like to be refunded my money back.

I bought a new phone from boost mobile just for it to not properly work. When I try making a call it's drops, waseem said it happens on saturday because of tower updates but its not just on saturday this occurs more often then not. He told me when he looked up my address for service availability in my area that I was covered. Every time I go into the loris location they give me a run around and try swindling more money from me.

I purchased a phone from boost mobile. This phone has been nothing but a piece of junk. When I call the store where I purchased the phone, no one ever answers. I can't even get it to connect to the wifi in my house. It will not make phone calls, freezes up, and just pretty much won't work. Also, I was told that my bill would only be $45 a month with autopay. What a joke that is, it went from $45 to $52 and is now $57. This was all with no warning. I am filing a complaint as I was provided misinformation after I purchased a iPhone 5 November 8th 2016 at location 7208 jones at Omaha Ne [protected]. Myra was the young lady that assisted me that day. I asked Myra what If I don't like the phone, Myra stated to me that I have 14 days to return it. I purchased the phone on Wednesday November 8th and request to get another phone on November the 13th. That is when Hannah the store manager told me they do not give refund on phones or exchanges. I attempted to call the store manager Dave in council bluffs he explained Myra has been with the company for several years and I must have misunderstood the workers conversation. I did not want a refund only to exchange my phone for a bigger one for work purposes. I only had the receipt advising differently after I had already purchased the phone. I am taking the time to file a formal complaint do to your staff providing me misinformation. I am requesting someone to please to contact me to mitigate the situation and to retain me as a customer .

I do not know where to start. I have called, asked, tried to get this resolved and they either cut me off or are rude to get rid of me. Ntelos sold out and boost mobile took over. My voice mail always says "disconnected so cannot retrieve my voice mail. " if I pick up phone can get call, but if goes to voice mail it tells caller number disconnected. What a mess! They keep saying will be 6 more hours. .2 months and not reslved. Every week for rest of my life I will find a place to complain. Starting with ripoff.com. Why is boost mobile preplan so bad. It is my emergency phone number.
